Colazione
Nulla in particolare

Troppo rumoroso.
Servizi sportivi distanti e non ben indicati.

It was like a Butlins Holiday Hotel, too Big , too many people and kids running about, and for the price !! I’ve stayed in better hotels for half the price and the food was nothing special, not enough staff in the bar area at night for the amount of people in it, not for me.
4.3
Absolument rien
Tout , pas propre du tout. Chambre non chauffée. Petit déjeuner bas de gamme. Équipements vétustes et sales

Breakfast was good

Large hotel seemed well run.
No one mention it was under construction. We were given a room that seemed to be “finished” that day. Room was not ready for guest. Bathroom dispensers not hung on wall, my 4 yr old found a screw on the floor. Fixtures not secure on wall. It was tossed together. 7am wake up when they started construction in the room next door.

Loved everything about this hotel
There is nothing I could say it was perfect

Breakfast selection was great, staff very helpful and friendly, Restaurant was good.Bed was large and comfortable and free wi -fi was strong. Plenty of car parking.
Kept awake by kids roaming the bedroom corridors, cleaning of Bathroom could have been better. Very Few decent TV channels.

We loved everything about the Connacht! From the accessibility to the fitness and pool area, the check in process and the room-it was fantastic! The hotel restaurant and bar staff were our favorite part of our trip. They were all so friendly, accommodating and made our experience so memorable. Each and every staff member was so helpful, joyful and caring. We can’t wait to come back!
The storage in the room was lacking but we managed. That is the only negative we had on our trip.

I liked that agents on booking desk were very very polite, and proffesional
Room was not clean, toilett seat had yellow stains, walls were dirty. No complementary coffe or water in the room. When we wanted to check out receptionst just said leave your keys here and bye.No question how was your stay etc... Breakfast time, we came in the restaurant and the lady who was working on entrance of the restaurant seperated us to right side even though there has been a lot of space in breakfast area where buffet is much better. I havent felt welcomed at all. I know they have been very busy, but still I wont be staying at this hotel ever again.
4.3
Nice from the front, rear car park entrance was covered from the weather. Very nice foyer and outside atrium. Bar also pleasant and bright with good decor.
Room had everything one might need for comfort, bed very comfortable very nice evening entertainment in bar
Value for money not great at €239 for a night without breakfast. Only one type of steak on the menu, ribeye. Breakfast was a satisfactory hot buffet and cereals yoghurts fruit and cold meat. Coffee from machine wasn’t not up to standard, service station machines are better! to enter hotel from rear wasn’t very welcoming with laundry trollies at the rear entrance. Not enough stools available in bar for World Cup rugby match, the bar was full

The staff was friendly and assisted in everything we've been interstated in.
Especially Louise at front desk- assisted in ordering train tickets and provided a lot of useful information.
Irrelevant. We loved this hotel.
We highly recommend it

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and tasty. Very family friendly and lots to keep the kids entertained.
Rooms were very basic. There was no complimentary water in the rooms. No facilities to dry wet swim gear. Had to ask three times for the room to be refreshed which was disappointing.
4.3
Excellent breakfast. On good bus route into town. Swimming pool and gym. But busy hotel with lots of tour groups and some functions. So noise could be a problem if you want peace and quiet
4.3
Location and friendly staff
Price in the bar. An extra €5 euro compared to local pub prices. Rip off.
4.3
A nice location with a restaurant on site.
Bathroom constantly flooded even when pulling shower curtain. Rooms on the third floor were not as up to date.
4.3
Close proximity to the city's centre, very friendly and welcoming staff. And I could actively decide to "go green" and not have our room cleaned every day to save energy. Can't say anything about the pool or sauna, as I didn't habe enough time to try it out. Maybe next time ;)
If there's one thing I would nitpick - it's the shower. The showerhead mounted on the wall had a strange angle and proximity to the wall it was hanging on, that a shower set half of the bathroom under water, as the shower curtain couldn't completely cover the space between tub and wall. Not a deal breaker by any means, just a minor inconvenience.

I enjoyed that this property was close enough to city center without being in the middle of it all. The beds were comfortable.
It’s a big dated and in need of a bit of love. Odd room set up as we had to go through multiple doors to get to the toilets. It seems like it might have had a suite style space that has been half locked. Much bigger a hotel than anticipated and seems to be a destination spot. If you are looking for something a bit quieter I’d go further outside the city.
4.3
Lovely hotel with a great buzz about the bar and lobby. All staff were exemplary. Good parking facilities, location ideal with bus stop and service to city centre. Breakfast very good. Dinner in the bar area also good.
Nothing really.
4.3
Very clean , lovely rooms and lovely staff.
It’s a good 10mins away from the main part of the city but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the bus drops you right back outside the hotel also the hotel will call a taxi for you.
4.3
Didn’t eat at hotel as prices were higher than all other places we stayed at.
Didn’t realized this place was such a long walk from hotel.
4.3
Great location
Great breakfast in the morning
Lovely staff
Swimming pool was a bit busy when we went
4.3
the staff were amazing l, food was wonderful and location just perfect for both the city and exploring Galway.
the only complaint really was the shower curtain as I feel these days showers should at least have a glass door. the curtain was spotless but a bit fiddly trying to ensure water didn’t go onto the floor.
4.3
Well presented.Lovely staff, great communication. Good facilities. Close to city via walking and public transport.
Coffee in lobby was exceptional. We had the ‘Best coffee’ made by David. Best coffee we have had since our travels from London and Ireland. Aussies love their coffee!
4.3
Brilliant staff throughout the hotel. Would recommend the hotel to others ONLY if the prices were realistic and not over the top. Both of us enjoyed the gym and pool facilities- really clean n cared for.
Obviously the price! Paying a little below €500 for 2 nights board for 2 people…… breakfast extra! Not justifiable!!!
In Vegas? Yes! In Galway…. NO!
There were First Communion parties in a function room at the weekend. A lot of noise and very young children running about ( throughout the hotel bar and restaurant)with little apparent parental control outside of the function room. This is a parenting issue and not the hotel’s role.
