Clean, warm and budget friendly.

Loved the location, far enough out of the CBD to be budget friendly but close enough to go enjoy the restaurants or do some retail therapy. Staff were friendly and check in was quick. The room was clean and warm.

Not a criticism, because this is a budget friendly motel but the room decor is a little dated. Other than that we had a great stay.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Could see clues that recent renovations had been made and these were definitely good. Spa pool a little disappointing due to booking time but shower was superb. Fridge was fantastic!

Photo showed spabath which wasn't in our room. Not a huge problem. Understand the need for limiting g spa pool times but.. would have been nice

Everything you could need for a great price

Best shower pressure! amazing! Loved the spa bath one bedroom apartment it was massive and had everything I could’ve needed.

Decor could use some updating - would like to see white towels used.

Very lovely place to visit.

The rooms are spacious and tidy. Very large car park spaces to accommodate plenty cars I like the warmth reception given to me by the receptionist i met Out of the stressful work schedule, the cleaners keep smiling

The room was very could, i don't know if there's a heater there. If there's none, i recommend some are fix in the rooms No restaurant or bar to attend to the needs of customers, especially those who may travel there at night. I was waken up by a call made by another customer in the middle of the night, and I could not sleep again. He was so loud that everyone could hear him

been upstairs with suitcases too hard to carry, the beds were poor quality and pillows are too hard

Safe to say I won’t be cumn back there again

There was no rubbish bins in the kitchen, our toilet leaked whenever we flushed it, the shower was gross and had a crack going through it and Lino tape over the cracks with cello tape it was pretty piss poor tbh,

It was a great stay and would go back

I hired 4 rooms, not knowi6ng anything about the placce, except it was clise to the wedding venue. I was impressed by how clean they were as I am a commercial cleaner myself. Staff were lovely. i would go back again and recommend it to people.

The only thing I would say is the maim steps need a gand rail on the lower half of the stairs.

Home away from home

Extremely handy to all amenities, shops, food, 5 minutes to city Central, easy access to SH1, to all main tourist attractions, very quiet location, comfortable bed, clean and tidy, we will be back one day soon.

Minimal supply of coffee, tea and sugar, 3pkts each for 2 adults for 2 nights.

Friendly. Comfortable enough for the price range.

Hot water system completely failed. Cold shower in the morning. Would expect to receive a discount for that as hot water is a given in the tariff. No discount was offered. Apology was given.

No wifi, no sky, no information in unit about local food places. No extra pillows didn't meet any staff.
