Apart from the very slow checkin of 45 minutes and we were very happy with the accommodation

The bed was particularly comfortable Everything else was excellent The view of the Swan River was stunning

We were on extreme time constraints and arrived 1.40pm so that we'd be checked in by at least 2pm Instead we were 5th in the queue and didn't get checked in until 2.30 This was particularly nerve racking I mentioned this to the Receptionist and all I got was excuses Even though there were 2 on Reception, one of them was held up with a Customer up until we reached the counter We found it very difficult finding entry at approximate 11pm, there wasn't sufficient signage on the main Entrance at St George Tce, so we had to walk to find where to enter, not condusive when tired and wearing heals

Very spacious foyer. Room and bed comfy.

Nicely appointed room. Comfy bed.

Not enough flat surfaces for two large-ish suitcases nor to put out toiletries in the bathroom. Hand towel needs to be able to be hung up not left on vanity top. Accessing hotel from the road, other than by car/vehicle is a nightmare. Walking up a steep driveway where cars are also entering is dangerous

Enjoyable stay, could have been better if staff were more energetic towards guests.

Larger rooms compared to competition. Clean. Room had a bath.

Congested driveway drop off point. Not enough towels in room for amount of guests. Busy reception desk. Had to access carpark by separate elevator. Distance to CBD is far.

Amazing & unforgettable stay.

The whole entire hotel was gorgeous & clean & it's surprised us that the room was so clean , the long pillows are comfy and the provided toiletries was good quality with Argan oil contained. lastly, we love the night & day view from the room & the Gym + Sauna.

Had to pay extra for parking. Not told this prior. Advert for room said views. No views. No restaurant. Nowhere to have breakfast. Stairs up to the pool. Not accessible as my husband has a bad hip. No escalator working down to IGA or up. Asked at reception for extra pillows. 4 hours later asked housekeeping who assisted straight away

Breakfast and staff was great. Housekeeping service was excellent.

If you take shower water goes on floor. Bath tub has stain marks and also towels were overused. Didn’t give feel of 5 star hotel.

Nice enough hotel...

This is a nice hotel although perhaps a little old now. It has a nice lobby bar and the food was pretty good. The rooms are standard hotel rooms, nothing special but clean and we slept well.

I do not think anything stood out as being "bad" as such, just a bit tired in general and the fake, plastic hanging plants in the planters on every floor are a bit tacky.

Would look for something else if we were to stay for more than one night.

Staff were friendly, quick to check in.

Beds were hard & rooms were quite bare & stripped down. Were charged a deposit for mini bar but there was nothing in the room & had to call for snacks etc, so why charge us?? Hotels are just a room these days.. nothing special, get in, get out. Wanted room service when we got back but no gluten free options..

A lovely hotel, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. We particularly liked the pool.

The rooms are showing signs of age but are kept very clean and the hotel are refurbing so that issue will be resolved in due course.

Beautiful hotel, superb location, friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay.

Buffet dinner was sensational. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were super friendly and very attentive. The hotel and room were very clean and presented beautifully. Bed was softer than we like but still comfortable.

The only thing I absolutely could not get past was we could hear every room around us flushing their toilets throughout the night and early in the morning. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoy our stay. We will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Great location, staff food drinks

Staff, room, location, food and drinks, happy hour, CK was exceptional in the bar

Location needs some modernisation, which is occurring. You could send some detailed information, maps when booking confirmed, airport to Perth this train. Then go here take free bus and walk short distance to hotel. Transport options ie family ticket up to 7 people $10.00 all trains and buses. Just adds that personal touch.

Perfect ending to my WA holiday, the room was so lovely I never wanted to go out!

The bed and pillows were amazing! The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, The service team were friendly and attentive. I was upgraded to a suite which was much appreciated (as a solo female traveller this is rare). I would love to stay here again, highly recommend.

The parking was $30 a day and was a bit clumsy: had to get vouchers from reception and the entry/exit points were a bit confusing.

Fantastic family stay. Great room, facilities and location

Pool area was fantastic and well set up with plenty of Sun loungers. Rooms were large, clean and well maintained. Location is great.

Outside is tired but the interior well and truly makes up for it.
