La posizione strategica,la camera con accesso diretto alla piscina
L’odore nelle camere,a volte si sentiva un forte odore di muffa

Staff welcomed us warmly. Rooms were lovely - spacious, modern, super comfortable. Great pool, big, and close to the beach. Small gym was decently equipped & appreciated by our group! We didn't have breakfast. More 4 than 3 star, at least in deluxe rooms.

Breakfast was lovely, didn’t restock on the bacon some mornings so we went without but everything else was nice.
Beds are on the hard side but okay. We had a pool access room and the steps into the pool could have done with an extra step, may be difficult for some to get in and out. Slight noise from pubs at night but didn’t bother us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Right in the action but away from any bussle. Near the beach and all facilities. There is a traditional part and a more ritzy part. Both are excellent. The pools are really good. The breakfast was for tastes and plentiful.
The area around the pool was like a botanical garden.

Good location on Main Street but quiet, shopping, restaurants etc. 2 nice pools, large room overlooking the pool in the newer area, was an upgraded room.
Not on the beach but short easy 2-300 mtr walk.

The room was much nicer than expected. Very big, clean, and we loved the swimming pool access from the room . A big variety of food for breakfast and all delicious. Everything was just great.

Breakfast was excellent with huge variety. Great position close to the main street and easy walk to the beach.
Arrived late to check in and was given a room with one large bed even though I had booked a twin room for my 40 year old daughter and myself. Property said had no twin rooms available and finally had a roll a way bed brought to the room for my daughter to sleep on for 1 night. Next day they squeezed a single bed into our room for her. This was not what we had booked and paid for. The property had said they were not informed of the request for a twin room. The bed I slept on had a tatty hard piece of plastic under the mattress protector which made crackling noises every time I moved during the night.

Breakfast buffet is simply amazing, considering you're in Thailand.
You find continental and classic english/american breakfast.

Hotel rooms were lovely, we had a pool access room which was really nice, they aren’t private pools, you share this with other pool access rooms but for the price it’s really good and generally it’s pretty quiet. The rooms were spacious and safe provided, free water and staff were really welcoming and happy. Theres a few pools, gym and short 5 minute walk (probably less) to beach.
It was great it has a gym and the equipment was decent but there was no air conditioning only ceiling fans which was a bit hot!

Lovely hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Big room and clean. Confortable bed with 4 pillows. They had conditioner in the bathroom which many hotels don’t have.
The staff was nice.
The locations is perfect to walk around, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars etc but still very quiet in the rooms you can’t hear music and stuff.
The swimming pools are big, quite clean and plenty of sun-beds available.
Slow and patchy wifi

Fabulous place. Excellent facilities and breakfast. Loved the bath on the balcony.
Great location
Some music noise from main street.

Location.
Room. Like being in a cellar. Reserved a pool access room. Was not given one of those rooms. Instead a short walk to the pool.

Close to the beach, large pool, comfortable room, cleaned well, ample desk space, nice shower, friendly staff, great location right in Lamai!
Breakfast had many flies (coffee was okay), Spotty wifi, they don’t provide an iron to borrow. Taxis are expensive and can take awhile so plan to call in advance (either by Grab or through the hotel)

Quiet resort yet still Centra to the main street and night life, we had a pool access room which was perfect (level 2 is best as lower level is basementy)
Noo at the pool bar is lovely and does some great cocktails

I like the whole area of the hotel. It is very green and spacious with natural decorations. I enjoyed the breakfast even as a vegan, yet I would appreciate more options. The staff were super nice and helpful.
There could be more vegan options for breakfast. For example they served sushi and it could be with veggies, avocado, fruit but it was filled with salami or something similar. Another missed option was potatoes that were served with bacon which wasn't necessary because you could add the bacon from the next plate if you wanted.

Amazing. I adored it. Staff were exceptional. Food was very good. Beds were so comfortable. Very clean.
Nothing wrong with the hotel. But it did rain while we where there unfortunately. Maybe they should have taken the cushions for the loungers in when it rained. But they dried very quickly.
