Location was great. David in reception was the best. He listened and tried to help.
It advertised a kitchen but cook top didn't work, no pots to cook with. Not enough utensils or plates to eat with. No toaster, jug leaked and a tea towel was supplied but no dishwashing detergent. Tacks from loose carpet were exposed so quite dangerous especially for children. Asked for a can opener but told they don't have them. Bed very hard, and had to ask for more pillows which were supplied. When we complained manager promised the world but still waiting for him to get back to us.

Should be more pots and a toaster
No plug for the sink

Close to town and food places down stairs
Customer service was ride and we had no room service clean or top up on towels and toilet paper

Hi the staff were friendly but how the desks with monitors were set up we could hardly see the people, the computer screens blocked our view.
The room was good had 3 rooms but where the kitchen lounge was would best suit a couch so you could relax not just in the rooms.
The place was clean ish. If you looked around the edge of the vinyl it had dirt lines.
It needed to be repainted in some areas.
The beds were ok but a bed topper would of improved the night's sleep.
If they just put a picture up or a little personality to the room it wouldn't scream budget and in turn you could charge a bit higher.

Great location, close to town.
Internet should be free, not paid.

Very nice, friendly staff

price is good, value for money. good for a night only wouldn’t stay longer. no parking available.
old building with poor maintenance, the room was ok but will not stay in the future.

good value for a big family
was all good

You get what you pay for so it's very basic. However for a reasonably central location with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen it's great value for money. No lounge, but there is seating at a table in the kitchen/common area. There is a tv in each bedroom. The two bathrooms were functional.

we came to Auckland for the matatini and loved the location as it was down the road from eden park and it was next door to my partners apartment. bed are ready comfortable to sleep and have had some awesome sleeps and for the price I paid for it especially for city that was cheap. beautiful view

Value for money, but as they say you get what you pay for.
A bit run down. Left a suitcase in baggage but no one gave a luggage ticket, and when we came back the door was fully opened so just went in and grabbed our bag with no one challenging us.

Close to the cbd.
Close to re burger.
There’s no accessible parking. We had to park 10 minutes away from the building. Made unloading the car very awkward and took lots of trips.
They didn’t give us the type of room we had booked for either.
No lounge area. Could only sit on the dining chairs or the beds.

Nothing
Room dirty, the door dosn´t closed and bad smell. I don't get back there in my life

Honestly the best price ever it was incredibly cheap and just a small walk to all the big places right in central Auckland
The hallways were a tade off setting and made me feel like it wasn't a safe place to be but the rooms themselves were ok and most the beds were comfortable, tho needed better lighting in the bathrooms.

Quick and easy processing at reception, friendly and efficient attendant.
Comfortable beds, two toilets and warm.
Large dining area in middle of rooms.
Freezer worked very quickly and plenty or crockery/cutlery.
Rubbish room to put rubbish into was very handy.
Opening windows were handy to let air in when warm.
Good value.
2 elevators meant long waits, and they're small so had to go in two elevators, our families and the stairs were only for emergencies so couldn't use those as an option.
A lot of cockroaches/bugs.
No pans in our unit to cook with but borrowed from the unit our sister was in.
Rubbish from previous lodgers left in one of the wardrobes, which I cleared out.
One of the bins in the toilet was not lined so bought a liner myself to use.

There was a helpful man on the front counter who checked us in.
Unfortunately we could only get one key.

For a full apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the price was very good.
Carpets felt a bit dirty / not washed.

Location was convenient for what we wanted, two Wilson carparks nearby were handy.
The building has not been well maintained, the room we had was filthy and in terrible repair. We had a huge air vent right outside outside door which looked like it had never been cleaned. It stunk and made a horrible noise. The elevators sometimes didn't work properly and the beds were terrible.
