If you were infirm or bad at walking this place is not for you. Steep hills
The matresses in all beds were for the bin, The springs were digging into back. The tap in kitchen was dripping.. The smell of damp from kitchen hits you as soon as you go in. We could not cook because of this.
The sofas had no comfort to sit on. As you walk into flat there is a lot of rubbish to the left hand side. Lazy take it to the dump. Overpriced for what you get.

Entrance way to flat was dark and dirty
Second bedroom was tiny with bunk beds - no wardrobe or side table or mirror
no mirror in bathroom
No info re hot water system

The location was excellent with just a short (but steep) walk down to the main street. Once we arrived we parked our car and did not need to drive it again. We walked to the train station, grocery store, restaurants and shopping.
The plank flooring in the kitchen is coming apart and no longer attached to the base floor. I'm sure they will fix that soon.
4.1
Quiet area, easy access to walks. Pint of milk kindly left in flat on arrival. Handy for town centre and amenities.
Hill to accommodation steeper than expected.
4.1
Good location, clear instructions, clean and well equipped.
Nice apartment but would benefit from a new floor in the kitchen and a mirror on the bathroom.

The landlord has a good communication. The property is very clean and warm and provide all we need for 2nights stayed. They even provided milk in the fridge for our basic need.

Beautiful, clean apartment. Beds comfortable with spotless linen and plenty of pillows and towels.
Bathroom is spacious with a lovely new shower cabinet and power shower and a great supply of loo roll.
Kitchen is awesome with virtually everything you could need to hand.
Lounge has wonderful sofas and a four seating dining table in the bay window with stunning views over Fort William, much to my dads delight.
If im being picky , the three large steps to the entry door were a bit tricky for my elderly father though there is a hand rail to assist .. but then my dad is 91.

clean, comfortable and good hot shower. Easy parking and drive to town.
no coffee and wash clothes.

Great to have the whole apartment. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Good powerful shower. Contact with the owner was clear and he was very quick to reply to my questions. Well stocked with kitchen equipment.
No toilet roll holder.

Before arrival the host send us very good instructions on how to get the keys and how everything in the appartment works. The appartment itself is really practical, clean and comfy with most utilities you find in any household (including netflix!). The beds very comfy and clean and its ideal for a family. Also plenty of free parking spaces in front of the house.

Accommodation was clean comfortable and had all facilities catered for.
Location was great. Quiet with great views of the Loch.
We arrived earlier than expected but the host, David, had no problem with us checking on early.

lovely flat and the host was very pleasant

Location was good. Not far from town centre although it is a steep hill up to it.
Hadn’t realised it was bunk beds in second bedroom. There were 3of us and all not young so was a bit difficult to climb
4.1
Flat itself very nice. Clean and had everything we needed.
Kitchen well kitted
The entrance hall is very grotty and a mattress sitting in it, also doesn't smell nice. Very untidy and dirty.
4.1
Very close to ben nevis - this was the purpose of the stay
Towels good and beds were comfy
The enterance in to the flat is not very nice.
The bathroom floor had tape on it rather than new flooring down. Flat also had a bit of a smell, maybe little air fresheners in it would help
4.1
Close to Ben Nevis visitor centre
The area was rough, the main door to the building was propped open with a brick. The outer hallway stank of mould and had a mattress and tins of paint under the straircase (a fire hazard).
The lock to the apartment did not seem sufficient and we felt that our security was compromised.
The apartment itself was clean and recently decorated but only provided very basic equipment and still had an undercurrent of a smell in the apartment. I would not go back.

Was sceptic pulling up but it exceeded all expectations

Great location, very short walk to main street with restaurants & shops. Parking right outside the door. Very comfortable flat for two adults and two children.

The views from the property were brilliant at the top of the hill, but it is a bit of a hike straight up the hill with groceries. We appreciated the bunk beds in the second room for our teens. The TV worked splendidly--so we were able to watch England beat Germany in the Euros with no problems!
