Breakfast was very good in the Fish House..Danny was wonderful.
I think the buffet restaurant should have a dress code

Gorgeous weather and atmosphere
Pool not open longer

The staff was very attentive. They assisted us with all our needs. Checking in / out did not take long at all. The lady who assisted us to make our restaurant reservations was very friendly and nice. The gentleman that takes care of the excrusions was patience and helpful trying to figure out what we can do without 10m old. There are activities conducted daily that were very interactive, such as Zumba, morning stretching, beach games, and pool volleyball within others. The energy that the staff conduct those activities is amazing. The hotel is pretty small, and you are able to get from one building to the other fairly quickly. The family pool is nice and open late hours, which is nice. The beach was nicely set up with chairs made available under the shade. The food is good. A variety of Mexican food was at the buffet, which allowed for different types of eaters to have something to choose from. They serve breakfast/ lunch / dinner. Dinner goes until late around 11pm. The food choose do change from one meal to the next.
The mosquitoes are horrible! My husband, daughter (10m), and I got attacked. There are small black ants on the property.

The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. They made my stay enjoyable.
It was perfect!

Area of Island
A Roach Running under my dinner table

the drinks were nice, sunset at the beach
The rooms were dirty, stains on bedding, towels visibly 20 years old, bugs on walls, very smelly like damp or mould.
Food was mediocre and not vegetarian friendly. Lack of restaurant choices and little bookings available.
Had to cut our stay here short as it was not comfortable to sleep in. We had booked an extra large bed and we’re given a room with two small beds.

The breakfast buffet was good. The pastor tacos were amazing
The food at bistro was not impressive. The atmosphere was nice though

The staff was exceptional. Extremely helpful and provided anything that was needed. Gabriel was phenomenal and provided outstanding service. Cesar and Geraldo seemed to know when I needed another drink while I was at the beach. Umberto and the staff at the Fish House restaurant remembered my orders and had my meals prepared perfectly. They were right there whenever I needed something. I've never had such incredible service and attention by the staff at any other resort I've gone to.
Nothing except the loss of electricity for a short time.

The beautiful view as we walked into the lobby.
Buffet food was cold. The restaurant was excellent. Also the Omelet Center in the buffet room was great.

great location, beautiful spot!
the all inclusive was good - room size was nice, and lovely outlook.
Could provide access to bikes for guests to hire, options limited to buggies or scooters etc.,

The Melia Cozumel was an excellent all inclusive resort. It had everything my husband and I needed. The staff worked really hard to accommodate us a provide a memorable experience for us. We’ll be back next year for sure.
I can’t think of anything that we didn’t enjoy. It was a great experience.
3.0
we liked the facilities of the hotel (pool, minigolf etc)
the hotel staff was also very nice in facilitating access to doctors, as we had a medical emergency
the sea was unfortunately full of sargassum. not the hotel’s fault of course.
buffet food was average, below expectations.
heavy sauces, a lot of chemicals in juices etc
the a la carte restaurants were better but limited in availability

the staff are amazing, excellent service.
the food! the buffet was unappealing mostly. the aka cart restaurants were not avail 50% of our stay; although when we walked by they had much availability, like 30% occupied. I’m sure this is by intent.

Staff was super nice, specially once they realized we tipped. Our room view, excellent.
The resort itself was fair.I expected a bit nicer facility given 4star rating. We had some issues with the showers, water leaked. One of our rooms was extra humid, even our passports appeared wet. I came back with a sinus infection, suspect this may have something to do with it. Food was below average. There were only 2 restaurants tho make reservations from and even the food here was average. Nothing authentic. Food, music, events (with the exception of one night)were all Americanized. Felt like I never left the states. Beach full os seaweed, not the resorts fault ofcourse. They did try their best to clean up and we did get a couple of good beach days.

It was a very wonderful experience. The beach was beautiful the buffet had something for everyone, the snack bar had great options and The Fish House was outstanding! We are already planning our next trip back!
We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy everything! Next time we will stay a whole week. It was difficult to get a reservation for an earlier time at the restaurants, but that was due to our shorter stay.

The pool was fantastic and so was the snorkeling down the beach
Some days there was seaweed on the beach but that's not the hotels fault

Great service ! Special mention to Jesus the concierge was always around ready to assist.
An upgrade was purchased to The Level - my stay went from 3k to 7k. Bathtub was dirty.
My door was opened while having DND on the door, we had no water from 10AM to 12PM so a late check out was not requested but demanded. At 12:30 they were calling me to leave the room - zero communication.
My room had an outdoor jacuzzi that was supposed to be prepared by concierge and that did not happened. A champagne was requested and arrived extremely late and hot so at the end of my stay I gave it back and demanded it to be removed from my final bill.
Food is not even average.

Food was good. Especially compared to what we've heard from some of the hotels in Cancun.
Lots of activities for kids and very family friendly
Keep in mind the beaches on the North side of the island are nice but not as good as the South side of the island
Reservations for their restaurants other than the buffet were hard to obtain

amazing location on a beautiful beach. great food and drink. big rooms
nothing

staff were wonderful, food was good for the value, location was nice
The rooms were musty, and AC was not powerful enough

The Level option was a plus. It afforded us the opportunity to have a five star breakfast at the Fish house every morning. The chef for that restaurant is superb.
The wifi was a bit wonky, but it worked for the most part.
The Mole restaurant for dinner needs some work. The staff was wonderful, but the food was subpar. My suggestion would be to let it stay as a snack bar because the food and service was much better.

How easy Cozumel airport was getting to and we went through security and got to our gate in less than 20 minutes. Seriously a breeze.
7 days is Not enough time to experience Cozumel

The employees were absolutely amazing. Mary and Oswaldo were so friendly and positive - they made our stay incredible. We participated in all the activities with absolute pleasure.
The place, the beach and the water are absolute heaven
They can modernize few of the facilities
