The rooms are very fresh , impeccable service, the staff helped us with all requests. Miyuki Abe assisted in all our requests and was so kind to solve all our questions . We took a large club room with access to the Lounge, it was very comfortable. The view was also wonderful.

We enjoyed the location near an art district with restaurants and a performing arts center. It was also easy to get to public transportation. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with many choices and good service.

Located close enough to the train station and Japan's rail links are next level. Although it is in the business area so not too much to see around the Hotel. The food was good and not too expensive.
We had limited time so could only go to the pool once which gets pretty busy and the good seats are for premier guests only. No shuttle to Haneda airport which is around 20 to 30 minutes from the hotel and the cab fairs in Japan are quite steep.

Location was great, building was beautiful and well-maintained.
The facilities were amazing, and had well priced eating options.
The staff were put out by our 1/2 hour early arrival and everything seemed a bother to him.
I don’t think I would stay there again, the area was too congested and noisy.. was ok for one night.

Beautiful refurbished room design and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and front staff and lobby staff were friendly and helpful
Although there was a huge breakfast selection for everyone else I found ( as a gluten free person) that my choices were lacking and very sub standard. These days you can find amazing recipes for bread and everything else so to be served horrible highly processed unimaginative food was disappointing to say the least.
The pool staff were always friendly at check in desk but the pool staff around the pool were very petty and rude.
On numerous occasions I was met with behaviour that was unbefitting a hotel such as this.
Even though I had a premium room and I put my towel and water bottle on a premium pool side table I was told to move it… even though I was only doing lane swimming and there was a handful of people poolside at best.
Another two occasions (when again lane swimming) I kept bumping into the inflatables( again no one in the pool) so I moved them out and on to the side so I wouldn’t bump into them constantly. The pool attendants on each occasion walked around the pool and put them back in the water. This felt rather petty and deliberate
It’s a shame that the food and leisure side let the team down and hence the reason I felt I couldn’t give a five star rating.

De kamer was prachtig, de badkamer met regendouche was echt tiptop in orde! Het bad was groot.
Het personeel was behulpzaam, flexibel en kon goed Engels. Onze vragen of problemen werden meteen beantwoord of opgelost.

Breakfast
Rooms were a bit dated, and bedroom carpet needs upgrading.

Nothing to complain about
It was all ok. Cumbersome check out

The whole hotel was super clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
The bathroom was a little tired. Also, like every other hotel, the default is for extremely soft, uncomfortable pillows.

The spacious rooms and the hotel's excellent location made the last leg of our holiday even more unforgettable.
The cheery was that the express bus service (airport limousine) to the airport departed directly from the hotel.
The facilities and fixtures in the rooms are a little dated. This is a moot comment, though, as we were informed that the hotel is undertaking a considerable overall of its fixtures and fittings to modernise and update its room, befitting a state-of-the-art luxury hotel.

Nice hotel with large rooms particularly by Tokyo standards with an excellent breakfast. Very close to the Metro and in walking distance of Akasaka and Roppongi both full of good restaurants and bars
You cant get a drink in the evening particularly at the weekend past 8.00pm.
When checking in we felt like second class citizens for using Booking.com and had to be very politely insistent on a double bed. As a result the check in process took over 30 mins.

Rooms are confortable and clean. Staff are polite and nice. Very beautiful hotel and great location
I was very unhappy to know that I need to pay extra or taken a different package to access the swimming pool. It 3 of us and the children love swimming daily.
It’s the first of the 49 hotels I stayed in with a pool that require guests to pay additional for the pool specially for the money I paid. That put me off and made me enjoy my stay even less

Room was big and comfortable.
Enough elevators so there has been no "elevator" traffic.
Location (very close to Ginza line tube station)
Very good choice for breakfast.
Attentive and friendly staff.
Swimming pool:) Clean, sufficient.
Swimming pool charge also for hotel guests (and charge has not been "minor"). I was aware prior to booking, appreciated having the pool, nevertheless price for hotel guests was questionable. I guess this has however made usage of the pool so nice (not overcrowded, lounge chairs for everyone etc)
Food options in the neighborhood weren't very impressive.

It’s close to the subway lines, the building is well maintained.
The breakfast buffet was my favourite and was included in my rate.
I didn’t know the pool was not included in the price. There is a separate fee around 4800yen for a 4 hour period.

Nice view to Tokyo Tower from upper floors, kind staff, good breakfast, very clean, good room size.
"Kids stay free" does not include breakfast for them, even if room was booked with breakfast, was not clear when booking

Pay for use pool. Beds in the sun only “vip beds” when order Champagne, otherwise in shade.
At night hookers in the lobby following you in the elevator.
Not good maintained hotel

The only thing that wasn’t the best is my room having a hint of smoke smell.

We were upgraded to a suite due to a longer wait for the room. The breakfast buffet was great and the location perfect. Staff very helpful.
A reason we chose the ANA was for the pool, it’s not included in the room cost and a couple of hours in the pool for the kids was quite expensive.

The location is fantastic! It is close to the metro, and there are always taxis available. It is a nice, quiet area, but only a short walk to a more lively area when the moment is right.
It was always clean and comfortable, and the little extras made it special. Free water bottles, pajamas, and all the toiletries made it very easy to transition to a new place temporarily.
The front desk staff and the gentlemen who coordinated the taxis were beyond kind and helpful.
The cafe area is lovely, and the piano player gives it a luxurious ambiance.
There is a high charge to go to the pool, so we didn't go.
The concierge was passive-aggressive with our few questions and gave us incorrect information about the hotel on more than one occasion.
The restaurants in the hotel do not have much availability, but the food is phenomenal if you can go. They are closed midday, and they close at 9pm for the night.

High standard. Good resturants and very good breakfast.
Greedy to charge for using the pool
