Conforto e tranquilidade num bairro mais calmo.

Ótimo tamanho do quarto. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Banheiro ótimo, assim como a banheira. Tudo perfeito. Sempre com pijamas limpos e passados na cama. Camareiras atenciosas assim como todos of funcionários do hotel.

Felici di aver scelto The Okura! Dopo le nostre giornate in giro per Tokyo, rientrare la sera e rilassarsi nella SPA è s

L’hotel è davvero splendido! Spazioso, lineare, elegante con una SPA spettacolare ed una vista mozzafiato! Anche il quartiere è molto bello ma distante dalla metro circa 15 minuti a piedi.

Il personale non parla bene inglese e per essere un hotel internazionale è abbastanza sorprendente. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto aiuto per prenotare un ristorante (considerano che abbiamo provato a chiamare noi ma parlavano solo giapponese!) ed essendo chiusa la concierge il personale della reception non ha voluto aiutarci. Ci è sembrato piuttosto sorprendente considerando la loro estrema gentilezza.

I will miss the 70s built “New Wing”. But times are changing

Tout ! C’est un hôtel magnifique qui va me manquer. Je reviendrai à Tokyo rien que pour cet hôtel !!!!!

La carte du bar starlight à des prix excessifs deux fois plus élevés qu’au park hyatt!

Todo inmejorable

Todo perfecto. La atención de todo el personal, la decoración de cada área del hotel, el buffet de desayuno, la amplitud de la habitación, el gimnasio… todo inmejorable. La zona muy segura, tranquila y alejada del ruido.

No hay mucha oferta de restaurantes ni atracciones turísticas a distancia de andar, pero siempre hay una estación de metro o un taxi a la mano en la puerta del hotel.

Would go back in a heartbeat. Would live there if possible.

The location was very close to a main subway station and various convenience stores but if you wanted a more lively area, this isn't for you. The room was stunning, very comfortable and beautifully clean. The staff were amazingly helpful and polite.

Tout est parfait ! confort , la piscine, le gym, etc... raffinement à la japonaise, sens du service nombre de personnes aux petits soins c'est clairement un hôtel ou aller quand on veut sentir le sens de l'accueil à la japonaise

rien la bouteille d'eau n'est pas renouvelable à discrétion, dans la chambre.

The hotel is impeccable and the staff are very helpful. If you want to stay in a quiet place with highend restarants, you'll like the location. The room is also excellent - the toiletries and amenities.

The locations is too quiet and most establishments are far.

A wonderful haven of peace and comfort in a busy city

Location was in a very quiet part of Tokyo, somewhat far from railway stations, and the entrance to the hotel was difficult to find when on foot - clearly most guests are driven here... The staff were exceptional, helpful, always available, and did what they said they would. Clearly a great asset to the hotel. Our room on L35 was beautiful, tranquil and very highly specced. A haven from the busy city.

The cocktails served on L41 were very small - could be at least double the size we were served and still be within normal sizing. We never tried the breakfast buffet, due to somewhat negative feedback online, but also the price ($36 per person) - it would have to be an exceptional breakfast to justify this, and there was no evidence online that it was exceptional.

The hotel and facilities were amazing. Very clean and had a nice feel to them. Reccomend getting access to the Lounge, it was its own little getaway amongst tokyo. Highly reccomend.

The hotel is fabulous. We had a wonderful jacuzzi bath in our room & small steam room. The room, staff & total hotel experience was perfect.

Hotel design is marvellous. We stayed at the Heritage wing. Very clean, spacious room. The location is perfect. Very caring staff. Amazing sleep on a very comfortable bed. Easy smart room controls. The restaurants serve exquisite food. Try out the Japanese authentic omakase on the basement floor.

Wonderful and perfect

Everything! The ambience, room size, the amenities, the view, the friendly and professional staff, the proximity to Haneda monorail station, the bath tub, the smart electric facilities in room, the bluetooth loudspeaker, the huge and spacious lobby, the respect towards the original design of the hotel

Not really, but if the covered walkway to Tokyo Metro via the Okura office building can be opened on Sundays it would be great.

Haven't stayed at the Okura in maybe 10 years due mainly to their reconstruction. Still best in Toky

Excellent Buffet style western & Japanese type breakfast. Very good - no hassle - immediate sitting. Food was very good.
