Great hotel but some things were surprisingly strange.

Great view if Mt. Fuji, also close to shops and restaurants

Wifi shuts down along with TV - meaning the TV set has to be always on to be connected. Ridiculous. The front desk said it is how they are. The entrance facing the main street should not be closed. Why didn’t they modernize the room keys upon renovation? it was terrible.

河口湖附近性價比高的住宿選擇！

房間陽台看得到富士山！房間很大且乾淨，有獨立衛浴，床很舒服。一樓有公共溫泉和販賣部，溫泉的設施和更衣間乾淨舒適，販賣部的商品有些比車站賣店的便宜。有免費接駁車（抵達車站時打電話告知）。服務人員親切友善，提供完整的資訊。

とても満足でした

部屋はリフォームされており、キレイでした。清潔感もあり快適に過ごせました。部屋からの富士山は絶景でした。スタッフの方々は、サービスが行き届いており、丁寧に対応して下さいました。

施設全体は古い感じがありますが、部屋はリフォーム済みでキレイでした。テレビを付けていないとWi-Fiが使えない点が不便かなと思いました。

Incroyable et reposant.

- Personnel très très agréable et super gentil et disponible ! 😁 Je suis arrivé en retard pour mon checkin je n’ai eu aucun problème. - navette gratuite à disposition pour se promener et rentré à l’hôtel en toute sécurité - Jolie chambre donnant la meilleur vue sur le mont Fuji 🗻 !

プチ贅沢

夜の懐石料理は味、ボリュームとも良かったです。 (ただ朝食は味、品揃えなど普通でした) バスタオルとタオルが風呂に行く動線上にあるのは、手ぶらで行って、手ぶらで帰って来られて良かった。大浴場では、履いて行ったスリッパが、鍵付きの脱衣入れにしまえて良かったです。また大浴場洗い場の蛇口とシャワーは、お湯を出すたびに蛇口を押し直す必要がないタイプなので、ストレスなく使えて良かったです。部屋は広くて良かった。

部屋はタバコの臭いが染み付いていて、臭かった。浴衣はワンサイズが部屋に用意されていただけで、サイズ違いはフロントまで取りに行かなきゃならないです。大浴場は大きく無くて、露天風呂もないです。夕食時にワインを注文しましたが、道の駅で売っていた同じワインとは倍の値段差なのにはびっくりしました。

Pleasantly good.

I booked a 4 single bed room and the view of Mt Fuji was awesome and fantastic. it was also because the weather was clear as well. There are nearby eateries, supermarkets amenities within a 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The timing for the complementary shuttle bus service to Kawaguchiko station can be more guest friendly. The last shuttle timing leaving the hotel is 11am.The checkout time is also at 11am. It will be great, helpful and much more guest friendly if the last shuttle timing can be changed to 11.30am instead. This will give some guest time allowance.

Wonderful hotel with views of Mount Fuji san

Stunning views of Mount Fuji. Very nice staff who could not be more helpful or friendly. You just have to the Japanese hot plate dinner. It was wonderful. There’s a free shuttle bus to and from Kawaguichico Station and the bus station at Fuji-Q Highlands.

Obviously it’s being renovated at the moment but the hotel were very clear to let me know before my visit.

従業員さん達も大変丁寧に説明や対応をしてくださいました。広いお風呂もあり疲れも癒せ、お部屋も広くて大変満足して泊まれました。朝食も様々なメニューあり美味しかったです。

富士河口湖的幸运

酒店服务很好，四心级酒店的待遇。比较幸运的是我去的那几天还没有搭架子到9楼，我完全躺在屋里欣赏了富士山。阳台是开放的，非常美！即使封了阳台，这里的住宿条件和服务也是非常值得，富士山就在眼前，几乎住在了山脚下，可以出门看。

关于那个温泉费，我理解为用就收费，不用不收费。实际住几天就收几天费用，前两天浪费了，没有使用。

They got us in with short notice.

Terrible pillows and beds. Also you can’t eat in their restaurant for any meal unless you have prior reservations.

Very good

Spacious room with an amazing view from the balcony and the windows. There were a lot of other people staying in the hotel, but the insulation was good enough that we didn't hear them. The hotel shuttle service was great, but be careful to check the times of service, the staff were also able to order a taxi for us.

We were very jet lagged and would like to have eaten in the hotel restaurant, but the staff told us it was full and didn't offer any alternative suggestions.

I wish we could have stayed there longer

This is an incredibly comfortable hotel with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. There is a shuttle bus you can call from the station to come and pick you up after 3 and it runs every 30 minutes 8am-11am and 3pm- 10pm (check times with the hotel). I recommend using this service as it is quite a way from the main town, about 15-20 minutes walk. I would also recommend booking for dinner and breakfast. Dinner is a traditional Kaiseki Japanese meal which is superb and breakfast is hearty. There isn’t really anything around the hotel to go for a meal The onsen is fabulous after a hectic day. The hotel staff are superb and very helpful.
