A very new and clean hotel with great facilities.
Close to one of the free cat city buses.
Was able to request a cot for free.
Had to pay $19/day for parking.
Not much else in the area.

I liked it all. Hassle with parking but the gentleman at the desk was very considerate and helped me out.
Much appreciated.
Balcony was filthy.

Very clean and only a short walk to Kings Park and central Perth. Lovely friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Spacious, block out curtains were amazing!

Location was good as we were going to regal theatre. The room and bathroom were spotless, not a stray hair or speck of dust. Room had blackout curtains. Lovely set up room. Small kitchen if you wanted to cook and plenty of kitchen ware and pots, pans supplied. Microwave. Big plus under cover parking (paid) but safe and secured accessible from hotel lobby and well lit.
Unfortunately no bar or restaurant on premises. They do have a vending machine in lobby.

The pool and bbq area was absolutely lovely. The hosts at the entrance were warm and welcoming and very accommodating.
We were a little confused on how to use the stove, however the hostess was more than helpful.

We loved the location- everything was a short drive if you want to do a day trip and a 10 minute walk to a strip of restaurants, there is a cafe down stairs for morning coffees! The room was clean and room service was fantastic everyday, staff were extremely friendly and catered to anything we asked- we had a toddler with us so we had asked for a porta cot and high chair in the room and those were both there waiting when we arrived. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Perth we had a great time!

Very nice, clean room with everything we needed. Stayed twice for 2 and 5 nights. Very well located close to CAT bus system and local brewhouse for dinners etc.
Staff were helpful and pleasant.
Maybe a few more coffee sachets

walking distance to the city centre
I expect more; cleanliness was not at the level of a 4-star hotel, also during the working days there are a lot of traffic, and is very noisy. If you close the window, the air-conditioning system operates towards you, and...

Comfortable bed, nice view from our room. Wasn't too far from RAC arena or the city.

Perfect location and proximity to CBD, shops and cafes.

The pool and really nice and clean room.
And the view from the balcony.
Unfortunately couldn’t find the towels for the pool. But also I didn’t ask.

Convenient location and excellent facilities
Room was a little smaller than I expected (was expecting a little bigger as I had a kitchen and laundry in the room) and I wasn’t a fan of the bedding but all hotels do their bedding like that. I like a heavy quilt and hate sheets, so that’s my problem really.

I like the room comes with a washing machine and dryer...for a long-stay traveler, I can manage my laundry easily.
I also like the bath amenities...smell good and good for skin..
to set up more rubbish bags in the room...and also to have more USB port for charging especially at the bedside

Had all necessary appliances, coffee machine, kettles there was even a washing machine and dryer. Beds comfortable.
Did not feel safe as there were vagrants sleeping in doorways around the hotel entrance. Also quite noisy from banging out the front of hotel from adjacent buildings.

Pool and Gym, and the Apples!
Nothing comes to mind

Loved the pool and gym. Loved the comfy clean bed.
Furniture in rooms needs an update, and interior design/artwork could do with an update.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Clean room.
The mattresses were not good

Very clean room, well equipped, with very helpful staff.
Bonus having a free coffee machine in the foyer and fresh apples near the lift.
Free yellow bus into Perth has a stop 30m down the road.

We love the fully fitted kitchen in the room and having a washing machine-tumble dryer is wonderful, so convenient. The location is good too - it’s in a very nice area of Perth and convenient for downtown either on foot or by the free CAT buses.
Having a king bed and a single bed in the room means there isn’t space for sofa or coffee table.
8.0 / 10.0
The room was really spacious. The kitchen was minimalistic but great for a week's stay. The washing machine and dryer was a life saver during wet/cold days. Sebel has real good proximity to all things CBD!
The kitchen could have been a tad more spacious. A bidet is always important when it comes to general hygiene - which was absent of course.

The check in staff were lovely. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced.
It’s very tired. The pool is cold and all the pool furniture is dirty and old. The balcony was small and very dirty. They took the full amount of 1 week when we checked in and then would not refund any money when we had to check out early. The cancellation policy was not made clear, it was only specific about the first nights stay, which we than assumed to apply to any further night with 24 hours notice.

Location and underground secure parking
No room service or at least ice for drinks available for the price. Very noisy during the night if staying in room over Murray St.

Fantastic apartment style hotel room with full laundry and kitchen facilities.
The wifi was terrible. Couldn’t get onto it on my phone and then Netflix and YouTube kept dropping out on the tv.

it was a very spacious room with a comfy bed
the only negative thing about our stay was the noise on weekday mornings. Our room was at the end of the building (room 201) and I can only assume the noise was from the gate to the carpark because I only heard it first thing in the morning, not at night.

Location, friendly staff, the pool, quality sound proofing & black out curtains. Red cat bus stop close by. Secure parking.

Everything was to be liked
The BBQ was defective. Truly disappointing. This was really the only issue
10.0 / 10.0
Room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and bbq area were great. It wasn’t right in the heart of the city but that suited us because we don’t mind walking and I think it meant the property was quieter/felt less busy. We enjoyed that after hectic days. It also meant we got spots near the pool to read and relax when we wanted to.
The balcony was nice enough but our view wasn’t amazing so didn’t spend time out there.

Perfect base to spend a couple of days in Perth.
10.0 / 10.0
The beds were so
comfy, staff were very accommodating. The pool and outdoor area was very clean and lovely.
Only thing is that the hotel doesn’t have any vending machines or places to get food. But it’s not a major deal.
