Satisfactory stay
Good central location. Comfortable bed.
Rooms were somewhat basic and sparse. €9.40 for a pint in the hotel bar... beware... A buffet breakfast is €20 each. Receptionist on check in was lovely, receptionist on check out was rude, did not even acknowledge us as we left back key cards. Just looked at us and put her head back down.

Good play to stay smack in the middle of things
Nice staff. Nice setting. Clean. Ok bed. Really central location.
Cheap low quality pillows. The AC was making a sporadic loud "running-filling-up-water" noise regularly, even when not turned on. The door to the toilet was messed up.

Love Dublin, love Temple Bar area. Hotel amazing apart from the noise mentioned above.
Location amazing. Room really good. Breakfast good though staff took ages to bring teas/coffees, were not that friendly, no cutlery on table, clean bowls not dried. Expensive breakfast so would have expected better service though food was great.
Not very happy to have builders / maintenance men right outside our room from 8 am. Felt quite disconcerting to have work going on right outside our door. Drilling, sanding, sawing and talking - definitely not a quiet room and that spoilt our stay a bit. Also constant 'piling' noise going on from outside although I know that was not the hotel's fault.

Immer wieder gerne
Sehr gut ausgestattet mit freundlichem Personal; sehr zentral direkt im Vergnügungsviertel und dennoch ruhig!
Es gab nur einen Lift für Hotelgäste! Zu Stoßzeiten etwas wenig!

Easily see Dublin from this location.
Responsiveness of hotel staff was above and beyond. Location was perfect for getting to all our points of interest we had on our list, many in walking distance.
Our last morning was loudly interrupted very early by workmen on the rooftop outside our window.

Front desk service were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Precious should receive a raise - she’s wonderful a
You can’t get more central than Temple Bar area so the location is prime!
We were three people staying in a room and called down to the desk to receive creamers for coffee and nobody ever showed up. On Day 2 Housekeeping only replaced/provided two bottles of water and didn’t replace the coffee or sugar. 😕
