The location was perfect distance away from the beach and the strip. Nice and quite and enough space to chill by the pool in the day for all the guests. Apartments look exactly like the pictures. Staff where all very friendly as well.
Air-con was sometimes a little slow to cool down apartment.

Verry nice property, friendly hosts, for solo traveler really great, private parking, swimming pool, massages, and excelent breakfast. Not so crowdy area of Malia, great starting point if you want to do Tours around the east part of island. They also organise rent-a-car. From airport Heraklion ist cca 20 min with bus. Direct drom
the airport for few €.
My highlight was their breakfast, so many home-made food. I really enjoyed it.

The rooms are very modern, they are looking nice and are comfy. Overall, for the price you're payng, you're getting a pretty good atmosphere. The breakfast was also nice and nicely decorated. :)
Cleanliness could be at a higher level, but I think this is just a common problem in Greece in general.

Very close to city center, restaurants, supermarkets, walking distance, 5-10 minutes.
For the beach is 15-20 minutes, you cannot do this with kids in the summer, you need a car, only 5 mins to a very nive beach Potamos.
Staff is very friendly, like a family, breakfast is very nice and fresh, but a bit expensive 25 euros for 2 adults and 1 kid.
The complex is very clean, the sheets are also changed daily, or evey second day
The pool is amazing, also clean and not cold at all.
Enjoyed our stay very much!

-Connection to the bus station, main nice old town and main street with nice Greek coffee shops.
-Good to have 2 balconies, with enough space and chairs.
-A breakfast was also good for money you pay.
-Cleaning was done every day, but all the time we received a new towels with dark spots and not well cleaned.
-Fat away from noise bar street.
-Afroditi was very very nice and asked for the feedback directly and note all issues we shared. Was also nice to talk about the island and receive some hints! You just feel that she cares! Great job from CX perspective.
-Danai was nice to us and brought her own fan and contacted Internet provider in order to manage the issues.
Well, there is a lot of conceptual thinks to improve In the room 303:
1. Strong smell of mold. There is nothing visible, but definitely there is a hidden problem (you can see it looking at the plaster).
2. Extreme Heat and stuffiness. Air conditioning setup incorrectly, and the air flow goes just inside the bedroom and doesn't flow through the doorway to the living room (sunny and the most heated room). Thus we asked for a fan, as you cannot also ventilate a living room (where was our teenager) as once the balcony door opens the air condition in the bed room turns off (((.
3. No mosquito nets
4. Hairdryer is really bad. It overheats every minute and has super short cable.
5. Still poor/no internet connection in the bedroom and a sea-view balcony.

Very friendly staff - the night security guard was excellent conversation in particular! We always felt welcome home. Beautiful pool area, large rooms and excellent position very close to the old town and some of the very best tavernas in Crete.
We loved everything!

The breakfast was very good, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room looked exactly like in the pictures, the pool was great. Also, i would mention the good restaurants located nearby, especially Queen Family Taverna - very tasty greek/cretan food.
Sometimes it was noisy because of the teenagers in the complex, but the staff tried to keep the noise down. Also, there were nails in the parking and we had a flat tyre because of it, but we informed the staff and the problem was solved. So, even if there were small problems, the staff kind enough to listen and solve them.

Well appointed apartment, well ventilated, quiet, with 2 balconies (a view of the sea in the distance and a view of the swimming pool).
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Natali apartments is located in a charming village, with all amenities available nearby. The village is suitable for people looking for clubs for a lively nightlife, but also for people looking to rest and enjoy the sea.
I recommend two restaurants to eat well, located just around the corner (1 min walk):
- Queen Family Taverna: good fish
- Pizza Pit Stop: one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The pizza chef is very nice :)
The water was lukewarm to cold during the stay, not very pleasant for taking a shower after a long day at the beach.
We made the mistake of only reporting this problem to the maid who showed us around the apartment. She explained that it was "normal" because the island was only powered by solar energy. At the end of the stay, I transmitted this message to the manager who explained to me that this was not the case and that I had to ask him directly to find a solution.
So to sum up, if you don't have hot water in your apartment, and it bothers you, it's not normal and tell the manager :)

The apartment was very nice and big. It was perfectly clean. It’s situated within 10 minutes walk to the beach and close to supermarkets and nice restaurants are literally around the corner.
The only things that we didn’t like was the lack of the washing machine and a toaster/grill.

Lovely hostesses of Malia with the best tips to explore the nices beaches of the island. Cozy rooms and the breakfast highly recomennded.
Bit far from the beach, you would go better if rent a car or quad.

Very attentive and helpful hosts.
Clean and comfy apartment.
The room got super hot during the day and stayed very hot during the evening. You can work around this by sleeping with the windows open or with Air conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay at Natali Apartments! It's a really nice place with cheerful and helpful staff! The emplacement is great; it's near the main road (where you can find a lot of supermarkets) and not so far from Potamos beach.
PS : if you go to the pool bar, Elina's virgin pina colada are to die for !
It's only details but I wish I had little bottles of shampoo or at least condiments, given that there's no point in buying them for a short stay, but that's if we are really picky..
8.3
The property is a nice new apart hotel with a private pool. The apartment is nicely decorated and you can have a easy stay.
The fact that there is no parking space available is an issue. You can either park at the main road in front of the hotel or 100 meters away down the road. Furthermore, the absence of air conditioning at room where children are sleeping is something to be fixed.
