Beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer war mehr als ausreichend und bot allen Comfort.

Die Beschilderung in den Gängen. Es war etwas schwierig, zu den Aufzügen zurückzufinden.

Poor due to behaviour of the senior staff they are racist and they don’t even care what you think

Most of the stuff … except the racist staff was good .. also they don’t clean the rooms for days together … then they say we hire ppl at the lowest level from different countries that doesn’t make us racist this make them “ non racist”

The staff on the check out were cheery and very friendly.

Despite signaling during my check in that I had early morning business meetings the next day I was assigned room 111 which, as I found out to my grief later that night, is located just above the entry door of the hotel. Needless to say that between midnight and 2 am there was a steady stream of noise emanating from drunken stragglers which was far from ideal.

We stayed only 1 night but liked a lot. The atmosphere of the place is good, it's relax and gives you impression of comfy place (more then in regular hotel, despite being a hotel). The rooms were good size, well equipped and tidy. The staff was very friendly and communication was always very good and prompt (emails before). The hotel is located close to EU parlament, side from the park and in walking distance to city-center (15-20 min). The breakfast was excellent, a lot of nice healthy tasty choice (...despite coffee:-)))

Great stay in Brussels!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, beds comfortable. We had 2 adjoining rooms, one handicapped accessible which was nice for my senior parents. The food shop was nice and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great stay in the heart of the EU district

Everything was great, the room was clean, spacious, quiet, the bathroom had very good cosmetic accessories and water pressure. :) The breakfast was really good, great variety of food to choose from.

Very big room, nicely decorated with all of the facilities you would need in a room.

Food options are very limited and the hotel is a bit noisy at night (not outside on the street, just a lot of noise inside the hotel) but probably fine if you’re not a light sleeper.

overall a good and modern hotel, with A modern room and a modern bathroom. rooms are also decently sized and comfortable. staff were always very helpful. I also liked the lobby with a good feel factor.

Always a great stay ,good bed choice of pillows and very silent..

The bathroom ventilation noise..they tried to solve it but during the night it came back.

Perfect place for business trips. They have everything you need.

Location, smell in the room and from all detergents, big windows, all necessary furniture and devices in the room. The lobby has lots of things for eat, entertain or just sit cozily. Very helpful staff.

A door to the toilet in the room. Can be uncomfortable for couples who don't know each other for a long time.
