Mouldy and Damp

Location

Everything else. The room was dark, damp and full 9f mould, which got into all 9f mt possessions, i had to throw most of my clothes away. Even the clean towels etc were mouldy, as soon as you shook them a white powdery substance fell from them. The taps were also very stiff and took a while for water to flow.

The location and the great breakfast. It was 10mins by bus 311 to CBD. Mostly quiet. Dependant on guests staying at the time.

Good!

It’s close to public transportation and walking distances to iconic spots in Sydney. Breakfast buffet was superb! Staff are really nice and welcoming. They were helpful too!

The location appears to be sketchy especially walking from train station to the hotel so we used bus instead.

The rooms were not clean. We had a terrible smell coming out of the drains which they acknowledged and moved us but told us the room we were moving into had been cleaned. It hadn’t there were empty tea bag wrappers on the kitchen bench and food in the freezer.

Before checkout time, the housekeeper was knocking on the door very loudly even though I put up the do not disturb sign.

Totally different from the photos. The hotel looks like a hospital at the entrance, it's scary. The rooms smell musty and old, I asked to change rooms but it was the same thing

コスパ朝食バスを使うなら立地もまあまあ良い "欧米の老夫婦は私このホテル好きよ"と言っていたので日本人の考えるいわゆるビジネスホテルレベルでなければとても良いのかもしれない異文化を楽しみたい方は良いと思います優雅に楽しみたい方は少し厳しいかもしれません

初日のタオルが汚れていた。アメニティが誰かの使い捨てだった。 19時にフロントが閉まるので不測の事態には弱いのと、初日遅くなると自分でキーボックスから鍵を取り出さないとならないのであらかじめパスコードなどがメールに届いているかチェックした方が良いかもしれません。現にある日夜遅くに帰ってきたら清掃が半分しかされてなかったが、諦めた。

Very poor room attending!

After 8 days: 1) No vacuuming! 2) No sheet (bed change)! 3) Some days! No towels or Toilet paper. shampoo! 4) Room not cleaned! 5) After 4:30 pm no one at hotel to fix a problem? Or call # ? 6) Curtens unfinished 1.5 feet on the floor? 7) Most beds not Queens ! But only doubles, no kings?

Chambre vétuste : sentiment d’être dans un ancien hôpital. Les photos ne correspondent pas au réel. Draps et rideaux déchirés. Situé dans quartier pas top avec social community à côté.

Not much, very tired property. No staff at hotel between 5pm and 9am cold cooked breakfast towels not left didn’t make beds or wash cups no security NO SAFE would certainly not recommend

Terrific location with friendly, helpful staff

Great location, full English breakfast with expresso machine, very friendly staff. Gourmad, the hotel's new restaurant, opened during our stay, and we enjoyed dinner there and appreciated the convenience of on-site dining. The patio with table and seats just outside our room was charming.

Wasting water because of the need for a long toilet flush.

Breakfast was excellenrt with a variety of choices. The food was hot if hot food. The room was quiet and there wasno traffic noise. Entry to the hoterl was not a problem.

Cleanliness was not up to a good standard wth hair found in the grate of the shower. The decor needs an update to reflect that care of the property is taken seriously by the staff. It would be appreciated if the free coffee machine was set up with coffee and that full cream milk was available to have with the coffee. Also a couple of biscuits.

The position is fabulous, easy to get to the city & other surroundings. Very friendly welcome on arrival. Under cover secure carpark., Very reasonable price. Breakfast is included in your stay rate . We will definitely be staying again & again.

There was mold in the shower room. Also, it is a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the nearby train station, but there are many stairs to get there, making it difficult to move with luggage. I wanted to do laundry, but the washing machine was dirty, so I did my laundry at a nearby laundry.

Breakfast was amazing! Resort style buffet, eggs, Bacon, sausage,cooked tomatoes and mushrooms,baked beans,toast, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice,milk, and coffee. We also enjoyed the lounge room and the free pool table.

We arrived at night,on foot, and had trouble finding the entrance. We cut and paste the address provided on the booking.com website,into Google maps, and it sends you to the back of the hotel,where there is no noticable entrance.

The room was great, nice and clean, had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Reg made us feel very welcome and even helped with our cases out to taxi. Will definitely stay again.
