La cercanía al Santuario andando.

No se corresponde lo publicado en Booking con la realidad. Apartamento viejisimo con las cosas rotas, las camas muy incómodas y muy sucio, había incluso cosas de clientes anteriores. Dicen que está insonorizado y cada vez que abren puertas cercanas parece que se te van a meter en el cuarto. Ls vistas son a los edificios de enfrente.

Personnel et localisation top mais mauvaise odeur dans la chambre

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et très arrangeant vis à vis des horaires d’arrivée. Très bonne localisation.

Bien que la chambre semble propre d’apparence, il y’avait une odeur désagréable et le sol colle aux chaussures.

bon mais pas à la hauteur de mon attente

L'accueil était chalereux, micro onde fonctionnel et ensemble propre dans la globalité. Accès pratique.

Les plaques qui fonctionnent mal, les saletés sur la vaisselle et le frigo, les tiroirs cassés dans la SDB certains coins de la chambre vétuste, sommier qui tombe en miette aucun placard fonctionnel dans la kitchenette. Pas la chambre à laquelle je m'attendais.

L’emplacement en face du parking gratuit La propreté de l’appartement ainsi que le confort du lit

Il faudrait rajouter du pain et viennoiseries lorsqu’il y en a plu au petit déjeuner.

Very comfortable and staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Breakfast was very good and location is very central and with easy access to transport to and to and from the airport. The bus from airport stops 200 meters from the hotel. The bicycle shop next door was a big bonus for our group.

We were travelling with bike boxes and a storage room for that would have made a big difference. That being said we were able to store them in the room but it made it a bit tight.

Apartments very well located. Very clean, all flat surface walk to the grotto. Has shampoo, shower gel and towels so no need to bring these. ⁷

I always go to the Lorda, every time I go to Lourdes

The room is vast and comfy, and quite soundproof. Everything kitchen ware is on the room when you arrive, that's great. And the fridge is already on, you can use it on the spot. The bed is good and huge. There are multiple power outlets available.

The fridge is quite little, and if you put the climatisation on, you cannot decide if it'll make heat or cold, nor can you adjust the temperature, it's pre-programmed at 21° and that's it

Pleasant but I wouldn’t stay again

The location was ok - not too far but not quite as close as I thought. The staff were great on arrival.

The apartments were smaller than expected, one of the cups in the room was chipped and the sofa had multiple stains. There was also an overpowering smell on the third floor corridor which is a bit like must and a bit of cleaning product. We hired a mobility scooter for my elderly grandmother but the staff would not assist on its return to the vendor ( we were leaving early for our return flight) the vendor just told us to leave the scooter in the hotel and he would pick it up even if they didn’t give permission so was fine in the end. No snack machines which would of helped as there are no shops close by. Breakfast was expensive at 12 euros per person for a small continental option.

Superb

Practical and comfortable, well located for our needs with a great big free car park just over the road. We could self check-in after hours.

The hotel is in a convenient and peaceful location. Except for the floor, the room was clean. For a four-star hotel, I would expect more amenities, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Passable

Good location. Free parking lot across the street, and a 10 minute walk to the grotte. Lots of storage (2 big closets).

Very basic kitchen supplies. Reserved a one bedroom apartment but when we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned, so then our party of 3 had to stay in 2 separate basic rooms on different floors. The staff was apologetic and gave us free breakfast, but it unfortunately put a damper on our planned time together. We could hear all the noise from the neighbours and in the hall. Thin walls. Breakfast was very basic and not worth 13+ euros.

Friendly, Clean and comfortable accommodations.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The temperature of the room was ambient and comfortable.

The bath was difficult to get in and out. The washing liquid dispenser was broken and so no washing up liquid was available throughout our stay. This was reported the first day, but not repaired until we left.

Exceptional

The room is really nice, comfy & very clean. It is so spatious you can dance If you want in it. It's awesome that it is equipped with the mini kitchen. Also, the staff is very friendly. The only thing that you should be aware of is that the reception is open only at the certain hours. I enjoyed my stay so much and I'm planing to return soon.
