Отелем остались довольны.

Отдыхали семьей. Нам всё понравилось! Очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин отеля! Помог с трансфером. Расположение отеля в самом центре всех главных достопримечательностей. Уборка в номере производилась ежедневно, всегда чистые полотенца и новые тапочки. Спасибо за комфортный отдых!

Минусов для себя не нашли.

Nu recomand ,un hotel mizerabil

Lenjerie murdara,neschimbata de la clienții anteriori,noroc ca ,am găsit pe hol raft cu lenjerie iar la ora 23 .00 mi-am schimbat lenjeria,nu era nimeni sa o facă, în hotel era doar o pers.la recepție care deși am rugat-o sa ne dea o camera unde sa fie liniște, sa nu fie la tramvai ne-a dat o camera fix deasupra liniei de tramvai la etj 1.Zgomot infernal de la tramvai și bulevard ! NU SE POATE PLATI CU CARDUL DESI AM AVUT REZERVAREA PE BOOKING SI ERAU OBLIGATI SA ACCEPTE CU CARDUL,DAR ESTE O PRACTICA A LOR ! Mizerie de iti era sila sa faci dus ! Deși mai trebuia sa stau o zi am preferat sa ma mut la alt hotel !

The bed is not comfortable at all. Better accommodations are available at the same price and location. Room is not clean

Avoid at all cost, unreliable. No english communication possible.

40 euro a day charge for parking space, booking says 10 a day. Parking nearby charges 6 euro's. Trying to abuse a situation regarding a health incident in order to make financial gain. Read the reviews, dont take the risk for ur family. Changed hotels and made additional Costs

Exceptional

The staff was great starting with the Manager, breakfast staff, receptionists, they were all very helpfull and kinds. The personal is very friendly and profesional and the hotel has a very good location. Many thanks also to Ozgur the Manager of the restaurant next to the hotel. He was very kind and he offer us a good conversation and a very good dessert. 🤗🤗🤗

worst hotel so far in Istanbul for me

Location was fine. It is near to metro and some tourist attractions are around The asian guy working there was a nice person

The room was not clean, no elevator, cold at night. The front desk employee was begging to give a high score on booking!

Mixed feelings on staff members

Great location. Near major tourist destinations. Nice decorations. The young staff member that works the morning shifts was kind. He waited outside with us while we waited for our taxi.

Abdul was very unprofessional. He demanded a 10 star review and said to praise him in the review, so here it is. Late at night we asked him if he could organize a taxi, he couldn't so he called the manager who was asleep. The manager could not organize a taxi at the time we requested. We declined the taxi but Abdul and the sleepy manager would not take no for an answer. Abdul would not take his phone back with the manager on the line. I finally put the phone on the desk and Abdul kept trying to give it back to me. Another issue is that the cleaners did not knock before entering our room in the morning. The manager upgraded our room for free on arrival and opened the door to the room of other guests to show me what we would've gotten that he gave away to somone else instead. He didn't knock, fortunately no one was in the room but their bags were. The manager was generally nice, except for the taxi incident.

Excellent.

The location was excellent as it is near public transport and tourist attractions. The staff there were very very helpful. Our personal thanks to Azkar, Esra and Dafi. They gave a lot of useful pointers and tips. The breakfast was good. Our room was always kept clean, bed tidied and fresh towels everyday. Muzafar the owner of the hotel was also helpful and nice. He helped arrange our Bosphorous night dinner cruise and our transportation back to IST Hotel. Good job Sirkeci Gar Hotel!!

Nothing. Except the night restaurant down just outside the hotel was pricy, limited menu and less tasty.

This hotel is very close (walking distance) to Hagia sophia, blue mosque and Topkapi palace. Hotel staff very good. I am very much pleased with Davi (Hotel front desk) and Aska (in the dining and room services) another old lady, their service was unforgettable. Hotel rooms stiil have some opportunity to improve, but overall good.

Mr. Muzaffer and Indonesian Gafi take care of us. Help for luggages. Room was clean and its in the center. Sirkeci station is just in front of hotel 3 minutes. I recommend here.

Very good hotel! I enjoyed my stay and would definitly recommend this place

The hotel location was excellent : in the city center, close to both the metro and the tram station. The staff were very friendly and supportive, they would always check on us and provide us with all the help we needed. The place was pretty clean, and I also liked the vintage setting of the hotel. The manager upgraded the room which was a very kind and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was also quite good as well.

Nothing major, the hotel was pretty good and I liked it. Only one thing that I'd like to draw other people's attention to is that there is no elevator so it might be something worth considering if you are traveling with an elderly person.

please don’t leave any important documents/things in your room.

After two nights stay they shifted us in a better room. Our baggage was shifted to the other room in our absence and someone had stolen our very very important documents. In spite of my repeated requests,no positive outcome.

Amazing!

EVERY SINGLE THING! This has been one the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location was great, people at the front desk was the nicest, incredibly polite, the food was good and the bedroom felt like a Palace of Versailles room. We fell in love completely with this hotel. Definitely coming back!

i don't recomend this hotel, honestly!

Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was terrible, we ate just first out of 5 days, second day they didn't even have coffee for breakfast, just black tea, now how can my 9 years old son drink something from breakfast? DISASTER! You also need to eat outside, so imagine in November having breakfast outside? Other staff (except for manager) doesn't speak English at all, how can you have international hotel where they don't speak English. First night i didn't even get a blanket for bed, which i asked for and they didn't bring it to me, they said they were all dirty, so next day i had to fight for it, so i barenly get it at the end. There was 1 tiolet paper and 1 soap for 3 of us....cleaning was also skipped one day...i mean come on...
