Ein wunderschönes Appartement in fantastischer Lage

Cà dell’arte ist eine sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft, von der aus man zu Fuß alle wichtigen Punkte Venedigs erreichen kann. Die nächstgelegene Vaporetto-Anlegestelle (Rialto) ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe zwei kleine Supermärkte und viele Restaurants. Die Suite Dandolo ist wirklich fantastisch. Sehr großzügig, modern eingerichtet, schöne Dachterrasse. Die Gäste werden mit ein paar kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten begrüßt 😊. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und beantworten schriftlich jede Frage umgehend. Der Check-In-Prozess ist unkompliziert. Kommt man früher an, kann man das Gepäck schon in der Unterkunft abstellen.

Met our needs, but had challenges for older guests.

Location was good, convenient to San Marco square.

Directions provided were poor and it was difficult to locate. We arrived at the port of San Marco, but were told we couldn’t get there from that location, but had to go to Rialto. Once located, stairs were very steep to access with baggage. Second floor bedroom was very challenging especially at night. Our friends had to leave at 5:00 am, but when we woke at 5:30, we had no lights in the apartment. When I was able to contact the agent, he stated that he thought we were gone, and told us how to turn the lights back on. Would have been nice to know this upfront, also have a map provided before check in with directions from either location. Also could use wash cloths and some larger drinking glasses

Appartement confortable et bien localisé

Localisation idéale Très propre Très calme

La femme de ménage a bu le lait que nous avions achetée pour notre fille le lendemain matin (..!?). J’ai demandé à ce que personne ne rentre le jour suivant, ils m’ont dit ok, et finalement ils sont quand même venus changer des chaises … pas grave mais ennuyant …

Beautiful, spacious, spotless clean, great location, cozy, comfortable. We loved this location.

Not complaints, just be aware. Many apartments have stairs with no elevator. Keep that in mind with heavy luggage.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment in an excellent location

What a gorgeous apartment. We only had one night here but wished we'd had a week. The location was right in the heart of Venice with lots of interesting shops and places to eat right on the doorstep. The decor was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. It was a short walk to St Mark's square and Rialto Bridge. We would definitely stay here again.

It was great to have a washing machine, but it was a lot smaller than the one we have at home. This is not a complaint, because the space available means that only a small machine can fit. It just took longer than we expected to get through our enormous washing pile!

Really neat and comfortable place to spend a vacation.

Everything was great, staff, facilities and communication. o highly recommended. On top the beds are really comfortable.

The stairs are a bit high but nothing that cannot be handled.

Convenient location but needs a second couch

The apartment was clean with new towels and linen. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Venice.

It only has one small couch for two people. It didn’t feel easy for all four of us to relax after walking. two people had to sit on the beds. There is a pizza shop underneath that plays loud music - until 11pm one night. The sound proofing was great for the windows but it came up through the floor (Dolpin apt).

Brilliant piece of Rialto lifestyle

The location, being close to Rialto, is great. The apartment is a generous size (given Venice is a crowded place), and the furnishings and facilities were are very presentable and clean. After a day exploring, we could relax and sleep well here. The quality of the apartment and its facilities are very good. The daily cleaning was done really well.

The door code seemed faulty when we tried the first few times. We tried to call management, and when eventually got through, they said something we didn't understand and hung up. We called straight back and they didn't even answer at all. This is not a great first impression. Once we got in, we didn't have subsequent problems. I will also add that the cleaner offered helpful advice for us. The page advertising this apartment said checkout was at noon, but the management told us to leave by 11am. This needs to be corrected one way or the other.

Wonderfull location, we only stayed here for 1 night, but it was super convenient. The host was super nice to let us keep the baggage prior to check in and after check out. We loved everything! Great location to explore the city. The place itself is very clean and cosy.

In apartment is safe box for keys but lovely girls was so good to take our bags earlier and leave them in bed. Apartment was spacious, bit a vintage style absolutely beautiful. We feel like living in castle breathtaking. Very clean,a warm ,bed comfy everything just perfect.

The place is located in a proximity to Piazza de San Marco wich is fantastic. The staff was great. The rooms big and clean. The washing machine a great bonus. And the terrace on top a fantastic surprise. The air conditioning and the place is beautiful

The stairs. Too many, specially for someone with certain dissability. The second bedroom had a sofa bed and was not as great as the first room.

Great value and clean central apartment, very good for family self-catering.

Amazing location, immaculately clean apartment with everything we needed for a 3 night stay - including hair dryer and all basic kitchen implements to make simple meals. For central Venice (2 mins walk to St Marks square) it was good value. Spar shop nearby made self-catering easy. Great to have 2 bedrooms. Our rubbish was removed every day which was great.

There was no view and we got a lot of mosquito bites at night but after that we used the anti-mosquito plug ins that were provided - THANK YOU - and we didn't get bitten again. Late into the evening there was a lot of noise from the restaurant kitchen downstairs (workers chatting and cleaning which I can't begrudge, but the sound really travels up the internal courtyard). The 2nd bedroom was up some very steep stairs which I was nervous about with the children so left a light on at night.

we did ask for an earlier check in by an hour, but when we arrived we were told an hour later than the official time. There is also lots of stair with no lift or anyone to assist.
