Un Bon séjour d'une semaine dans cet hôtel bien situé a Istanbul et avec un personnel professionnel

Copieux petit déjeuner dans un bien aménagé établissement.

Un compresseur un peux bruyant (probablement A/C), sur le toit - proche de notre chambre - la dernière journée... mais acceptable après s'avoir endormit. Un service de commande TAxi dehors de l'hôtel (dans ville ou même a l'aéroport directement), pour les clients de l'hôtel serra, on est sur, très bien appréciée - pour échapper aux pièges des plusieurs pratiquants de taximetrie oportuniste et malhonnête a Istanbul.

Erwarte nicht zu viel, dennoch bist du hier nicht an der falschen Adresse.

Die Lage ist super, man kommt sehr gut zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Dementsprechend ist man zügig in der Altstadt und hat Zugang zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend.

Leider ist es wie in vielen Hotels in dieser Region ziemlich dünnwandig gebaut. Vieles ist nur hingepfuscht. Leise ist was anderes. Ich denke mal auch ein passendes Sprichwort ist hier, nichts hält länger als das Provisorium.

The staff was nice, and the location is comparatively close to the center.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in terms of quality and state of the property. The room is old, one of the two TVs was completely broken, the other one didn’t catch signals for any international channels, what is the point then to mention them at all? It was unpleasant to stay in the room, to take a shower, the towels smelled, furniture looked old and dirty. The breakfast was a complete disaster: the choice is poor, the food is not tasty. Very very disappointed, luckily, all day long we were in the city. There was a spa but we’ve never had a chance to use it because it closed too early , at 7 pm. Sincerely don’t understand, how the hotel claims to have 4 stars.

Disappointing Stay at Ramada Grand Bazaar Istanbul. And according to me this is not a 4-star hotel.

I really don't know what I could write in this section as our stay at Ramada - Grand Bazaar was just miserable.

My recent stay at Ramada Grand Bazaar in Istanbul was unfortunately far from satisfactory. The reception staff lacked a welcoming attitude, and we encountered issues right from the check-in process. We didn't receive the rooms we had booked, and clarifying the room details proved to be a time-consuming hassle. Our intention was to relax and enjoy our time in Istanbul, but the circumstances at the hotel prevented this. We had to deal with problems such as lost luggage, wrong room configurations (not as booked), rooms that were too small for our group of two and three, and the absence of air conditioning despite selecting this option during the booking. Additionally, there were no charging points near the bed. To make matters worse, we overheard reception staff making derogatory comments about other guests who couldn't understand Turkish. This unprofessional and childish behavior is not acceptable, especially from a 4-star hotel. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the hotel management to address these issues promptly. I believe improvements are necessary to meet the standards expected of a hotel with a 4-star rating.

الموظفين ودودين الغرف نظيفه الهدوء بالمنطقه المحيطه بالموقع

فترة الوصول لم تستطيع السياره الدخول لمنطقة الفندق فكان المشي لمسافة طويله مع حمل الحقائب صعب ومتعب جداً

El personal es muy amable. Mi hijo es celiaco y tenían preparados pan y galletas sin gluten en el desayuno. La habitación tenía un tamaño correcto. Las camas eran muy cómodas. La limpieza perfecta. El desayuno muy bien. Está ubicado en una zona bastante tranquila. Nuestras habitaciones daban a un parque sin bullicio. En calles cercanas había otros otros hoteles donde había numerosas terrazas con la música muy alta por la noche, pero no en el nuestro, lo cual era de agradecer. Se tarda una media hora caminando hasta la zona de Santa Sofía y de la Mezquita Azul, y parecido a la zona de Eminonu y el puente de Gálata. A 10 minutos caminando está el tranvía T1 y el metro. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Sólo un pequeño detalle. Se oía bastante el agua bajando por las cañerías de los baños de los pisos de arriba.

Perfect hotel highly recommended

Perfect staff mrs Mariana solved our problem quickly and all the receptionist very helpful and welcoming /breakfast is extraordinary mr.Sinan and mr,Asen make everone special lots of variety bakery girls are brilliant rooms so clean

Transportation is so near to metro tram and buses no slopes to climb so comfortable so quite at night

Just the staff , all staff very friendly

Food poisoned 🤢 (all meat from the breakfast) smells and stinks 😷 and sticky I inform the manager … and hi didn’t take any food out from the breakfast The rooms are too small and moldy smells, the shower dirty

It was an enjoyable stay

The breakfast was satisfactory. Location was close to where the Baazar is and some historical sites. Also there were restaurants around and the Metro which we discovered just a few days before we left.
