Cheap and nasty!

Clean, nice staff.

Poor quality, terrible shower, beds uncomfortable. Poor signage and directions to car park, making it difficult to find.

Not a happy camper

The location was perfect! Staff friendly,bed was very comfortable

The noise outside. The car wash at the garage next door seems like it runs all night. Very noisey! I know on the sheet of rules we received on arrival, it stated only after seven days of stay the cleaning gets done. We had to wait until four o' clock for check-in as the room was being cleaned. I think your cleaners need training. The suite floors should be swept and washed and the washroom should be cleaned each day! I pulled the bed out from the wall to make the bed, and the dust on the floor was disgusting, which seemed to be there for some time along with a hair brush which was also very dusty! No face cloths Also, while waiting for four o'clock check-in, we were told they could store our luggage. They sure did in a so-called broken washroom??? So not happy!

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Galway

Camera pulita e confortevole, reception h24, personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio sotterraneo dedicato e gratuito. Centro città a 15 minuti a piedi oppure 5 minuti in autobus che si prende letteralmente a 50 metri dall'hotel. Mini cucina attrezzata in camera. Ottimo!

Se devo proprio trovare un difetto i letti non sono matrimoniali, per due persone leggermente stretti.

Posizione comodissima, parcheggio sotterraneo, stanza ampia e spaziosa, angolo cucina bagno spazioso

Porta tagliafuoco in cucina scomoda, poca carta igienica a disposizione, finestra non si apre completamente ma solo pochi centimetri

Very poor

Could only get into the bed frpm one side....not handy unless you were on the outside. Shower drain clogged and water backed up. Our shower drippeed into room below us.

Great place to stay, would recommend for short stays & would more than happy to book again.

Lovely place to stay for a few nights. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Very quiet couldn’t hear the other rooms and safe. The accommodation provided Wi-Fi, towels, washing up liquid, toiletries, tea, coffee etc which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc. Plenty of storage to put clothes & luggage away. There was also laundry facilities with washer & dryer to use. The location is good & not to far from town or shops with a bus stop right outside.

Kitchen was quite small with only two hobs to cook on but was manageable for a few nights. As it was student accommodation there were only two desks to sit at which meant two out of four had to sit on the bed to eat or sit on high bar stools. Again not a big issue.

Excellent Accommodation, Friendly Staff

We had booked a twin room, but there are no twin rooms at Swuite. My 19 and 21 year old daughters didn't fancy sharing a double bed that was against the wall. The staff at Swuite resolved the issue, and found us another room, free of charge. Excellent customer service. The staff were all friendly and the rooms had everything that you needed. It is not a hotel, but if you accept that, you'll be fine. Great location near Galway city centre. Free parking is a bonus.

Good and comfortable stay

Large sized room and it was very clean. Laundry machines available for the guests. Front staff were so friendly and helpful and even recommended good local places to eat and listen to music.

Noisy hallway and a bit fat from city centre.

Good for longer stays

Our room was big enough for our necessities. The kitchen was small but enough to prepare something to eat. The beds were comfortable. It's not in the centre but close enough and they have free parking on the premises. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The only con for us was the lack of a dining table (we ate by the desk) and lack of a cleaning cloth in the kitchen.

Nice enough for an overnight stay during Galway Summer racing festival

The property was not what I expected as it was student accommodation that appeared to be used as a hotel during the summer. However, having witnessed many student accommodation blocks, this was one of the best examples. The rooms were fairly basic but clean and had adequate facilities. Only encountered the reception staff but all were pleasant and helpful enough. I did struggle to find the entrance by car but there is adequate parking beneath the main building. It is close enough to walk into Galway town, which is a nice place.

It felt very basic (and white) and the beds were not the most comfortable I have slept on.

it´s not far from the city centre however it´s near a big road and the walk from the city centre is not the best, but the rooms are very good

Would recommend. Great spot

Great place to stay! Student accommodation has gone up in the world. Room, kitchen and toilets were perfectly clean, bed was comfy, temperature spot on and did not hear anything from outside. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Only thing I would say its about a 20 minute walk into town however not a major worry. Everything else was spot on.

Disappointing

Close location to the city centre and free parking underneath.

The facilities do not look like the photos online. The room felt damp and uncomfortable. The TV did not have many channels. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean/fresh. The car parking facilities were included but absolutely tiny to fit your car in to the point where you are very likely to hit someone else’s car or your own.

Like in the old days in college! This building is much newer and modern than mine was but the spirit remains the same. Very quiet room perfect to relax after a long day visiting the area.
