Äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt in Granada und in diesem wunderbaren Hotel.

In diesem sehr empfehlenswerten Hotel hat alles gepasst: sehr gute Lage für Stadtbesichtigung, zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar, sehr gute Ausstattung, toller Blick auf die Stadt von der Terrasse, köstliches und umfangreiches Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Great city centre hotel

Very modern. Lots of lifts. Quiet. Very clean. Great bathroom facilities. Excellent location for city centre and all bus services. Great rooftop bar and small swimming pool. Reasonable prices. Lovely staff throughout the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Barcelo Carmen!

Ne vaut pas le prix

La localisation est parfaite en plein dans le centre. L’hôtel est beau, confortable et bien équipé.

Dès l’accueil le personnel n’était pas agréable, ni gentil, ni souriant. Sur une même journée notre carte de chambre a été démagnétisée 2 fois, ce qui nous a valu de perdre 30min à la réception, sans même un mot d’excuse. Il faut compter le parking en supplément à 20€ la journée et prévoir de faire un cinéma pour daigner sortir, car personne ne nous ouvre le portail. Sans compter la piscine et le rooftop décevant.

Emplacement parfait Petit déjeuner conforme aux attentes Enregistrement rapide et efficace Une note particulière pour le personnel très accueillant et toujours disponible pour rendre service, sourire en prime.

Cet hôtel a l'énorme avantage de disposer d'une terrasse sur le toit avec une petite piscine C'est d'ailleurs la raison principale pour laquelle je l'ai choisi au regard des températures caniculaires annoncées Cela dit l'accès n'est ouvert qu'à partir de 10H00 du matin ce qui est beaucoup trop tard sachant qu'il fait déjà 30° C à cette heure 9H00 me paraitrait plus normal Même chose pour le bar qui n'ouvre qu'à 13H00

É um hotel honesto no geral, mas peca em detalhes essenciais.

A localização é perfeita, bem próxima do centro histórico, perto de bares e restaurantes, contando ainda com uma bela galeria El Corte Inglês bem em frente. Hotel bonito e bem conservado. A equipe é gentil e prestativa. Os quartos são de tamanho razoável, silenciosos, com boas camas e bons travesseiros. Ofertam roupões, pantufas e agradáveis amenities. O quarto conta ainda com secador potente (ótimo para quem gosta de escovar os cabelos). Banheiro pequeno, apertado, embora o box seja de bom tamanho. Chuveiro potente e água quente farta. O café da manhã é muito saboroso e variado, além de ter horário bem extenso, das 7:00 às 11:00 am, facilitando tanto a vida de quem sai cedo quanto a de quem quer dormir mais um pouco. Não usei a academia, mas visitei e vi que é bem equipada, com ótimas esteiras. A piscina fica em um ambiente muito bonito e agradável, sendo de bom tamanho, embora eu não tenha usado a área de lazer.

Não tinha ninguém do staff para receber o hóspede na chegada, para ajudar com malas ou ainda prestar informações básicas sobre o estacionamento do carro. O wi-fi não estava funcionando bem no dia em que chegamos (nos demais funcionou normal). Ficamos no quarto duplo deluxe com vista para a Alhambra do 6º andar e a prometida vista para o palácio é bem tímida, bem pequena. O quarto conta também com uma varandinha que quase não pudemos usar pq fomos no verão e estava muito quente. Além disso, o terraço da galeria El Corte Inglês faz muito barulho no andar em que ficamos, tornado desconfortável o uso do ambiente (deixo registrado, por justiça, que o barulho não passa quando as portas da varanda estão fechadas). Por fim, registro dois episódios bem desagradáveis no café da manhã: no dia 28/07 (entre 08:00 e 09:00) o melão servido no bufê já estava passado, já com cheiro duvidoso e consistência pegajosa e no dia seguinte, 29/07 (por volta das 9:00), o melão servido estava azedo!!! Definitivamente este tipo de descuido não é aceitável em um hotel 4 estrelas. Meu marido relatou ter percebido a presença de uma nutricionista inspecionando o bufê, o que me causa mais surpresa ainda, da profissional não ter notado a oferta de fruta estragada aos hóspedes.

Buena localización, moderno, cómodo. Pedimos una habitación silenciosa y nos dieran una sin ningún ruido. La piscina es muy pequeña, pero era en junio y no había mucha gente, vino muy bien para un chapuzón.

Meter un coche grande en el parking es complicado.

An excellent choice on every area and very decently priced.

The best breakfast for a long time. Fresh stuff and basically everything was included. Friendly staff who helped to solve the problems with the bike and air conditioning.

The gym could be a bit bigger. However, a nice personal trainer.

Barcelo Carmen is comfortable, well-located, helpful front desk, with the best roof top bar!

Superb central location, within easy reach of activity hubs of the city. The room was adequate for our needs and had necessities - a shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste, a good supply of towels, a hair dryer, and an in-room safe. Great shower! The bell -person was extremely helpful. The Hotel has the most amazing rooftop bar and swimming pool. The view from it just amazing - snow-capped mountains, Alhambra and experience both sunrise and sunset.

The front desk could not provide an adapter for US plugs/outlets but we appreciated their suggestion we buy one at the department store across the road.

Great stay at a central location

Centrally located hotel with private parking. The people working at the front desk were very helpful and provided us with tips on bars and restaurants nearby. The room size was good and we had a nice view of the city and the Alhambra.

Ubicación perfecta, me vino bien para el evento al que fui Me arrepenti de no haber contratado el desayuno, tenía buena pinta La cama muy bien, muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado es muy fuerte, para verano biene perfecto, yo quería calor ahora es invierno, y me costo un poco el que no se pase de calor la habitación, el lado bueno es que no pase frío

Que no había hamburguesa para pedir al servicio de habitación a cualquier hora

Si vas a Granada te sorprenderá el Barceló Carmen.

La calidad-precio es inmejorable. Sus instalaciones han sido reformadas hace un año, por lo que parece todo nuevo. Tiene un estilo mudéjar envolvente. Además está muy céntrico.
