Central location, very quiet allowing for location (bedroom at rear), friendly/helpful staff, etc
Would have preferred self service buffet breakfast, easier to select preferred items.

The room was decent and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think the staff is the best part of the hotel.
For the price point (350 euro) combined with stuffy hot room with no AC, it was definitely not a good value. It was not even hot out, so we tried to open the window to cool the room down. Unfortunately, it could only be opened a crack. The staff had brought a fan to the room but it really didn’t help much. Get a higher floor room if possible, the noise from the bar can be heard from the room.

Amazing hotel. loved the bar and the decor. we had a beautiful newly refurbished room with a balcony it was stunning and beds were so comfortable. the room was very clean with ritual amenities which was an added bonus. if i would give one recommendation it would be to have a fridge in the room.
the parking setup is slightly frustarting we lost our ticket(completley our own fault) but the hotel couldnt offer any help we had to contact the bus station who charge us 2 day fee even tho we werent even in the car park a full 24hrs.

Incredibly helpful staff. Ideal location.
Shower setup was poor. TV was below average.

The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating.
The rooms were incredibly hot and stuffy, and your pillows are too thick and rock hard
4.3
The bar and reception were modern and spacious/bright
The room was tiny, three of us shared and didn’t want to stay in the room due to size. Nothing like the pictures advertised on booking.com, unable to open window and no air con, the bathroom was not updated and awkward to use the bath/shower, not worth the money we paid with no breakfast included
4.3
Elegant, modern furnishings
The restaurant recommendation from desk was fantastic. My husband appreciated the complimentary “hooker”.
No shower cap.

super clean. extremely comfortable beds. room was spacious. staff were incredibly helpful.
4.3
Newly refurbished room with nice lighting. Comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant are handy and food/drinks good quality.
Hotel seems understaffed. The people we interacted with were helpful and did their best, but clearly handling way more than they should be (especially the lone person serving breakfast). Shower in our newly refurbished room (125) had pink mold, which suggests less than thorough cleaning. Also the room had no windows - only a skylight. Instructions re how to open/blackout the skylight and control the thermostat would be helpful as it is not obvious.

position
quality of sleeping
the bathroom needs a deep renovation; the toilet flush don’t work properly.
no frigobar in the room
breakfast with poor choices, no pastries, no cakes, cappuccino and sparkling water are complimentary (!!); service is slow

The location and adjoining restaurant and cafe
The pictures shown miss-represent the tired, dated and basic hotel that it is. Especially for the cost too. Our bathroom was very dated, old, tired, old fashioned and mouldy. A quick and cheap facelift has been given to an old hotel, cutting corners where possible and it shows.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We would like to particularly commend the Room Manager David and the receptionist Sandra! The location is superb, being right next to the coach station and Eyre Square.
We stayed there for 2 nights - for the first night we were given a quadruple room which was not the one as advertised on Booking.com - noting our disappointment but quadruple rooms of the kind as advertised being full, the Room Manager David very promptly offered us something else for our comfort - he showed genuine sympathy for our sentiments and was quick to address the situation which made our stay a lovely and memorable one!

location and room was very nice
tv didn’t work, bar staff not very engaging

Very close to Erie Square. Interesting decor. Staff wonderful.
You can hear everything in the room, including the music and DJ from the hotel’s bar until 1am.
