Centric good option

The apartment is so good, clean. The entrance of the building is so modern and well designed.

The toilet needs a remake. A bit old and dirty. The area is not too safe at late night, be careful with your belongs.

The family room is located on the roof top, Half celling of the room is glass, and not treated for heat the room is an oven and small ac unit installed with bearly giving air circulation in the room. When I asked the reciption that we can not stay in a room like a sona, he said don't worry you will not feel it became all day you are out and at night no sun will hit the glass top. I asked what about the ac unit? He said at night you can open the window the weather will be good, as a note we are in summer. The reception guys was giving excuses for somthing that you can not except. And in a very roud way. Also attached some pictures how was the room cleaned still rice on the floor and ships not vaccumed. The bathroom you can see ball hairs on it from the previous guest. Do not recommend to stay not clean not proffecional just searching to gain money without giving good service.

Great location - 100 metres from the Taksim

Location is great. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Beds are comfortable.

AC doesn’t working, so it was hard to sleep during the night. Elevator is very small (max 3-4) tiny persons.

It is a place where you can find more than a city hotel, 2 minutes walking distance from the metro and public transportation vehicles to the city center. There is even a very attentive russian and english speaking maid, they gave us official concierge service, I highly recommend it. I can't write anything negative.

Comforable stay at a great location

Location is super convenient - walking distance to the hustle bustle of Istiklal street, yet a little away from the noise of it! The 2-bedroom suite was very comfortable for us. The price point was great too for a city hotel

The shower cubicle was too small and had a leakage issue

Easy access to public transport and the most happening istiklalstreet Spacious quadraple room with 2 rooms and a mini kitchen for that price is a steal in that location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lift is quite cramped up, people with strollers might struggle to fit in Low ceiling heights at stairs. Having a communicatiin guide next to telephone would have been helpful to contact the reception

Location gives very easy access to all means of transportation. The hotel manager was very helpful - 1. accommodated our request for a room on an upper floor by a free upgrading 2. sent one of his colleagues to take us to a tram stop on the first day out.

the location is literally 3-4 mins walk to Taksim Metro station and Istiklal street. very close but no street noise at all. the hotel and the room are always very clean / hot water / Wi-Fi / kitchen facilities etc … all perfect. the staff is super friendly especially Iskander who helped us a lot with all our questions ( tourist places to go / how to get there etc..) I really recommend it and definitely will visit again.

Very nice and cosy apartment (living room with two single beds and a sofa and bedroom with a double bed, a desk and nice wardrobe). Bathroom is also nice and big, kitchen (in the corridor) with all the dishes, fridge and a cooker, very modern and practical. There is a nice view to the city from the living room. Stuff is also very helpful.

It was a little bit too warm in the bedroom and bathroom, but that is maybe not a minus for someone :)

The personal was excellent. I have never been treated so good in a hotel. Dedicated, kind and resourceful. They gave my friend a detail for her birthday which occurred during our stay.

Amazing stay

the staff is kind, responsive, helpful and respectful. they upgraded my room without charging me further since there was maintenance being done in the area that I was normally going to stay. The receptionist were always there to help and assist in every way.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and good location. The staff were very polite and friendly. They were able to communicate in different languages and very professional. Very clean and location is good as it is very close to Taksim Square and close to the tram, bus and mini bus station.

I liked everything in this hotel.
