Reasonable location
Dated, shabby annexe with no lift. Tired room. Small bed. Tiny, grubby bathroom with short shower curtain! Wi-Fi did not work. Payment required for breakfast. Numerous coach parties often blocking ingress and egress.

Staff very accommodating. Able to use leisure centre prior to check in
Showers were not hot enough. Jacuzzi was also not hot enough
6.0 / 10.0
Cheap enough, clean and comfy.
Bar was cool with nice staff.
I don’t have a car but the hotel as a large car park.
Everything was a bit “meh”, to be honest, the hotel would need a bit of refurbishment (including leisure area).
The breakfast was just average (very salty), I’d recommend to go elsewhere.
The WiFi simply doesn’t work in the room and is very slow elsewhere so if you intend to work and need internet access, forget it.

location and food was good
dated and a little run down. Very noisy at night. could hear lots of noise from other rooms and people shouting late at night.

The staff were very good with my wife after she fell and broke her leg
One guy in particular looked after my wife and took her to the hospital his name was Stewart MacLennan who works at the Alexandria Hotel who seen the accident happen and immediately came to my wife's rescue a great help and we can't thank him enough he was brilliant
Our weekend was ruined when my wife tripped over a set of temporary lights just yards from the hotel and broke her leg which meant we spent all day in hospital and couldn't get out of the hotel at night

The location was perfect .
Told breakfast was included then charged for it .
The breakfast was poor
A better choice
As visitors to this country we are nit used to heavy greasy food ...
No eggs on both days ..
So we had tea and toast and charged a fortune for it.

I love the Ben Nevis. staff are so friendly. and very attentive.
I think they should have advised us they had a wedding reception , on the Saturday night. right below our room noise was so bad in the small
hours as we were trying to sleep for an early rise next morning for drive home other than that I can’t fault it.
8.0 / 10.0
Nice comfortable, spacious room and good spa facilities.
Evening dinner was a limited menu designed for the coach party. Our vegan dinner was unimpressed.
5.0 / 10.0
The properly was mostly cheap and cheerful. Pool was good and breakfast had plenty of options.
Room was in need of a deep clean and some updates wouldn’t go amiss.

Friendly, helpful check-in lady. Leisure club pool and Spa pool.
The place is in a state of disrepair. Lackluster, dated, dirty change rooms in leisure center and devoid of atmosphere.

Location, facilities, food.
Ha ha ha, can I really say? and it depends on where you stay in the hotel as it is so big. I was out everyday walking and getting to the summit of the big Ben over the road so, early nights and early starts were important but being over the ballroom where there was a live act every night was very noisy. I was so tired, I eventually slept through the noise! 🤣
