Un fin de semana fantástico, repetiremos seguro.

La atención del personal, excelente. Las habitaciones, muy limpias y bien ubicadas con vistas al parque acuático y a la playa y la comida, aunque no era un buffet muy grande estaba todo muy bueno.

Por poner una pega que no tiene que ver con el hotel, pero si con la zona es la dificultad de encontrar aparcamiento.

Room way smaller than advertised.

Room in a state of disrepair. Cupboard doors falling off. Noisy Aircon. Very few sockets.

The staff were helpful when you engaged them but not very happy / friendly The fruits provision was good

The food wasn't varied enough When we arrived in the evening we were not given an option of sandwiches, we were given ham and cheese but we are lactose intolerant. More free games for children More drinking water station The safe should be free

reasonable for the price but better food wanted.

The free access to the aqua park (made up the minus of the pool) The massage seats The friendly and helpful staff The food in general, especially fish was well and spicy grilled (made up the meat). The coffee maker was great (nice diversity) sometimes nice mixed salads and sometimes a spicy dish The system of the keycards (for aircondition as well) The nice glass lifts, the decoration in entrance and infront of the restaurant entrance

The breakfast: was all days the same - could be a greater diversity, for example, I'd like some of these marrokean cakes with candided fruits.. and some nuts and seeds for my muesli, and milk. The meals: The fruit juices were very thinned by water.. The grilled meat too dry (should be a hotter flame to get it outside more crusty! and inside still soft). The food in general could have been more tasty and more diversity. The swimming pool: Was -though only deep season - always filled by lots kids with toys (generally not allowed according to house info) The evenings were noisy by the entertainment - ok, this comes with this hotel But the terrace lights do not switch off until at least half past 10, often until midnight - I definitely want to switch off my balcony light by myself!!! The extra fee for the safe (could be more modern, by the same keycard..) The windows of the very nice glass lifts were very dirty.

Nice place

It's a great place if you're into water parks, the beach is lovely aswell, the hotel is nice and clean and the food is good. There are loads of shops, farmacies, supermarket.

There is nothing to do after 11pm , the lights are off, everybody goes to sleep, I guess it's not a bad thing as most customers are families with kids it's just a bit unexpected when you're on holiday...

Sea view room with no sea view

It's perfect hotel for families who like to spend the entire holidays at the hotel by the pool, waterpark or the beach. All of these are just outside

We booked room with a sea view and there was a wall in front of the balcony covering all of the view. The town is literally few hotels and shops and nothing else, you need to take taxi or bus that goes only once per hr. Bathrooms are very old and dirty, beds extremely uncomfortable. I asked for the room move due to the view and I was told to come back to reception the next day. Reception was always so busy and I just gave up waiting for someone to move us. Food was very basic, almost the same every single day, overcooked and not tasty

We only stayed for a couple of nights, accommodation could do with a refresh and all inclusive was average.

just felt a bit dated .

nothing in particular, buffet was ok but not particularly warm or varied choice over the days.

Disappointing and needs serious attention

We liked that there was beach, water park and pool.

There were so many problems. From being shirt staffed to the entire facility needing an upgrade to the food being very bland...and then the cockroach on the counter, the shower leaking all over the floor and the bed not getting fixed. It was overall a disappointment.

the staff were rude the food was nasty there was leaks in the building with made me and my partner both fall and hurt our selves had to go to hospital

Perfect Hotel

We were with the family for the second time in this hotel. And as always, we are very pleased. Delicious food, very nice service. Water park under his breath. Everything close. Amazing views.

Fantastic location, near the beach and aquapark, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, special thanks to housekeeping for hard very well done job! Absolutelly amazing staff in restaurant, also cleaners outside! Everyday they were cleaning pool.

The air condition doesnt work properly, we took all inclusive, but in aquapark we need to pay for drinks, should be more seafood, and more local food and fruits (no strawberries in Spain) ?, as an all inclusive should be an internet for free as well.. Also the outside lifts doesn work properly.. Sofa could be more comfortable..

Good for kids, but...

Great for kids, lots to do

This was our second stay at lago taurito and we can tell that the pandemic has really impacted the hotel greatly... ants in the rooms, lower quality of the food, requested a later check out (travelling with a 2 year old ) for even an hour they wanted to charge me 18 euro 🙈

Pleasant

The beach was great. The all-inclusive aspect was also great and convenient.

The property was older and not as cleanly as expected. The rooms were also not soundproof, as we could hear the parties every night as well as our neighbors.

beautiful location, nice aquapark, poor food

Hi, Excellent location, beautiful surroundings, close to large aquapark (with entrance ticket included in hotel room price), and sandy beach.

Food was simple and absolutely the same for all 7 days, many types of meat were just not cooked/fried enough, they were almost raw; difficult to find really good food. Beds were not comfortable at all, very old and hard. No soap or shampoo, enough for 1-2 days only; not re-supplied even after asking. Very cold water in aquapark in winter, all pools had only 19-20 C.

Lago - goo Fun, Sun and Food ☀️

This a super value all-inclusive. Rooms are cleaned very well daily and all communal areas frequently with sanitation sprays. Food is good, just enough variety and staff friendly. Snacks throughout the day tasty and appeared fun for children! Close to the beach and the water park access an added bonus. Evening bar, drinks and entertainment a good varied mix for all ages and tastes. Definitely highly recommend.
