Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour. Je recommande .

Les lits sont très confortables. L'accueil du personnel au top.

La porte coulissante de la salle de bain, en bois ,trop lourde ,peu pratique et bruyante dans la nuit. La vue sur la terrasse, cette dernière est sale.

De toilet beneden alleen met key card te gebruiken dus niet realexed iets drinken in de bar ben niet fijn toen ik nodig moest. Geen koffie of thee faciliteit in de kamer

Despite friendly staff, and very good bed, I will not stay there anymore.

Staff was very kind and useful. Very attentive to customer needs. Always a smile. Italian shower in bathroom and commodities in room such as laptop size safe and (empty) minibar.

Rooms were not well isolated from Avenue below and from communicating next room . Even at 6th floor you could hear the noisy tram passing by below, despite I kept my doubled pane windows closed. Also people with no respect nowadays for sleep hours. One shouting like a drug or drink addict at 3 AM. I had difficulties to get back to sleep. The town where I was born has changed for the worse. The air conditioning was noisy as well, and walls of bathroom need a refresh. The worse: their parking is a public parking next to hotel (25€ a day, no matter if you stay less than 24hrs). Small slots and two paying machines on three not working or accepting my Luxembourg bank card. It took me 20 minutes to get out of there! In fact I decided I would never, ever, return to Brussels again. They can shove up their 30 km/hr limit and their electric scooters.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

Nice and clean rooms, very comfortable bed. The lounge area and in general the interior of the hotel was amazingly designed. Very good breakfast, nice bar and the usage of pool tables was free for guests which was a nice extra.

Sliding bathroom door with gaps was kind of annoying.

Agréable séjour

L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le petit-déjeuner, la tranquillité de la chambre, la literie très confortable.

L'absence de téléphone dans la chambre remplacé par un QR code qui ne fonctionne pas ! Il serait mieux de remettre un téléphone classique en cas d'urgence ou simplement pour joindre la réception !

Très bon réveillon sur Bruxelles !

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement proche du quartier Louise avec ses boutiques de luxe. La deco de l’hôtel qui est très moderne (industrielle) Le petit déjeuné très complet. Chambre très spacieuse.

Les oreillers un peu trop fin et manque de volume. Mais cela ne mérite pas une étoile en moins sur la note.

Top Hotel, gerne wieder

Sehr sauber und große Zimmer. Wir haben 2 Tokens erhalten womit wir umsonst an der Bar trinken konnten.

Teppichboden war sehr staubig wodurch wir über nacht immer ein trockenen Hals bekommen haben. Die Token konnten wir leider nicht für alkoholfreie Cocktails verwenden. Arbeiter an der Bar waren unfreundlich und wirkten unsympathisch.

Gute Lage, cooler Still

Das Pentahotel ist für Brüsseler Verhältnisse noch recht günstig. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und angenehm warm. Das Hotel bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet und eine schöne Bar für den Abend an. Spannendes und abwechslungsreiches Publikum.

Das Zimmer roch bei der Ankunft stark nach einem Chlorreiniger der sich innerhalb der ersten Stunden aber verzog. Das Zimmer lag am Treppenhaus, und man hörte andere Hotelgäste immer wieder mit den Flurtüren knallen. Das Personal kam am Frühstücksbuffet Morgens nicht mit dem Nachlegen hinterher.

Soggiorno piacevole!

Struttura favolosa, ottima posizione. Buona pulizia delle stanze e staff cordiale. Molto buona la colazione con vasta scelta e ottima anche la cena in hotel.

Stanze essenziali ed alcune forniture previste in realtà non sono state trovate in camera. Qualche piccola accortezza in più.

Bel hôtel tout confort , et bonne restauration.

Ambiance très sympa. On y mange bien, c'est très propre et bien équipé

Très peu de prises USB pour recharger les appareils. Il m'a été également impossible de recharger mes appareils via les prises standards ! De plus il est indiqué qu'un parking est disponible mais ce n'est pas le Parking de l'hôtel mais un parking de ville assez cher avec des places minuscules et plutôt mal fichu ! donc quand on arrive en voiture, on doit trouver une place dans la rue (bon courage !) Allez dans l'hôtel, demander un ticket, retourner dans la voiture pour revenir se garer dans le parking avant de repartir dans l'hôtel. Pour finir, j'ai perdu 15 min en repartant car le ticket ne fonctionnait pas ....

Überhaupt nichts.

Sehr sehr sehr dreckig, die Handtücher im bad waren extrem dreckig die sahen statt weiß einfach gelb aus und das ganze Hotel hat nach Drogen gerochen und es war sehr laut Leute haben sich da gestritten keiner hat reagiert also empfehle ich nicht und ich werde nie wieder da buchen.

Very cool design and good location

Good location and very cool interior design. Very good breakfast and a nice hotel bar.

The parking garage is very tight and we couldn't fit our Skoda Enyaq into the one free electric car charging spot (out of two), because the other cars were parked so close. The safe in the room was not secured to the wall or shelf.
