το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό, πρωινό ικανοποιητικό, ικανοποίηση αιτήματος μας για παράταση διαμονής, άμεσα

η τιμή του καταλύματος σε σχέση με τις παροχές. είναι υπερτιμημένο κατά 30% τουλάχιστον υπερτιμημένη. δεν θα έπρεπε να κοστίζει ακόμη και το καλύτερο δωμάτιο για μια οικογένεια με ένα παιδί 12 ετών, παραπάνω από 70 ευρώ/ βραδιά.

Passable

The breakfast was not very plentiful and there were not many choices. The food was always cold and it was getting ready in afternoon to get ready for the next day for Breakfast.

All the pictures shown on the booking were far way from reality. Booking price for the days stayed at Akti Hotel Ioannina was to High for the facilities offered.

The breakfast was nice and the location is excellent, right in front of the lake.

The hotel only has a small common room where breakfast is served, but after 16:00 it is like a ghost hotel, no hotel staff of any type of service, despite the fact that the hotel description says that drinks and coffee can also be enjoyed at the on-site bar.

Overall is a nice small hotel but overpriced

Very nice and cozy attic. Very nice for kids!

No reception after 4pm and this has an impact on your stay in many ways. Conventional room was ok but small for such a price. Distance from town centre is long. you need 20 minutes to reach the castle. 30 minutes for downtown.

Good location and view, mediocre service and experience. Could be much much better.

1) The location with good lake view. Excellent location for a walk by the lake. 2) The spacious room and the size of the bathroom, even though the shower cabin was a bit small. 3) The quite high and comfortable bed.

1) The Breakfast was a basic -sort of continental- breakfast and mediocre at best. Bad coffee and a poor selection of things to eat in the buffet. The breakfast staff started doing the dishes right next to us at 10:30am, while the breakfast buffet was still open till 11am. One day we went for breakfast at 10:15 and there was no bread left, so we asked for some toast bread and the lady in charge brought us 2 (!!) slices and told us that we were lucky because these were the 2 last slices left.... 2) The room, while spacious, quite basic. Missing some basic items, like glasses for water or a toothbrush cup. Also, the balcony lights (spot lighting) were constantly on, in the afternoon and night and you cannot turn them off, which was annoying. We would also appreciate a larger shower cabin. 3) The hotel has a problem with the sound isolation. The rooms are the exact opposite of soundproof. You could hear everything that happened on the corridor or in the room next door, thus ruining the experience, this calm and quiet area, has to offer. 4) The staff and the reception hours. The reception is only open from the morning till 4:30pm and after that it was closed and you could enter the hotel only by using a code. The place seems understaffed with a not properly trained staff. The person who handled the reception, also dealt with the breakfast. I mean they could hire one more person, to handle properly the breakfast buffet.

Next to the lake, a quiet location with a nice walk to local tourist areas. If your going to visit Corfu then try the Corfu Tourist App it has lots of useful information. ♥

staff is only available in daytime, no help in case of problems during the rest of the day or night, no information about the phonenumbers to call during that time

Once we had gained access the stay was pleasant. Facilities were OK but no drinking glasses.

Customer service prior to arrival. I have sent my suggestions for improvement below to the hotel. 1. Inform customers when they book that if they arrive after 4pm they will need to have an access code. 2. Inform customers that the access code and room number will be sent by email. 3. Send the email with the room number and access code on the day BEFORE the start of the booking. In my case, I was informed that I would need to self check-in and that self check-in was easy. I was not told in advance how this would work. The email with my room number and access code was sent to me on the day of travel from the UK, when I was on a plane and then driving to the hotel. Consequently, my wife and I arrived at the hotel with no information as to how to gain access or how to check in. We had to phone Booking.com customer service. The Booking.com customer service representative phoned the hotel but there was no answer. Then he informed me that an email had been sent to me that day and read out the contents. This was how my wife and I were able to gain access.

Hidden gem at lakeside

Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room, comfy bed, huge balcony. Great breakfast buffet with amazing selection of local delicacies, choice of coffees, fresh fruits and juices.

Could be a lovely boutique hotel but sadly needs some TLC

Great location, a nice 10 min stroll into town. Lovely aspect overlooking lake Pamvotis. Nice big room and balcony. Spotlessly clean hotel. Parking onsite.

Let down by the awful bathroom. The shower cubicle door had obviously been broken so a crude rail had been hammered up and a shower curtain attached which was old and stained. Noisy toilet flush and cheap toilet paper. Very strange set up at breakfast. The woman on reception said hello then just ignored us. There was no hot water for making tea, the coffee maker was so loud and kept hissing but no coffee was coming though. We had to go and ask for hot drinks which she made behind the bar. The cheese and ham were in the same tureen and only one set of tongs so being vegetarian I couldn’t have any cheese as it was contaminated by the meat. The toaster was old and rusty and we didn’t want to use it. We didn’t eat much which was a shame and a waste.

Great location-clean-friendly staff. However, I would class it as "rooms to rent" than a Hotel.

Significant noise from families with babies and toddlers External noise (from neighbouring premises) Inadequate insulation so noise is transferred easily between floors and rooms The attic rooms present significant hazard to your head (roof/ceiling is too low) Basic breakfast - small range of beverages

Quiet and comfortable stay with a beautiful lake view

Kind and professional staff, rooms are spacious and clean. Balconies are big and have a lovely lake view. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Easy to find parking at any time of a day. Excellent breakfast - traditional greek coffee and selection of pies amongst standard variety of continental breakfast items. 15-20 mins walk to the down town/old town. We enjoyed our stay.

Bath needs a bit of an esthetic upgrade, that's all. We still had a great time; highly recommended.

warm room next to the lake,in walking distance from city centre with nice mattress and easy parking. in general a value for money choice.

rude and indifferent staff mostly smoking outside or scrolling/talking to their mobile phones. when my boyfriend asked their help to find a birthday cake for me they were not willing to help and treated him with attitude and full of boredom exactly like during our check in when the reception girl was bored to repeat information given to the family checking in before us and we were supposed to listen to her from the entrance. Only the ladies during checkout had a professional behaviour.

the room is very spacious, nice breakfast, very nice people at the front desk

we took a "lake view room". we could see a tiny bit of the lake in between the trees - not what i had in mind. you hear the neighboring rooms. acoustics not very good

Very good hotel! The room was clean, with a large balcony, pleasant staff and good breakfast. We travelled by car and found a parking space near the entrance without complications. Highly recommended!

Very nice and comfortable accommodation

Breakfast was nice, but the room was incredible. Big space, very nice bathroom and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay there in my next visit

I can't find of anything that I didn't;t like. Maybe the fact that it is a bot far from the center and not easily accessible on foot, especially when it rains (which is almost every day!)

Disappointing

The room is pretty clean, the parking is very convenient and the hotel staff is very nice and kind

We booked a standard room of 25 square meters, with a lake view and a balcony. We were given a room with a size of barely 17 square meters. I measured the size of the room to be reliable. The picture of the room in Booking is very misleading because the room has a triangular structure. The room has minimal furniture and there is not even a wardrobe. There is also no kettle for making coffee. Instead of a closet there are external hangers for clothes. In addition the room is not properly insulated and we heared noise from the other rooms, voices of the receptionist and a lot of noise from the street. The amount I paid does not justify the consideration I received and compared to other hotels where We stayed in the Zagoria area and where the price of the room is similar to the room in this hotel there is no justification for the room price. I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Quite hotel near the lake of Ioanina

The room was very big. It was clean, modern, with very large balcony view to the lake. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was difficult for us to find the hotel’s location even we are very experienced in google maps.
