Access to the beach and a great cafe/restaurant.
Bungalows were very utilitarian, aircon wasn’t very effective and beds were HARD
8.0
Fantastic location.
Beautiful beach front bungalow.
Lovely clean beach and grounds.
Staff were lovely and accommodating.
The only thing that disappointed was the mattress. Would have been ok for a couple of nights but we stayed for 12. A new mattress would make our stay perfect.
9.0
Location was perfect, 30 seconds from the best spot of Lamai beach, so convenient. Staff at the restaurant were also very friendly
5.0
Good housekeeping, room always clean. During my stay i haf problems with the safe, the fridge and the toilet, all of them fixed promptly.
Only one electrical outlet in the room and it is opposite the bed. The wifi and internet is so slow and unstable that i needed to get a sim-card to be able to work from my room, also it is an unsecure network.

Location, great beach, airport shuttle, clean room, good value
No beach towels

Sea view room. Great spot loved waking up to see the beach.
Quiet great location for being in the Center of Lamai beach area . Big room spacious , clean, comfortable .
Good Restaurant’s around . Could walk everywhere .
The bed was a bit hard.
That’s all, other than that it was great!
9.0
Clean and quiet, but very good lokated. To the city and the beautiful beach.
5.0
Close to the beach although our bungalow was not “beachfront” as advertised. Walking distance to bars/restaurants, staff helped us with transfers/ferry turns when checking out.
The AC unit in our room was outdated and fairly ineffective. Bungalow not located on beachfront and wasn’t well ventilated.

Great location and very cheap
Swimming pool could open the little bar

Perfect sea front view & walking distance to the Lamai Street. Easy and convenient to get all the necessities and the night time street walk is just too heavenly, Lamai Muay Thai open air bar just nearby.
Mosquitoes at night.

location, cleanliness, quiet , beach cleaned every day, breakfast , wonderful staff throughout
no effective WI FI. if you need effective WI FI you need to bring your own. The WIFI in hotel is mostly useless. Worst WIFI we’ve had out of all the hotels we’ve been staying in past weeks.
10.0
very comfortable room and cleanliness, location on the first line, the beach is cleaned every morning. very polite staff
slow wi-fi (((
7.0
Lamai Inn gave us a room on the second floor - cabins are more expensive. The location of the hotel is perfect right on the beach were they also serve you breakfast. Access to the beach is very good. Pretty quiet location too cause if your too close to the main street with resto's and caffee's you will not sleep at 10pm unless you have earplugs.
The rooms are good but the view is not spectacular, satisfying however. The breakfast is to pay and not flexible, for example you want a cappuccino they will still serve you a coffee and make you pay extra for the cappuccino.

Perfect location, beach is right across the street!
Staff were friendly and helpful.
They ran out of the double rooms when we arrived so we were upgraded to a triple room free of charge which was lovely to have the extra space.
Restaurant that was next to the property was very good and served lovely food and smoothies!
Walls are quite thin so you can hear noisy people, we only had our last night with noisy people so not much of a problem but something to bear in mind. When it rains though that is very noisy!
Rent a scooter in advance if you need one as they run out quickly when it is busy!

Really bad Wi-Fi cover in the hotel. I had to walk to the reception to connect and then walk back to my room and hope for to connection to stick.

Location was fantastic
Air conditioning could have been a bit cooler but not much else to complain about.

beach front location close to everything. great at reception .. hired motorbike.. taxis no hassle
rooms a bit dated now… beds quite hard but that’s the same as a lot in Thailand but the cleaners kept it spotless everyday

Very comfortable bed (looked like a new mattress). Room was clean cosy. Staff very helpful and friendly too.
The walk to the hotel was a little dark. But thankfully no signs of street dogs in the area.

nothing
if you want to stay in a sleazy dirty bungalow with rude staff right in the centre of the red light sex district than stay here. yes it’s on the beach but it is a grim beach. go north 10 minutes to Chaweng and your in paradise. there was dead fish in the pond, lights don’t work, I asked for an extra key so that we could charge our cameras and phones while we left the room for the whole day (could not separate the key from the card for power) and they said no. so expensive for what it actually is.. don’t get sucked in by the location like we did, this is the sleazy part of the island and has very dark undertones. also piles and piles of durian are stacked in a big bin just outside so you have to walk past it to go anywhere. nothing good to say about this.
9.0
beautiful big beach in front of the room
7.0
really good spot at the beach and near a lot of restaurants. room gets cleaned everyday
rooms are really old and dark. service isn’t that good.
