καλό μέρος για λίγες μέρες

Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Ήσυχο αν και δίπλα στο σταθμό τρένων, το παρκινγκ άνετο και ευρύχωρο το προσωπικό πάντα εκεί για οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκε.

Λίγο παλιές οι εγκαταστάσεις στο μπάνιο

Понравилось расположение (до центра Ареццо пешком 10 минут) Внимание персонала (в день приезда написали сообщение, чтобы уточнить время приезда) Номер был чистый и просторный, с ванной, с кухонным уголком, с кондиционерами в каждой из комнат Отличная бесплатная парковка возле гостиницы

Гостиница располагалась рядом с ж/д станцией Ареццо, если открывать окна, то было шумновато от поездов проходящих мимо

Near the centre of the city. Friendly and helpful local host.

The building is located opposite the train railway, so there is very noisily when the train passes by. Air-conditioning needs service - the air smells. There is fungus and dirt in the grout near the bathtub. Breakfast it's some joke.

strongly recommend!

put it simply - everything was fine. the quality of the property matched what was on the web site. So, no surprises. you get what you aim for. honest description. Simona was a star! she helped in every detail so the check-in and stay were smooth and trouble free

because the description was true, we knew what to expect. so there was nothing to complain about.

Don’t recommend

Location - the neighborhood didn’t look very nice but it was walking distance from the historic centre.

The flat was very (very) old; building, furniture appliances etc. It smelled like cigarettes as smoking was allowed in the balcony. Constant train noise and ocasional dog barking. “Breakfast included” means some groceries in your room, like packed crackers, cakes and juice cartoons. The hot water kept going off (3x in a two night stay), the first time we had to wait until 11pm when other guests would arrive and have access to the boiler that controlled our room. Don’t recommend this at all.

Good central location with free parking.. It was unexpected but lovely to have a daily room service and a breakfast basket with morning essentials. Very good value me for money.

Space in the apartment, kitchen and elevator. The personel was very friendly very helpful and kind. ma gęś with problems very Quickly and professionaly.

very poor airconditioner. Not cooling or cooling very low. in this condition where 40 degree is outsider? it is shame.

I liked how clean the room and hotel was, I liked how friendly the staff was and how helpfull, I liked how close the hotel was to the town center of Arezzo,

The only thing I did not like was how close the hotel was to the rail line.

Very good

The residence is located not far from the city centre, altought to the main square and cathedral you have to climb a lot. The building lies next to the railway so it is noisy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The place could do with some renovation. The position is excellent for visiting Arezzo and the hotel provides free parking, but that's the end of the good news.

extremely noisy and with bad smells and noise coming from the restaurant downstairs all evening. Plus, heating was off even if at night it was 6°C and the water in the shower (which was already in very poor condiitons) was not hot at all, even though the boiler was at full power.

Good location close to the old city. Very nice and helpful staff good and cheap wine in reception very good restaurant in the same bulding

For breakfast only self service from kitchen but we bought all day before and had great eating. The trains in front of the house but we slept very well instead of.
