Fabulous!!

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and in a very good location! Transfers arranged by Paco, met at Apartment by Oscar who was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved everything. Wifi bit hit and miss but apart from that wonderful!

Superb

The apartment was very well located. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with owner.

We could not find English channels on the TV, written instructions would be helpful. Also more information on the Aerea would of been good as when we were there we had no idea about the Religious festival. So we missed that .

The perfect place for me!

I had THE best time in Flat Nr. 2. The location is fantastic if you want to be super central (2 mins to SPAR, 2 mins to beach) which does come with the fact that you participate in local life which I loved. The flat has everything you could need, even a laundry room for those who stay longer. The flat comes with a generous size balcony but other than to dry my beach stuff, I never used it. Paco and his team are very responsive and very kind: the bed was too hard, they brought a topper. The kettle wasn't working, a new one appeared. Really amazing hospitality. Very important: the building has a lift / elevator!! This came as a complete surprise and what a pleasant one. If your mobility is restricted, then worry no more! I loved it and will be back for sure as it just suited me down to the ground.

Exceptional

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. It is in a perfect position for shops, eating out and the beach. The terrace is amazing and we spent most of our time there. Great communication with Paco the owner, Oscar who greeted us was lovely and the cleaners also.

Can't think of anything we didn't like, we were just happy to be there.

Great apartment in a beautiful location

The location is great, right near the beach. Supermarket, bus station and shops are all within 3 minutes walking. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. it’s very clean and well maintained, as is the building, which also provides a washing machine, that comes in handy for a longer stay. The terrace is quite nice and spacious, great to watch the sea or the town and to have a meal or a drink there. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this and would happily stay here again!

A dishwasher would make it perfect.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Close to all amenities and bus station. No hills. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely book this apartment again. Ver very impressed. First time in Puerto de mogan and what a beautiful clean place and very helpful people.

Stunning location with beautiful sea view and almost directly above the beach. In a quiet pedestrian area. The wrap around balcony was the biggest we’ve ever enjoyed. The apartment was absolutely spotless with a daily service if required. Puerto de Mogán is a pretty little town with lovely restaurants and bars.

We really couldn’t fault anything but we did feel we couldn’t cook a proper meal with the lack of an oven. Still, it meant we spent more time outdoors with an excellent choice of restaurants on the doorstep.

Apartment is in a central location beside the beach. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was fantastic with excellent facilities and very clean. It was a pleasure to deal with Paco and staff who were so helpful. Great communication. They even organised our transfers to and from airport and held our luggage in a secure facility after checkout. We stayed in Apartment 1 which was at the back of the complex. Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment with balcony facing road (great for people watching). Highly recommend these apartments. We will be going back to Mogan and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Paco and staff 😁

Excellent apartment

The apartment was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, next to the beach, shops and restaurants, and a couple of minutes walk to the marina. The terrace for our apartment was huge, with a view of the sea and the pedestrianised road underneath. The whole process of checking in and out was very smooth. The apartment was cleaned every other day, and lots of towels were provided. I highly recommend Edificio Playa!

A lot of space (especially the terrace) and an amazing location, 30 seconds from the beach

Great location and amazing terrace! Apartment had all the basic necessities for a prolonged stay. Also appreciated the cleanliness of the place. Host was very amicable.

A couple of things could have been improved. The kitchen lacked a few things that would have made it easier to prepare proper meals (olive oil, good cutting knife or good quality pans). Beach towels would have been a plus. But overall everything went great!

Exceptional

The manager was very friendly and forthcoming, even so i managed to mix up dates. Actually, what we witnessed, is another level of friendliness and familiarity, thank you! Our flat had 2 bedrooms - one for our kid. There was a balcony towards the busy side of the street and not a seaview, at first we thought that might be a problem but altogether we got used to it in a day and liked watching people on the street, listening to the sunday missas from the 50m away church. Also the morning and evening sun shined to the balcony. In the evening we enjoyed the mountain views, sometimes with the moon rising on top of them. The rooms were well furnished. Cleaning ladies came every second day, changed towers, washed floors etc which we enjoyed. Also we could use the self-service washing machine downstares for a few euros. The rent payment we made on-site via owners card terminal. In case you are a couple try to take the seaside view you see from the booking.com-s pictures, that flat is as adverised but with one bedroom. Also, when considering a quietness for the night, we closed windows and the outside noises were not heard. The house itself was quiet. The beach laguna good for a swim mostly without big waves is 100m away. Lots of restauraunts and a tommy hilfiger shop is basically under the flat for its fans. A larger grocery shop - Spar was about 150m away, they also sell fish ehich is a good sign. There were at least 4 ATMs a few meters away. Puerto de Mogan itself is a wonderful seaside village. There is a viewpoint in the older part of the village a few hundred steps up the hill, locals will show you the way. The village at the port and port itself ars probably from the 1980ies (check tbe view in the house corridor) but what a wonderful architectural ensamble and those FLOWERS. We enjoyed all of it.

Spacious appartment next to the beach

The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the beach, restaurant or city center. The appartment is very spacious, the kitchen is big, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice and clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. There is an elevator in the building and cleaning lady comes 2x a week. We really enjoyed the stay with small kid.

There wasnt a dishwasher and there could be more kitchen appliances like big and sharp knife or the grater.
