Piacevole e rilassante

Che dire, dopo tanti anni continuo ad alloggiare al "Piccolo Cavour" ogni volta che sono ad Arezzo! Cortesia sempre eccellente da parte di tutto lo staff! Camere sempre pulite ed in ordine. Colazione da FAVOLA!!!! Praticamente in pieno centro di Arezzo con tutte le comodità, l'auto non serve e la stazione dei treni è vicina!

Exceptionally nice hosts. Accommodating of an early check-in, which was critical in the Tuscan heat!

Incredible breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, meat and cheeses, as well as the best cappuccino in town!

The internet in my room was not connecting, unfortunately.

The location is next to a big parking so it easy to get here by car. It is on one of the Main Street of Arezzo. Shops and restaurants are all around. The room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

There was a bad odour at the entrance maybe because it is an old building….

We would happily stay here again

It didn’t take long to discover this was a very nice place to stay. Our host was lovely, the breakfast was great, the room was quiet and comfortable, water pressure was fine and it was centrally located. What more would you want?

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It was a little noisy Saturday night due to the wine bar around the corner.

definitely a place to recommend, but be ready to climb stairs.

unique 4 storey 18th Century. we lived on top floor (lots of exercise!!) staff (Fabio and Simon’s) were brilliant. Positioned in the middle of lovely Arezzo.

A bit noisy late at night, but closed the windows-perfect.

I liked everything about the property, gorgeous interior, fabulous location, amazing helpful staff who went above and beyond. They even offered to make is breakfast even though breakfast had finished sometime earlier.

The only thing that troubled me very slightly was the noise from the other clients above our room even though there is a clear sign explaining to guests to keep the noise down (as the place it's very echo-y)

Very nice and charming accommodating! Hosts really friendly and served a fantastic breakfast!! Well situation in the middle of Arezzo. Parking place also very close (5 minutes walk). Thank you!!

The mattress (or bed itself) was making constantly noises when turning around, like if something were broken?!? We forgot to mention that when checking out. But should get fixed!!

This B&B is absolutely the best I've experienced on our trip. It is placed in an old building, of which the main features are preserved but completely renovated and decorated with modern furniture. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, with freshly baked cakes, fresh fruit as well as salty options. Upon arrival, we were given the option of moving to another (bigger) room than the one we booked, for free! The location is great, with a paying-parking option only 3' away on foot.

The only downside was that the room was facing the street and on a Friday night it can get a bit loud.

Beautifully restored building and rooms with so much charm. About 10 minutes walk from the train station. So helpful allowing us to check in early and leave our bags after check out. The room was incredibly clean. Wish we were staying longer! Breakfast was also amazing!
