Excellent location for staying in the heart of Sydney with tram stops near by and restaurants in the next street. The kitchen was well equipped and complimentary tea and coffee available as required. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
The property is a bit tired and the rooms need to have a freshen up. The walls and skirting boards need repainting and all the grout around the wall and floor tiles look grubby.
There are no toilet facilities in the lobby.

Superb location, close to transport and retail. Large apartment with epic view.
Kitchen and bathroom were a little tired and could have been cleaner.

Couldn't be happier for the choice we've made. The location is central to everything, light rail, train station, Darling Harbour, China Town...The view from Level 68 was stunning. The size of the apartment itself and the bedrooms were much bigger than we expected. The place was modern and immaculate, and the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We were even offered an early check in upon request if the apartment was ready. We will definitely return if we come to Sydney again.

Check-in was seamless. We checked in at 12:00 noon and our unit was ready. Very helpful staff. Unit on 66th floor was overall EXCELLENT. Will definitely use this Meriton Tower in the future.
None. We love everything about our stay.

Great view, nice and roomy, the bedroom was lovely and bed comfortable.
there was a 3pm check-in which is a bit late. The lift was confusing.

Staff: Friendly and accommodating staff
Rooms: Spacious with beautiful views. The space in the living room was especially generous.
Toilets: Clean and spacious. Hairdryers and toiletries were provided.
Kitchen: Well-stocked with the essential kitchenware to make meals.
Washing machine: Our unit had a washing machine and dryer. The property provided a small bottle of detergent but you may have to get your own from downstairs (Coles at World Square) if you intend to do laundry more than once.
Location: Great. It's right on top of World Square. It is also right on the border of the Sydney CBD and is right next to Haymarket (i.e. Chinatown). Food (including late night food) is never more than a 10 minute walk away.
Transport: They Chinatown and Townhall light rail stations are about a 5-minute walk from the property. The closest train station is Townhall and that is also a 5-minute walk away.
Drop-off / Pick-up point: The entrance to the property is along Liverpool Street. It is a narrow one-way road and there is very little room for cars to stop to drop-off / pick-up passengers. Be prepared to hop on / hop off quickly when you arrive or risk getting horned at.
Parking: This can arranged by the propertty upon request. However, the price of parking your car on the property is AUD 60.00 per day.

Nothing. Staying here was beyond my expectations!

The views are amazing. Spacious living areas and super comfortable king-size beds.
Lifts can be a little slow. TV couldn't get Netflix or YouTube even though they were on the remote. Aircon a little tricky to get the right temperature. Bottom sheets too small for the bed and quickly became rumpled.

The building manager was so rude, with no manner not even warning of noise and kicked us out at 10.30 pm. We have 2 children 3 years old cried and they were at bedtime. All of the building management team bumped the door made us feel so bad and got bad service with a 5stars hotel. Do Not be wondering about why we are rude back to building management, and humanity should make sense, building management being was so rude to us at first impression that really not impressed with it. And we did not stay overnight at all.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to everything in the CBD. Great views and spacious apartment. The only negative was we weren't able to get into our rooms until around 5pm as they weren't ready and the car park isn't great as there are not enough parks when the hotel is full.
he only negative was we weren't able to get into our rooms until around 5pm and check in was 3pm as our suite wasn't ready. The car park is confusing and there wasn't enough car parks when the hotel is full. I understand this is difficult being in the city.

The Parking, signage was hard to follow

Central for Chinatown and such an easy one tram ride to shopping and Circular Quay made for a super location for us. To be honest we could have walked instead of the tram, especially to the nice shops. The apartment itself was HUGE compared to others I looked at booking, and the 62nd floor views east were wonderful. The kitchen was awesome and well supplied, the bathrooms brilliant and the beds wonderful. The 61st floor gym, pool and hot tub were excellent bonus features too.
The main niggle was we didn't know we could go into the dedicated Meriton Suites parking area in the public underground car park BEFORE checking in, so ended up having to leave the carpark and drive the block to come back in as the Meriton Suites parking area is very soon after you enter the carpark, and you can't get back to it once you have passed it. Apparently we just had to push the intercom to be let in, then proceed to check-in. Parking is a bit expensive, but, as with the apartment cost, this is central Sydney so I shouldn't complain.

The views were absolutely amazing! Staff were lovely. Pillows very comfortable. Elevators were really fancy and up to date.
Parking was a bit of a struggle as the signage stated “loading dock entry” so we assumed we couldn’t enter this entry. During this time we had to call twice and ask for directions. The first call didn’t advise that we enter the car park that says “loading dock entry” however we found another car park and entered which didn’t allow us access to where we needed to be.
More signage would allow more ease. (We were also asked by the same thing by someone else the following day).
The cleanliness could have been better. Upon entry the room smelt of urine.
There was a ball of black hair in the entryway (none of us have black hair so it didn’t belong to us). My bed had 2 black hairs in them. The second bathrooms shower looked unclean.

I liked the view
The kitchen was old and the sink was so small.
The air conditioning was not easy to set.
The air conditioning broke down and it was 40° for half a day.
The front counter staff were argumentative when we asked for answers to when the air conditioning would be fixed and had no portable fans during this extremely uncomfortable time of over 10 hours.
Again I had to go to front counter about the air conditioning breakdown as they would not answer the phone.
The lift waiting time was very poor and staff were using the guests lifts instead of the dedicated staff lift adding to the wait times, this also meant the lifts were always full at peak times making the wait up to and over 10 minutes.
The front counter staff hardly ever answered the phone and when we tried to contact them, you had to go to front counter to get answers to your questions.
The front counter staff did not enter my name correctly so the wifi set up did not work until again I had to go to the front counter because they don’t answer the phone to sort it out.
