Every aspect of our stay was a joy... The location is stunning, the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms (especially beds) extremely comfortable, the food of a high quality and choice.

Everything great, completely satisfied. We really enjoyed our time here.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean throughout. Excellent choice at breakfast. All in all I cannot fault much at this hotel.
The pool area sunbeds are not very comfortable. There are 'Balinese Style' beds and these ARE very comfortable but you must pay for these beds - although it is reasonable value as you get food and drink throughout the day - it is probably an additional expense that most would not take every day.

The staff was really nice, especially Gonzalo who made our stay extremely welcoming and was always extremely helpful. Also, the breakfast and dinner buffet were nice, especially the dinner buffet which always had very high quality meals.
We traveled as a couple and were very disappointed to discover that the hotel does not provide double beds or even 2 single beds that can at least be pushed together with one single bed sheet/cover. In this case, we were forced to sleep in 2 separate beds and despite complaining about this, we were told that the hotel is not able to provide a solution for this. I would have expected this information to have been provided at the time of booking in the description of the room since it would have definitely influenced our decision to stay at the hotel. Also, we saw a few cockroaches in our room during our stay which I understand could be expected with the humidity and close proximity to the port. But still, I think there should be a better way to manage this situation in terms of pest control.

All in all, it turned out to be a lovely one-week stay at Hotel LIVVO Puerto de Mogán. The location was excellent compared to all other locations in Puerto de Mogán. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive in making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast/dinner buffet was ideal with a wide variety of options to choose from. I look forward to returning to Puerto de Mogán in 2024.

Room, pool and selection of food at breakfast & dinner was very good
Food could be a little warmer, especially breakfast. The worst thing was the whole hotel seemed to shut down at 9.30. I think they should have a separate bar facility so when you had dinner or been out you could relax and have a night cap and talk to other guest.

The location of the hotel is by far the best in Puerto de Mogan. All staff are helpful, courteous and friendly and able to communicate in several languages. The rooms are well designed but could be improved by the addition of a "grab handle" in the shower. The cuisine is truly international and the choice of wines more than adequate. We go twice a year, in February and again in September and will continue to do so.
Other than the addition of "grab handles" in the shower we feel the marker bouys around the sea swimming area need to be replaced as there is a danger of simmers moving into the boat lanes.

location and view very nice
The food was the worst we have ever had on any holiday. very cheap ingredients with no flavour. it was a disgrace for the amount of money we had to pay. There should be an option to take food or not.,

Great location overlooking the sea and marina. Good swimming pool and direct, private access to a cordoned off sea swimming area. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and the town had a great atmosphere.
The sun beds were too closely packed together. You need to replace the large - 'private' sun beds, which cost 50 euros a day, with sun loungers, which should then be available to all guests, at no extra cost. Whilst we were staying at the hotel, usually only 2 (of 8) of the private sun beds were being used - not great for your residents. The sun loungers were very uncomfortable and needed cushions on them, so to prevent the bar underneath from digging in to your back. The dining room needs upgrading, as do the rooms and reception area. It's all a bit dated and we thought that it was going to be a bit more exclusive, rather than a 'package tour' hotel.
We had a buffet style breakfast and evening meal each day, which was included in the price and was good. But in a hotel of this price, nearly £300 a night, we would have expected table service and a good menu on a few nights of the week.

Very dated, paying just for location, it is nothing like they try and portray on social media. the place felt like a old people’s home as a lot of elderly people stay. We paid for half board but never ate one meal in the evening as the food looked so poor, the breakfast was just basic. The rooftop bar is a shambles never seen something so uninviting it didn’t feel like a bar just like someone had thrown a couple of bottles on a side, work was going on up there so also felt like a building site.
The rooms are so dated, they don’t get cleaned during your stay and the bathroom was dirty on arrival. It is really in need of tlc and revamp.
The famous steps to the sea was broke and red tape across so couldn’t be used.
The only good things I can say is good location, the view from the rooftop is nice looking out to sea or pool.

I would like to say that the hotel is extremely hospitable, the staff where so kind and could not do enough for you, very generous.
The food in the half board was lovely, very nice breakfast and good food served in the evening, lots of choice even for the fussiest of eaters.
The only downside was that we had no air con for the first 3 nights of the holiday and was told that it would be fixed however it still had not been fixed, causing sleeping problems, and resulting in me and my partner having to drench cloths in water and place over our bodies to cool down. On the final night of our holiday, the air con worked, and can say that was the only decent night sleep I had the whole holiday.
The pool area is stunning, if you want the Bali beds you have to pre book these, and 30 euros seems reasonable. Sadly we where unable to book these as fully occupied, so I recommend pre booking these very far in advance. The views from the pool area are surreal, you can see both the sea and the mountains of Gran Canaria, stunning.
The rooms where cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, and we had a perfect view from the balcony of the marina, it was beautiful. At evening time every day, a kind woman would knock on each of the guests door offering chocolates which I thought was a nice touch to the hospitality!
Overall, perfect hotel, good facilities (if the air con works) and the staff are very hospitable and hard working. I would 10/10 stay here again.
Air con did not work for the first 4 days of the holiday, meaning we had to drench cloths in water and put on our bodies so that we could keep somewhat cool at night and sleep. The air con only worked on the final night of our holiday, and was the only good night sleep I had unfortunately.
