Hotel Reposant, Propre et très Joli !

l'hôtel est très calme et reposant, la piscine est vraiment l'endroit central de cet hôtel, notre chambre était correcte, certaines sont plus modernes, rénovées et haut de gamme avec jacuzzi. La nourriture servie est moins qualitative que dans les restaurants du coin mais cela peut largement faire l'affaire pour une journée détente a l'hôtel. Personnellement, nous n'avions pas pris le petit-déjeuner donc je n'ai pas d'avis sur la question. La chambre a été faite tous les jours, le personnel de l'hôtel a même fait notre vaisselle, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours et le lit et le ménage sont bien faits ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique ! l'hôtel nous a vraiment comblé ! Je recommande ce lieu qui ne donne pas directement sur la rue principale et qui vous déconnecte rapidement de votre quotidien !! L'hôtel a également une extension au niveau de la plage, vous avez juste à traverser la rue, en 2 min vous y êtes ! l'endroit est également très sympathique, vous pouvez reserver un transat à la journée et profiter d'un service de restauration et bar depuis votre transat ou sur l'espace de restauration !

Petit bémol si vous êtes sensible au bruit le samedi soir particulièrement car l'hôtel est dans un quartier festif, cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés mais si vous êtes sensibles à cela apportez de quoi être isolé du bruit. La clim nous a bien aidé également mais peu être un peu bruyante surtout la nuit si vous la laissez en mode normal.

Die Zimmer im 1. und 2. OG gleichen der Ausstattung eines 5* Hotels. Sie sind absolut geschmackvoll, luxoriös und bequem eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank ist top, hält selbst bei derzeitigen Außentemperaturen von 37 Grad alles super kalt und hat sogar ein Eisfach. Die Betten und Bäder sind ein Traum und auch die Klimaanlage ist absolut top - leise, leicht zu bedienen und tut, was sie soll. Das ist nicht in jedem Hotel der Fall. Ich fand auch den Wasserdruck in der Dusche überraschend gut. Habe es oft anders erlebt in anderen Hotels. Insgesamt ist die Anlage ein Traum. Alles super gemütlich und nah beieinander..der Pool und die Liege Möglichkeiten wunderschön. Der Parkplatz jederzeit einsehbar und ausreichend. Das Angebot an der Bar tagsüber klasse und erschwinglich. Das Personal durchgehend herzlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich.

The pool and restaurant area were beautiful. The property is also located centrally, so very close to all the restaurants, supermarkets, and clubs. However, the build made it almost secluded which allowed you to sit by the pool without random people on the streets looking in, which was great.

Our only problem was that the bathroom felt a little dirty, the shower tap was moldy.

Very pleasant stay

Our stay at this property was superb. The staff, particularly a friendly man who worked nights, was extraordinarily helpful, always eager to assist us, even by consistently calling taxis for us. The facilities were impressive, including a wonderful pool. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property, from our room to the inviting common area. The comfort was top-tier, with remarkably peaceful and cozy beds despite the nearby Strip, adding to the tranquility of our stay. Offering excellent value for money with high-standard services and facilities, the location was perfect - near the lively Strip yet remarkably serene. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and can't wait for our next stay.

Perfect Beach Stop.

I stayed in the suites Annex so I could step onto the sand more or less. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Small balcony that has a terrific view. I would stay there again.

It would benefit from a small pool. Little bit monotonous the music beat.

•We really found the location to be excellent. •Interior design of the room was very nice and spacious. •Relaxing atmosphere.

We where surprised and did not expect to be charged at checkout for our cappuccino taken at breakfast (breakfast was included), €28 for 8 cappuccinos which we saw to be a ripoff experience at the end!

A perfect place to stay in Malia

When you enter the courtyard to the property, you are suddenly in this lovely little oasis away from all the noise and activity of downtown Malia. The attention to detail, to make this common area around the pool soothing and harmonious is immediately evident. In the evening, the candles are lit, soft music plays, and it is a joy to sit there (with or without a drink). The room was perfect with a full kitchen. The blackout curtains really work, breakfast was plentiful and well worth it, with great coffee, amazing location - all in all, a great place to stay.

Friendly hotel in Malia, Crete

Room was spacious, we reserved a room with a small ground floor terrace. Bed was very comfortable and large. Pool was very nice, although, water was a little bit cold. This hotel is family run, where Manos and his wife together with their children are always there. They were extremely friendly, advising us on excursions, restaurants and whatever we needed. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of food.

Everything was very good, maybe breakfast serving hours could be enlarged, and a coffee machine could even improve breakfast quality. Altogether, value for money was excellent and Crete is a great place for holidays/

Amazing setting, right in the cente of Malia

The pool and area around it is super instagrammable. Palms Suite was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

Housekeeping could do a better job. Feels like all they did was making the bed and providing clean towels. Did not restock shampoo or shower gel, threw our pjs on a sofa. We also had ants that kept on showing up so we were afraid to leave any food our.

The room is probably the best possible room you can stay at whilst being in malia centre. Having worked in the resort for a number of years I haven’t seen a room like it.

Beautiful furniture / facilities, the best staff we could have imagined, nice Pool, we also really enjoyed eating in the hotels restaurant during the day, really tasty and also very cheap! Great cocktails as well ;)! As we didn’t really like the party town Malia, we were glad we had a hotel as quiet and relaxing as Drossia Palms, that made us forget the loud party road!

Il never stay elsewhere due to the staff hospitality

Air con works great. Staff are so kind, we had been drinking the night before and overslept on the day of check out, we didn’t leave the room till 1pm and the staff were so kind and understanding. We was leaving the hotel but staying in Malia and the kind staff allowed us to stay all day until we found another last minute hotel. We regret not booking it for the whole stay. Honestly it’s a lovely little hotel just off the strip. Nicest hotel staff I ever met. I didn’t try the breakfast

Drossia is an oasis in busy high street

the staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home. I thought it was a really cool chilled atmosphere where you can just relax and unwind, off the busy high street. perfect in many ways. will definitely visit again

i thought the lighting to the hallway to the rooms at the back was a bit dim. maybe some LED sensor lights may brighten this area up.
