Très déçus par le standing de l'hôtel pas du tout en rapport avec le tarif pratiqué

Etablissement propre et personnel accueillant, assez proche du centre. Petit déjeuner complet.

Chambres très spartiates, pas de placard pour ranger les affaires, éclairage agressif. Douche dans la salle de bain petite et étroite. Jus de fruits du petit déjeuner en machine chimique, pas d'eau, tables non nettoyées entre les clients

Soggiorno weekend solo per dormire e colazione perfetto

Colazione ottima, con dolce e salato giusto, abbiamo usufruito della promozione weekend 10 euro per due persone / giorno , personale molto accogliente gentile e disponibile, pulizia esemplare sia nella stanza che in tutta la struttura, lenzuola nuova, cambio asciugamani e pulizia in stanza giornaliera, 2 paia di ciabatte di benvenuto, parcheggio strisce blu - gratuito sabato e domenica- di fronte, parcheggio sotterraneo privato della struttura gratuito,minifrigo in camera , parchetto, tutto il bagno rinnovato da poco , nuovo e pulito, TV grande anche con canali Sky, letto comodissimo con 2 cuscini uno morbido uno duro, illuminazione led bella ma anche green.

Dettagli da mettere a posto, pareti con colpi bucchi e segni di usura come la carta da parete scolata, in bagno bucchi e tracce dei vecchi mobili o accessori prima del rinnovo lasciate in vista, la scarsissima insonorizzazione della stanza, il rumore del sciacquone del bagno tremendo,per usare il minifrigo bisogna essere contorsionista per la posizione difficoltosa, parcheggio gratuito della struttura sempre pieno senza poter usufruire, posizione abbastanza lontana dal centro , finestra quasi inesistente.

Für einen Zwischenstop perfekt. Zentral und eine Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Die Buchung war unkompliziert und der Ablauf sehr gut organisiert. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und haben alles was man braucht. Sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Frühstück super!

Der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein und es herrschte ein recht hoher Geräuschpegel.

Prima eenvoudig hotel op loopafstand van centrum.

Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie; aan de rand van het centrum. Er is een garage onder het hotel waar je gratis kunt parkeren, als er tenminste plaats is. De kamer is beslist ruimer dan de 14 vierkante meter, zoals op de beschrijving staat. Minstens 16 vierkante meter. De kamer is eenvoudig, maar handig ingericht. Er is een voorhalletje en er zijn twee deuren, waardoor het geluid van de gang tegen gehouden wordt. Er is een koelkastje.

De badkamer is wat klein, maar verder okay.

La calefacción automática, pero no sabia como apagarla en el día.

El asensor no es muy amigable, es confuso, demora y deberia brindar la opción en el check in de indicar si uno requiere o no housekeeping

Lugar ideal para visitar Como

Las instalaciones del Hotel son modernas, amplias, está como nuevo, limpísimo, sin lujos, la atención al cliente es muy buena, nos llamaron consultando la hora de llegada. La habitación era amplia, cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado del centro y de la zona del lago.

En la habitación hacía mucho calor, el aire acondicionado estaba bloqueado. Se supone que hay que solicitarlo en recepción pero al llegar de noche, después ya no había personal para pedirlo. Otro aspecto, el parking privado del hotel estaba completo y fuera todo es de pago y estaba muy lleno, excepto unas pocas plazas.

Don’t hesitate and just book a room here!

The overall room and staff were great! Comfy bed, spacious room, great views and super helpful people at the front desk. The best part was the distance between the hotel and the train station and even from the city center.

The pillows were not my favorite cause they were a bit too flat but I guess that’s personal preference. The curtain in the bathroom window was stuck and I couldn’t get it down. However, all in all the best place to stay at when visiting Lake Como.

Superb

Rooms were very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. On top of that is a very good location, close to rail station, main centre and lake, it was amazing time.

The only issue we had was not being able to check in in our rooms on time. As we came with a big group of friends just for one night, we came to hotel one hour after rooms supposed to ready just to put our bags in safe place and go straight away to see the city, however only 2 rooms, from 5 of them was prepared for us. Staff was very polite, though, and I believe it might not be their fault, but maybe some of the previous customers didn't check out on time.

Excellent value hôtel ideally placed to roam around the city centre and palazzo.

Idéal location and very helpful staff.

I wish the shower enclosure was larger (quite small for a big guy) and that the shower was on a riser rail as hose was too short, but that was minor query for the one night stay.

Highly recommend B&B Hotel Como City Centre

I loved everything during my stay here. I chose this specific hotel due to its proximity to Como S. Giovanni train station and about 10 minutes walking distance to Lake Como. From when I arrived until I left, the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was spacious and I had an en-suite bathroom which is always very handy, which also had a hairdryer. The room had a TV, safe and mini fridge if you wanted to bring snacks. There’s a good variety of food present for breakfast. If I ever visit Como again, I would stay here without a second thought! Highly recommend.

The staff were very kind good English lingual skills the girls on the front desk always have a smile waiting for you they do a lot of good things for you and the lobby has a great little store at the front the place is also from early 6am to 11pm which is great. como is not a big place this place is very cheap if your young or you have a hire car or bike it's a great location to get around from but honestly it's like 5 mins to walk to the main monuments and it's even closer for bars restaurants and laundromat

Just that there were fruit flies or something like mosquito's in my room it was only 1 or 2 of them no big deal I swatted those bugs and enjoyed my stay there honestly 10 out of 10.
