Удобное расположение! В пешей доступности находится мечеть «Сулеймание», Египетский базар, Галатский мост, Босфор, Айя-София, Голубая мечеть, Дворец Топкапы, Цистерна Базелика, а так же рядом метро и вкусные ресторанчики!

Переплатите 10$ и не жалейте об испорченном отдыхе

1. При заезде сказали что нет брони, после чего бронь появилась, но настаивали об оплате наличными, но пик наглости персонала, что они дважды настаивали об отмене брони через приложение что бы списались деньги с карты после того как вынудили оплатить наличными. Пользуются тем что приехали с вещами и искать отель нет возможности!!! 2. После дня в номере переселили на второй этаж с окнами к дороге, где была ужасная слышимость 3. Номер потрепанный, слив толком не работал, переключатель воды сломанный. После обращения к персоналу сказали что исправят и благополучно забыли Самый ужасный опыт проживания в отеле что у нас был

Зручне розташування. Пару хвилин до метро, розташований між двома оптовими ринками: Лалелі і з Йешелдірек, в пішій доступності Софья і т д Відносно свіжий ремонт, нормальне ліжко. За наявності вільних місць, дозволили раннє заселення.

Гарне розташування готелю, смачний сніданок, дуже хороший і привітний персонал на рецепції, гарний номер де є все необхідне для короткого перебування у Стамбулі.

Не сподобалась лише постіль, склалось враження, що вона була не зовсім чистою. Хоча і це не зіпсувало гарне враження про готель.

Good location but lack of service

The location as it is a walking distance to the main touristic spots

The room does not match with the pictures where you get an idea of a bigger one; The cleaning: I would say that they just make the bed. I walked in socks and they got black. The bathroom mirror was plenty of toothpaste and the shower does not drain well. After 5min of showering the bathroom floor was flooded as the drainage was clearly blocked. Breakfast: There are no options. No sweet choices but only cucumber, olives, tomatoes, etc. Also, the windows are so old that it let the wind pass and you can feel it during the night. We ask then for extra blankets and the guy at the front desk provided it immediately.

Amazing location in Sultanahmet. Room was very spacious and clean. Free breakfast and the choices were great. However, on the second day I could not lock my room from the inside, the staff tried to fix but instead gave me another room that was readily available. Rovshen was great! He took care of my stay at the hotel. I even cancelled my other hotel booking located in Taksim and decided to stay at The Queen Hotel again and the rate given was even better. He said next time I come to Istanbul to just contact him. Thank you Rovshen and entire staff at the hotel! Made my trip even enjoyable.

Комфортно, уютно

Несмотря на то что комната маленькая в ней было уютно и чисто. Есть горячая вода, комфортно купаться. Второй раз уже остаюсь здесь. Местоположение идеальное. Добирались во многие места пешком. За такую цену качество отличное.

I like the hotel is very clean good for the price and amazing location

This hotel is amazing for people who want to visit Istanbul and they have plenty of activities to do I mean if you want just place where you sleep plus is very near to the metro subway and Tram t1 and you have too many restaurant and shops to buy everything you need I loved the staff they were very nice especially amine he was the bigger guy haha overall the hotel is very clean and they have a good decoration inside you feel good quality and the breakfast is also buffet so you could have a variety of food that you would like to eat in the morning

I didn't like that you could hear noise near to you because they build the hotel with materials that allow sound to go through rooms plus the major problem is the water they don't have a tank means if the public water don't come you'll find yourself stuck with no shower or toilet until the water comes yeah this is the only two problems I had but it is very good hotel for the price

Ok for 2 nights.

The location, near the metro station, nice neighborhood, quiet.

The batroom was not funcional, the showerhead didnt work, and the bathroom was to small. My husband couldn’t sit on the toilete beacuse his legs were touching the wall. Breakfast was in the object next to the hotel in the basement with no AC. The staff was nice and polite.

Good location, welcoming staff, comfortable bed.

In the restaurant where you have breakfast cockroaches running. Walls are too thin and you can hear everythibg from other rooms so if you have noisy neighbours then good luck. Window is not sealed and all the noise from the street will not be very pleasant.

Good place to start exploring Istanbul

Good position, very close to Vezneciler Metro and Laleli Tram station. Quite ok breakfast, although it was not ready at 8:00 as it should: eggs, omelet, cheese, salami, salad, three types of olives, butter, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful, speak English. A lot of cheap places nearby to eat when you return from the city

Coffee was only "instant", not espresso, at breakfast The only disadvantage is the size of the room and toilet, they are quite small, with not so much space for cloths in the room or space to sit on the toilet.
