L’ alloggio è bellissimo e in posizione stupenda vicino a Piazza Grande.

This property is just off the main square or piazza grande. It is more than a room but an apartment. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, espresso machine and all the plates and utensils. The reception area also offers cooking boxes so you can have it pre delivered to your apartment before you arrive. The place was very quiet and you have a lot of windows that can open to allow fresh air. The air conditioner works well and the water pressure was good. The bathroom was spacious.

The location is perfect as the hotel is right by Piazza Grande and walking distance from bus&train stations. They were very friendly and took good care of their guests. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean and had everything you need for your stay.
No complaints.

Location, good a/c, comfy bed, nice staff.
A little noisy from neighbors above but not too bad.

Was upgraded to a suite. Great rooms in a very atmospheric building close to Piazza Grande, offered a nice bottle of family produced olive oil on my arrival. There is a coffee machine and so many great places to eat at within 10 min walking
Ask for a room on the upper floors or away from the street. People shouting in the street below or talking under very late made it impossible to sleep until midnight. Or bring earplugs. This charming place is worth it!

Large affordable rooms, like a small apartment with extra bed and kitchen. Nicely situated at Piazza Grande. At check out we happened to leave the keys in the lock on the inside. We were told by the staff that everything was okay even though they had to call the locksmith to fix it. Much appreciated!
I was told by fellow traveller that the AC in our room could be perceived as loud, if sensitive to noise while sleeping. I did not hear it myself though. There is no elevator but we were offered help with our luggage at arrival.

It was located just steps away from a lovely medieval piazza with a nice restaurant. The room had a small kitchen too.
The bed was too firm for me and many steps.

VERY LITTLE . DIFFICULT TO FIND.
TOLD THE ROOM WAS ON THE THIRD FLOOR IT WAS NOT AFTER CLIMBING 60 STAIRS WE FOUND THE ROOM , ON THE FOURTH FLOOR. THE BED WAS UP A SMALL METAL LADDER ON A MEZZANINE. NO VENTILATION AT THAT LEVEL ,UNDER A LOW CELING WITH BIG BEAMS WE WERE UNABLE TO STAND UPRIGHT.
THE BREAKFAST WAS ADVERTISED AS INCLUDED IT WAS NOT. THE PERSON IN CHARGE WAS RUDE AND AGRESIVE.
THE WEB SITE CLAIMS THE HOTEL HAS FREE PARKING. It does not. THERE IS NO PARKING FOR NON RESIDENTS IN THE OLD TOWN . THE HOTEL CLAIMED IT HAD AN ARRANGEMENT WITH A CAR PARK OUT OF TOWN FOR 14euros PER NIGHT .

The location is very central and everything is close-by.
The closest parking is 10 minutes away and very expensive so not a good idea to choose this place if you come via car.

beautiful well-maintained historic property, kind, lovely, and helpful staff, three steps from the central piazza of Arezzo.
parking some blocks away, so inconvenient for some. No elevator to the rooms.

Lovely building and perfect location.
Some of the decor and set up is weird. No breakfast vouchers offered as previously read in reviews.

The location
We booked a deluxe junior suite with sofa bed and a large bed - there was no sofa bed, and the large bed actually was more of a small queen. The room was extremely cold, there was no way to switch on the heating. No additional blankets. The hotel description also mentions a voucher for a free breakfast - this is also false. All in all, extremely overpriced

it was simply fabulous
nothing really. i didn’t see a lift. if there is not one then I would be concerned if the place was full and I was on an upper floor. It might be an idea to check with guests about their age and mobility. it would be very difficult for some older less mobile people. luckily I had a room on the very first floor.

Very welcoming and confortable hotel
The only comment is that the room was a bit cold

If you want to be in the center of a medieval city this is the place. Be prepared that getting to the location and finding it, either with a car or from the train station, is going to be a challenge.

Everything really. The charm, the proximity to the piazza Grande, the welcome from the staff, the medieval decor, the free breakfast at the magnificent Vasari café. Are already planning when we might return.
There was nothing to not like.
