Big hotel and good for a short stay

Huge hotel with mostly modern facilities. Convenient for a 7-11 to be situated in the hotel.

Nothing to do or see in this suburb but fortunately the transport system with JR line is within 5 min walking distance.

Overall, our stay was worth the price even if I booked it on same day of our arrival!

I liked that there are 3 options for breakfast I liked that the hotel is very near to the train station that has also direct line to Narita Airport (JR Line), this line has all the places that we've been too such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku and Akihabara. No hassle transferring from one train line to another. I liked that there is a Japanese garden within the hotel vicinity. Very relaxing vibe

The gym is small. Only equipments for cardio are available (treadmill & bike). Could have been perfect if it has other equipment too for other work out.

Your average 4* hotel and the only accommodation in Japan where we experienced lack of genuine hospitality

The rooms were quite spacious, lots of amenities, convenience store in basement floor, comfortable beds and bathroom.

Our rooms whilst being classed as ‘Precious’ ie not standard, which were on 11th floor had many dirt stains on the carpet, on the walls and the bathrooms were old. Definitely not what one expects from a 5-star rating in booking. When I complained about the state of the room to the receptionist, I was told that ‘this is the type of room you booked’. I was too tired to play the game, argue and ask for rooms which had been renovated (which I later had a glimpse of, on the same floor). Also, beware that the fee for the swimming pool is outrageously high - per day!! Definitely not worth it.

Grand complexe mais qui a besoin d’un grand rafraichissement.

La vétuisté de l’établissement. Le ménage n’est pas bien fait, j’ai tiré la banquette car j’ai vu un énorme cafard dessus qui a disparu dans la prise de la lumière qui était mal vissée, il y avait plein de miettes en dessous de la banquette. J’ai prévenu l’hotel qui nous a changé immédiatement de chambre malheureusement la nuit ma belle mère a tuée un bébé cafard dans la nouvelle chambre. Il faut être véhiculé car c’est un grand complexe assez isolé. Rapport qualité prix pas dutout avantageux

プリンスホテルからの巡回バスを使いましょう。

よく眠れました。夜景もThe東京という感じで、地方からの相方には喜んで貰いました。また、中庭の日本庭園のライトアップはバルコニーで上からみても綺麗でした。

強いて言えば、バスとトイレが別だったらより良い。ソファーが少しへたり気味だった。巡回バスを知らずに、炎天下の中、長〜い舗装の悪い歩道を、荷物を引きながら上がりました。苦痛でした。。。巡回バスの利用の告知をもっとしてもらえたら良いと思います。

お部屋がゆったりとしていて、心からゆっくりできました。スタッフさんの対応も優しく素晴らしかった。

駅からやや歩くところが年配者には少し負担かなと思いました。お散歩と思えば良い程度の距離ですが。

Das Zimmer war mit unzähligen Moskitos (obwohl wir kein Fenster geöffnet) haben verseucht. Unsere Kinder und wir selbst wurden in der ersten Nacht extrem zerstochen.

Front desk was rude, room was loud and long walk to the train station.

Breakfast has a lot of selections. Concierge was helpful. Backyard garden was nice. Has convenient store on B1.

Front desk was unfriendly! My room had very loud noise goes off every 2 minutes every night. It sounded like a train or an airplane passing. I thought of changing rooms but we were very exhausted. We decided to put up with it in the end. The location to the train station was 9 minutes walk and has ramps on the way. It was a little hard to push a stroller up and wearing a baby. We had to use the shuttle bus that goes to prince hotel which comes every 20 minutes.

Close to the station

There was a urine smell in the toilet. Being a 5 star that why I booked this hotel but was disappointed as the facility was just fair, no swimming pool or any other service, no free airport transfers. the breakfast was good but can be better being 5 star we stayed in a 4 star not far away and it had better facility and free airport transfer. Being our 40th wedding anniversary. We wanted something special but the hotel did not even oblige to do something nice even though I requested For the price we payed We could have for something better at a less rated hotel. Sorry to be the one to say this but update your facilities or make it a less rated hotel. The gardens though were lovely, spend more money on updating your rooms and services.

Prima verblijf gehad

Wij hadden een prachtige deluxe kamer met uitzicht op de Tokyo skytree. Het bed lag heerlijk en de douche was ook fijn (constante straal en heerlijk warm water). Verder was het lekker schoon en netjes. Top verblijf gehad. De Seven eleven in het hotel was heel fijn.

De weg van het station naar het hotel was de heuvel op lopen. Dit kan vervelend zijn met je koffers (zeker als het nog eens 20+ graden buiten is).

着いたときに館内が素敵でワクワクしました部屋もベッドが広く良かったです朝食は種類が多くおいしかったので食べすぎました

混んでいたからかチェックインのときのフロントの方が事務的で素っ気なかった朝食会場は広かったが、ビュッフェ台から遠い席だと少し利用しづらい駐車場を利用したが、風が強かったせいかチェックアウト時に車のワイパーあたりに落ちた葉などがたまっていて困りました

Ikke værdigt til fem stjerner

Meget smuk japansk have. Vi spiste på hotellets traditionelle japanske restaurant. Maden var god og personalet høfligt. Lidt pricy. Store værelser. Strygejern på værelset.

Hotellet var meget slidt. Gulvtæpperne på gangene var slidte og meget beskidte. Værelserne var slidte med gamle pletter på vægge etc. Rengøringen var meget under standard. Der var stadig tykke pletter på skrivebordet, så vi selv gjorde lidt rent, før vi kunne falde til. Badeværelset heller ikke gjort ordentligt rent. Det eneste hotel på vores tur, som ikke havde tandbørster, andre toiletartikler, nattøj og vigtigst af alt slippers.

スタッフがよかったし、広いお庭に広めのお部屋、地下にコンビニがあるのも、子供がいるのでよかった

古いので振り向くとどこかしらが剥がれていたり、お風呂とかモダンではない清掃スタッフもチャイムならしたらすぐスペアキーで入ってくるから慌ててしまいましたまぁ清掃時間に帰って来たりしたからかなあと宿泊期間ルームサービスがないことを知らなくてコンビニなかったら辛かった
