De ligging tov de Alhambra en het stadscentrum. Alles in de nabijheid.
Slechte wifi in het hotel. Dat is eigenlijk niet meer nodig met huidige techniek

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was amazing. We really enjoyed the location and breakfast was excellent

Hotel was centrally located, though as vehicular access is restricted in the roads around the hotel, the taxi adds a supplement to take you to the hotel. Although needed when you have suitcases etc, this can be avoided during the stay by being dropped off at the end of the road, it was a couple of minutes walk from the barrier to the hotel.
We had a duplex family room (double bed on lower floor, single beds on the upper floor, which the children loved!) Large bathroom and reasonably spacious room, classic wooden furniture. Breakfast was plentiful, something for all tastes. We went skiing on a couple of days and were able to access the dining room a little early, which was so helpful!
A really lovely, traditional hotel, well positioned but quiet. We all enjoyed staying and agreed that we would stay again, next time we're in Granada.

The location is very good and the hotel is in a converted Mudjehar building a few steps from the river with views of the Alhambra and within walking distance of the town. The rooms and bathrooms have traditional Spanish features and are very comfortable. The interior of the hotel is very interesting with original freezes and artwork. The breakfast room is large enough for the hotel and the range and quality of the food is excellent. The service from all the staff was always very helpful and pleasant.
We stayed for a wedding and our time in Granada was made so much nicer because of the hotel. We will certainly return

The location is great. Access is easy and the staff super professional and caring. Compliments to the afternoon receptionist who offered a service you would expect in a 5 stars palace.

Very helpful staff and great location if a bit tricky to get too in late afternoon because crowds prevent taxis getting anywhere near it. Highly recommended.

All of the staff were helpful & friendly. the old area of Granada is amazing with plenty of cobblestone walks to see interesting places. plenty of choices to eat which we enjoyed. Taxis will drop you close by which we liked. We had a chandelier in our room & saw some of the Alhambra from our window. Built in 1520 it once was a Palace. We loved our stay, Thankyou
We could hear noise from other rooms but it didn’t bother us

Breakfast was excellent..good variety
Everything was great.

great location for the centre of Granada
very comfortable bed
friendly staff
plenty of hot water
some areas of the bedrooms and bathrooms needed attention- our sink didn’t drain completely and the fireplace in our friends room wasn’t fastened to the wall, and easily knocked over. Our friend also got locked in his bathroom when his bathroom door got stuck.

Lovely traditional hotel in a fantastic location within the UNESCO heritage area of Granada. The hotel is within a historic building and compliments the surrounding neighbourhood, which has numerous bars, restaurants and tapas tavernas. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for visiting the Alhambra - 15 minute walk or short taxi ride from hotel.
As the hotel clearly states parking is not available nearby.

The hotel were like a court yard style, which gave people a peaceful feelings. The view from our home were great! We appreciate Anna to arrange this room for us, she was very friendly. From our window, we could see the ancient buildings on the mountain and other house roofs. It was very beautiful in the moorings, at sunset times and in the evenings. With such wonderful view, we would like to come back again in the future. Also, the location of this hotel is close to everywhere. Highly recommended!

good location at
the base of Albacin (sp?) and the path to the Alhambra. lots of restaurants around and walking distance to the center and cathedral.
No windows in my room. Opening with shutters onto the stairway only, which was not very quiet. I was rated in my (old) travel guide as one of the best places in Grenada, which it definitely was not. Room was worn and more of a one or two star. seemed to be much better places nearby for the price.

Location, staff design, beds and equipment
I could hear everything outside my room. People leaving thiers rooms, chatting so I will suggest to make the rooms bit more sound proof as I couldn't sleep from about 7 am

Aaron at check in was perfection, extremely kind and very helpful. The location is perfect for the historic part of Granada, right in the middle but totally peaceful. The hotel is full of old world charm and period details. Bed was very comfortable and the woman who runs the generous breakfast is amazing. I would definitely return here!
