The view, and just being able to have a relaxing weekend away for our 6th wedding anniversary
The room service breakfast was abit dry
Also I found have to pay $70 for 2 nights to have our car parked around the back with open access to anyone, and on top of the payment for the hotel was abit rich. Maybe if people pay for the hotel they have a right for a car spot, but only 1 vehicle, or maybe abit cheaper
Otherwise a lovely place, and staff
4.5
Location was excellent, amazing view’s & convenient walking distance to see the tourist hub & waterfront activities.
Breakfast was excellent a lot of different options.
Room service spot on.
Very helpful staff.
Only difficulty for us as older age guests was the shower over the bath & height to climb in, I’m short & my husband who is taller is waiting for hip replacement.
This was the only set back we had, but managed. Very grateful for the non-skid rubber bath mat.
3.5
good location with a (small ) balcony over looking the river easy walk down to Elizabeth Quay or into town
friendly and helpful staff very comfortable beds
rooms whilst good a bit on the small side for what you pay
poor design on the showers
3.5
Hotel is in a prime location along Langley park, close to city centre too. The room size was nice, with the bathroom clean and well presented.
The air conditioning in the room was not up to standard for a hotel at this price point. We did ask for it to be looked at which it was & worked for that night only but switching it off and back on it did not keep cold. The gym equipment was hold and broken which was a disappointment being a facility highlight when booking.

We love the staff there the best each time we have stayed
We love the property I feel the bathrooms need updating getting out of a bath after a shower is not ideal as an older person.
Room needed new carpet very old
The price does not reflect on the room
Over $400 a night I would offer expected better
4.0
I think the front room was better if you assigned us there.
You did not offer it to us
3.0
1. The day staff were friendly and checked in every day. They were also prompt with answering queries.
2. The twin room offered double beds which were nice and comfortable
3. The staff kept our room clean and replaced towels. They were kind enough to come back in the afternoon when we had left the room.
4. The food at Gusti restaurant was good
1. The checkout staff seemed to have had an attitude. Didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay, I don’t think he greeted us when we got to reception (if he did, maybe I missed it)
2. The lack of parking at the facility was a bit of an inconvenience as I had to walk out of the suggested parking and find the hotel whilst carrying all my bags
3. The carpet around the hotel has a constant stinge which is hard to shake off
2.5
The staff at reception were friendly. I liked the texting service where you could ask questions.
The hotel is very outdated, the walls were dirty and marked. For the amount you pay I would have expected a nicer hotel. And the parking situation was unclear.
4.0
The location was fantastic, the pool was beautiful. Great atmosphere in the lobby and fast and delicious room service
No one at the front desk upon arrival it took a while to get someone to assist with check-in which didn’t start the stay well.
Parking is also horrendous, limited, overpriced and doesn’t feel very safe
4.0
an older hotel, but clean & well maintained
the pool water was dirty/cloudy, air con in the room was not really up to it, although it was 40C

The room was great, we had a view of the river. The staff from checking in to checking out were so polite, nothing too much trouble.

Location
The Hotel is run down .
Booked a room for a family of 5 with breakfast . Later learned that the breakfast was only for 2 , others have to pay a miserable amount for a very lousy breakfast.
2.0
The service for our booking in the resturant very slow.Food came up very slowly. Also cocktails were very slow at appearing.
The breakfast was shocking - most of the food domes were empty, what was there was scrappy bits and pieces of bacon the sausages (Chicken) had no colour, the Danish pastry were also empty generally we were not happy - no selection!!!
All this was brought to the staff attention even the head chef. Also tried to get a refund of the breakfast at the time of check out to no avail.

Location was great
Room seems like not cleaned properly
1.5
Close to city
The room was not made up, the staff were rude and demeaning, failed to follow through on promises to service the room with housekeeping.
3.0
Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Very clean and comfy beds
Excellent location
No heating in the room. We were cold in the rooms and hotel had to give us little heaters and extra blankets at night.
One bedside lamp which did not work. All lights were either all on or all off.
Room furniture was old.
Carpets to our room were threadbare in parts.
Hotel building is old and in need of an upgrade.

Location
But dated but clean and acceptable Gym needs to be updated and maybe heated pool
2.5
the view
the room was small and old fashioned the bed was uncomfortable for the $500 for the room it was less than I expected
3.5
On-site restaurant was fantastic and well priced.
Access to complimentary bikes was terrific.
The pool isn't heated and is freezing to the point you may as well not have a pool. I love having a pool when staying away and this was really disappointing.
Also staff at reception had zero local knowledge - asked about near by cafes in walking distance and said they weren't sure and did not try to find out or help.
In room TV reception was sketchy and would be good if they updated to smart TV's or offered streaming services.

My partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere and how comfortable and spacious the rooms were. We also loved the buffet breakfast.

A bit tired.
4.5
Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and good restaurant for breakfast.
Had trouble communicating with hotel as booking was through booking.com so they couldn't organise changes via phone call and did not respond to message via booking.com
Parking was limited and if you leave to go somewhere else you are likely to lose spot. However, there was plenty of nearby street parking.
4.5
Central and easy to walk to city/stadium
Nothing...all very pleasant
4.0
Huge spacious room, although the room is older, everything works
Location was slightly further from CBD, and there was one day where the toilet did not work but my husband fixed it quickly
0.5
Way too overpriced for what you get, my dad gets nicer rooms when he works away fifo. Staff were lovely though , ended up staying somewhere else and wasting 850$ because it was that disappointing
