一抵達飯店就有講中文工作人員接待，很親切，行李會直接幫忙送達房間，晚上睡著日式榻榻米房睡得特別香甜，床鋪也是飯店人員提早就鋪好了，隔天退房後接駁車一樣可以載至河口湖車站，旅客可以check in完就直接出門，其他事情都不用操心，非常貼心方

有接駁車接送至飯店，請旅客服務中心聯繫後不到10分鐘接駁車就來接了，非常方便。所有工作人員包含接駁車司機喔，都是呈現熱情洋溢、笑容滿面的樣子，給人一種賓至如歸感受。很建議在飯店用餐，因為食物很好吃，吃飯時服務人員也能即時觀察到你的需求提供服務，非常貼心。特別感謝來自台灣桃園的飯店接待員，我們因為在便利商店忘了拿湯匙無法吃布丁，這位接待員很及時的幫我們解決了難題，非常感謝他！

超級美好的入住經驗。飯店的服務貼心而且舒服，讓人可以毫無壓力的狀態下好好享受。所有員工都能用英語作基本溝通，親切又可愛。房間的大小、窗外的景色都很棒，無論暖氣、加濕器和直接在房間欣賞富士山。早餐也很優秀，豐盛不浮誇，吃得飽之外也感受到準備的用心和美味。溫泉開發的時間很足夠，湯池大小適中，放鬆泡湯時可以一邊欣賞河口湖的美景和富士山，真的是讓人以為自己身在天堂。真心感謝飯店的一切，讓我們一家人非常享受。

had a lovely stay, enjoyed that it wasn't very crowded, and the staff were very attentive

great staff, great first public bath experience, quaint and homey ryokan, great value for money as the food was delicious

- the tatami mattresses were a tad too thin, making the bed feel a little hard - bathroom felt a little outdated, but it was clean

A fantastic experience

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The pick-up and drop-off service into the town centre was so helpful. The meals were amazing and the service was top notch. A wonderful experience!

Suficientemente bueno para un par de noches.

Las vistas desde la habitación son muy agradables. El onsen del hotel también tiene una muy buena instalación, buenos espacios y está muy bien mantenido. El staff fue tremendamente amable y hablaban buen inglés.

La comida en general, a excepción de las sopas estaban fuera de punto, en especial los platos grillados. Varios pescados servidos venían con espinas. A mi pareja le quedó chica la yukata, y los dos días de nuestra estancia tuvimos que pedir una más grande. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba apropiadamente.

Great stay, would consider again for next trip

The breakfast was a spread, very traditional Japanese breakfast. Could see mt Fuji from the room, though not a good enough angle to take a nice pic of it. Staff will come in automatically in the evening to lay out the futons (Japanese traditional bed). Very spacious room (able to open 2 large luggage’s and still have walking space!) and toilet

Would be most convenient to drive in, it would be quite a walk pushing your luggage from the station.

Super vriendelijk hotel met mooie echte Japanse kamers

Personeel is super vriendelijk! Heel respectvol. Een traditionele kamer, het slapen op de grond op de tatami matten (met matras) was even een verrassing. Maar super leuk om dat te ervaren. Wij hebben er 1 nachtje geslapen. Ik weet niet of het nog een nachtje zou kunnen.

飯店有好幾位的台灣籍staff，完全不用擔心語言的問題；到車站後可以去旁邊的案內所請案內所的人員幫忙打電話通知飯店來接送；老闆人超級nice親自來接我們，第二天還開車送我們到車站去搭車；

這次是預定有含晚餐和早餐的專案，晚餐和早餐吃的是日式懷石料理，料理都超級好吃！

希望四樓泡湯的外面可以有投牛奶的投幣機

Clean , near to lake kawaguchiko , and friendly staff and owner . Foods is superb

Awesome cosy ryokan. Superb good service from the staff and I think the old guy is the owner 😆. Pick up is on time from the Kawaguchiko station and warm welcome from the hotel . Omg the dinner and breakfast is amazing served . We hope to come back again for the next stay .

Amazing stay in this wonderful Ryokan. The staff was so nice and welcoming! When we arrived by car, one of the staff was already waiting for us to take us the luggages and everybody was so smiley and nice. The futons are very comfortable and the Onsen at the last floor overlooking the lake and the mount Fuji is simple yet beautiful. The japanese breakfast was also amazing. I highly recommend this Ryokan for your stay.

The property was beautiful and clean and the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They were able to speak English and help schedule a pickup from the train station. We had breakfast which was excellent as well with a great variety of high quality dishes.

Best ryokan experience EVER!!!

Everything was fantastic, from the room to the staff, the quality of my stay exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very helpful, I even got free shuttle services to the station, as well as pickup. The food was absolutely delicious and the view from my room was incredible. The onsen was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!
