The view was stunning
No sun on balcolny .
Cleaning only every 4 days . Did not clean well at all .
Just cleaned the floor and changed bed and towels .
You have to clean balcolny and bathtub yourself
Two tv's but neither worked .
Had to use a motorbike to get to the pool and back .

The view was stunning! and the layout of the place was fab, good showers, aircon working well!
The place could do with abit of renovation, furniture abit old, the bathrooms have a awful smell but other than that it wasn’t bad for a decent price

amazing views
the road to get there is very steep and the higher units even steeper and lots of stairs. pouring rain made it very difficult to access apartment. this really should be advised prior to booking. as it was too difficult for me I stayed the one night only. staff/owners v helpful to resolve.

Nothing like on the pictures. room and bathroom were super dirty, filled with insects, like no else stayed there for years. had to book a new hotel for those nights since I couldn't handle this mess. absolute waste of money. also, its on the hill, had to pay 200 baht for taxi just to get from the hotel to the main road.

I liked being close to Makro and Big C. Tesco is 7 minutes away. Also the Manager helped us rent a motorbike for a good price. The view of the ocean was nice too. It was nice to see the fishing boats at night and have a drink on the patio.
Not a quiet place. Very thin walls an ceiling. We can hear everything our upstairs neighbor did. I was not informed of the construction on the building next door until after I booked my stay. The workers were kind but threw cigarettes on the ground all over and not in the trash. Loud and hard to relax. The shower was little dirty with other people’s hair stuck in the shower head. The cookware provided was not enough to make a meal. 2 small pans with no tops. 1 pot. I had to buy a pan to cook with because the ones provided were not flat and slightly bent. The Smart TV was not updated, so none of the features worked. We could not watch TV while in bed. No Netflix and no YouTube.

Lovely, helpfull girl at the reception, view, pool in the balcony. Kitchen had all the amenities
Me and my husband spend here 5 nights, and it wasn't the most pleasant stay.
First day we arrived we checked into a studio apartment with a bathtub in the balcony. First of all it was filthy, had a foul smell, toilet wouldn't flush, shower head so covered in limeskale that only drops of water come out of it.
The lovely girl at the reception offered to move us to second floor two bedroom apartment, which was slightly better, but still lacked cleanliness.
Overall we had an impression that the apartments are not looked after properly, not being cleaned well and in need of a lot of repairing. It's just seems a bit sad and abandoned ☹️
The views from the balcony were stunning tho.
