Beautiful location, but it is a pity staff were not kinder in some circumstances.

Two Cockroaches in room on the first night & was lectured by staff about dress code at breakfast time, told to “cover up” to not damage the furniture..

Lo pasamos muy bien y seguro que volveremos.

Completo. Muy variado.

Tal vez no es importante. En la entrada del comedor para cenar, la Sra. Valeria nos paró con cierta brusquedad indicándonos textualmente "sin tarjeta verde no se puede pasar. Tienen que ponerse en la cola". Realmente no sabiamos de qué hablaba y quedamos desconcertados. Somos personas bastante mayores y nos gusta recibir un trato un poco más amable, como el que recibimos de todo el resto del personal de la instalación, circunstancia que valoramos y queremos resaltar sobre ese pequeñisimo incidente.

Recomendable . Tranquilidad y calidad en la comida.

Todo nos gustó. Siempre es un acierto hospedarse en este hotel de Cordial Mogan playa. Es muy tranquilo, el servicio es maravilloso, la calidad de la comida es perfecta y muy recomendable. El spa aunque no sea muy grande está perfecto para relajarte y tener un rato para desconectar, es muy bonito. Gracias.

Disfruta en familia en un gran entorno

Es un entorno muy bonito, con muchísimas plantas y árboles lo que le hace muy acogedor. Además la calidad de la comida y trato del personal es excelente.

Empieza a notarse el paso de los años, empiezan a tener algunas instalaciones averiadas o rotas. Tienen que empezar a renovar y reparar.

Nem volt elvárásom de jól éreztem magam.

Szép szálloda természet uralja gyönyörű növényekkel teli. Kedves személyzet, mindennap volt lehetőség strand törölközőt cserélni ez pozitív nagyon, ételek átlagosnak mondanám.

A Pool részén ha kértem egy kávét és ott akartam meginni fel kellett öltözni, érthetetlen mert fél méterrel odébb mindenki napozott az nem zavart senkit😅

Great place to stay

The hotel is beautiful and the facilities were great. It was a very easy and relaxing stay. Location is very good for a calm but fun trip. Lots of food and bar options close by.

We would've like one queen bed to share rather than twins put together as they slid apart. Also would be nice to have an iron in the room.

A Hotel that does everything right!

We liked very much our stay at Hotel Cordial Morgan Playa. The hotel is big and offers lots of activities and entertainment like bowling, chess and Tennis (even Tennis training is available). The pool was great to swim and relaxing. The food gets a 12 out of 10 (excellent quality and variety). I like very much how they organized the dinner, with different sittings and if you like they assig you a table for the whole stay. The room was big and comfortable. We booked the junior suite and got a big balcony with two loungers and view to the beautiful Chapel garden. Breakfast for the suites was served at the pool restaurant which was also great in both settings and food quality. We liked and enjoyed the hotel very much and can only recommend to anyone looking for the perfect stay in Gran Canaria.

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, beautiful gardens and friendly staff.

Beautiful gardens and planting, lovely pools. A nice relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and well tended. Very friendly staff. Food was very good, especially breakfast. Dinner was mostly very good.

Air con in the gym would be a bonus! Also a little more info given on arrival. The trampolines were also closed. Some dinners were wonderful (ceviche, sushi etc) and some were less so. Overall food was very good though.

Loved the hotel and the town

Excellent breakfast - huge choice, absolutely everything you can think of is available. Grounds are set in a lovely botanical garden type environment- 5 min walk to gorgeous marina and beachfront

Excellent hotel keeping its reputation as a quality destination.

Excellent breakfast and evening buffet with incredible choice and great quality. Two heated swimming pools Beautiful plants throughout the hotel, providing necessary shade. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly.

Nous avons adoré la décoration de l’hôtel d’hôtel est magnifique il y a vraiment tout dedans pour les familles. L’hôtel est environ 800 m de la plage et du port de Mogán qui est un endroit magnifique .

Nous avons trouvé que dans l’hôtel il n’y avait pas beaucoup de jeunes nous étions quasiment les seules jeunes. le déjeuner est vraiment pas top. Par contre les cocktails sont vraiment bons au bar où il y a la grande salle en bas . À minuit il n’y a plus personne dans l’hôtel c’est vraiment dommage car l’hôtel est vraiment magnifique. Même dans le village à partir de minuit il n’y a plus personne dans les rues. Nous avons été pour nouvel an et c’était le seul jour où il y avait du monde dans les rues jusqu’à 2h du matin. La moitié des restaurants ne vous accepte plus à partir de 22 heures.

Bardzo relaksujący pobyt

Hotel na dużej przestrzeni przy równoczesnym idealnym wykorzystaniu i aranżacji dostępnego miejsca. Masa bujnej zieleni, fajne baseny, wydzielone strefy ciszy - naprawdę można odpocząć. Kilka minut spacerkiem promenadą do centrum i portu. Doskonały wybór jedzenia na śniadania i kolacje. Na duży plus bezpłatny parking.

Kan bli helt fantastisk

Personalet var fantastisk. Putene på solsengen er det beste jeg har prøvd. Det var rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Maten var god og godt utvalg.

Sengen var hard og ekstra (myk) overmadrass var like hard. Putene var også harde. Utsikt fra balkongen var det kun noen som hadde, selv om jeg bestilte rom med utsikt.

Todo genial, desde que llegamos el personal fue muy agradable, nos recibieron con bebidas h nos acompañaron a la habitación. Instalaciones grandes con múltiples servicios. Buffet variado, tienen dos turnos de cena y hace más fácil tener una mesa propia

Sigue siendo una referencia de descanso y lujo

Las comidas. La situación del hotel permite pasear hasta la playa y los viernes hasta el mercadillo. Que el personal te reciban con la invitación a un licor,cava..Y que en el check out tengan la cortesía de ofrecerte permanecer disfrutando de sus instalaciones hasta por la tarde , sin costo y con una zona habilitada para ducharte y poderte cambiar. Al final te das cuenta que es un beneficio mutuo pues por lo general almuerzas en el bar piscina dejando un extra en su caja

Que algunas escaleras no tengan barandillas,o solo la tengan en un sentido, con muy poco se puede facilitar la subida y bajada de escaleras a la personas con movilidad reducida. Que la piscina tranquila no sea solo adultos.

The Hotel Cordial Morgan Playa is just the most beautiful hotel that myself and my sister-in-law had the pleasure of staying in it was just perfect, from our lovely double rooms and balconies which were cleaned everyday, fabulous buffet breakfasts and evening meals which catered to everyone's tastes and such friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you, this hotel has everything and more and I would certainly holiday there again and definitely recommend this hotel to everyone stay in. Gracias*******

There is nothing at all to dislike it is just perfect, from the beautiful tropical surrounding grounds this hotel is set in to the exquisite interior, you just have to stay there to appreciate how stunning this hotel really is and myself and my sister-in-law absolutely loved our holiday stay there. Total disappointment

the breakfast is not fresh, and not local. there are a lot of people in the room. there is a bad smell. the team is absolutely not friendly, they all seem to be very bored working in this establishment which looks like a retirement home. there is an alcohol stand open from 7:30 a.m. you will be able to see elderly people there drinking low-end champagne or vodka from 7:30 a.m. which is very shocking. The general atmosphere in the hotel is poor, no room service is not offered, the housekeeping is very average and the smell of the sheets and towels coming out of the laundry is very bad. Absolutely not recommend this place.

Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y los jardines maravillosos. Muy tranquilo a pesar de la gente que había. El personal excelente, muy atentos. La zona de piscina muy bien. Buffet variado pero algunas preparaciones un poco pasadas.

Los horarios que tienen para determinadas actividades e instalaciones. La piscina la cierran a las 18:00!!! El spa normalito y había un par de instalaciones que no funcionaban

Amazing vacation!!!

It was exceptional vacation! The territory if full plants, very clean and taking care of. All personnel is very respectful and positive. The food was very varied, chicken, lots of fish, fruites - veery tasty and fresh! There is a comfortable alley on the way to the beach, with shops. Also a large supermarket is just across the street.
