Location was great and pretty room with a lovely balcony
Staff were not attentive, uncomfortable bed and over priced mediocre restaurant.

The building itself is lovely and well kept. The room was amazing with a pretty view looking out to sea.
The staff were all lovely, very friendly and nothing was too much hassle.
The food in the restaurant for dinner was very enjoyable, breakfast was laid out beautifully with lots of options to order for hot breakfast food, speedy service too

The food in the restaurant was a disappointment. It's a very traditional old fashioned menu and the food wasn't great when it arrived.
The setting of the place is wonderful and there's an opportunity there to make the restaurant really stand out - locally sourced ingredients imaginatively cooked. I reckon one of the contestants from Masterchef could really do something outstanding with it

Great location, beautiful property, the bedroom was lovely and had a perfect balcony overlooking the sea. breakfast was delightful and a good variety of hot and cold options. Finally - all the staff we encountered were really pleasant and seemed to genuinely like their jobs!
car park is small but we were lucky enough to get a space.

Location
Food was average
Outside areas could do with a clean/jet wash
Area in front of pub open to dog walkers, eating food whilst looking down at dog mess.
Price of £150 you'd expect a sea view not a view of the car park

Food, view, friendly staff
Dogs in restaurant, ran out of beer, lager only, not notified at time of booking that it was a cashless business, inadequate parking facilities, small room without storage for clothes

Comfortable room, nice views, friendly staff
Other guests were incredibly noisy between 1.30am and 4 30am, banging doors and going up and down the stairs constantly. Parking was not good and ended up having to pay in the public car park

Our stay was made by staff and their friendliness. In particular Jenny, Georgia and Aaron who all worked in the restaurant and bar. Nothing was too much trouble. They were all extremely professional but also very approachable and great fun. If we had to mark them out of 10 we would give them all 12+++
Our room was spotless, for the whole time we stayed. A big thanks to the housekeeping staff. Great view from our room.
There was just two minor things that could have been better. Firstly the bed in our room, Room 1, has an awlful creak/squeak, everytime you turned over it would make a noise. Also is it the bed that slants or the room that slants? :)
The other minor thing that is more of a suggestion rather than anything wrong is please could you ask the kitchen staff to warm the plates? The food was really very tasty. We eat in every night. But the food got cold real quick because the plates were not warm.

Fantastic place lovely staff
Poor lighting in the bathroom but that's all I could fault.

Superb location with lovely sea view from the room/balcony.
Nice and warm. Beautifully clean. Tasty filling, quality breakfast. Really pleasant staff.
Ate an evening meal at the restaurant which was really tasty. Would have liked a few more veggies with the main meal but otherwise delicious. Waitess was lovely.
This isn't a complaint, just a suggestion! We found the bath quite slippery when taking a shower and quite deep to step into, so perhaps some anti slip stickers/mat could be put in the bath to avoid any future accident.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. To be commended, especially during these challenging times in the hospitality industry.

Lovely location with great views. Comfortable room. Nice staff.
The evening meals were not very good. We decided to eat there so we did not have to drive but the meals were very disappointing.

The room was lovely. The food was great. All the staff were friendly and efficient. I can't fault the Ness. We loved our stay and will return.
I feel the wine is overpriced. But that's no bigee. I found the shower very slippery.

Fabulous location. Great ambience inside the property, lovely lighting making the atmosphere, warm & inviting. Friendly staff. Immaculate bedroom.
We found the menu quite limiting & very expensive.

The view
In room 8 could benefit from net curtains as the large window/Door looks over garden and therefore there is no total privacy. Had to draw curtains in daytime to get changed or dressed.
It is difficult to wash your face in the sink without making a puddle on the floor as it’s small and the glass shelf hinders the ability to lean your face into the sink.

Staff were very nice and friendly, nothing too much trouble for them, lovely room, nice view, breakfast very good
Found it a little dark in room, needs light over dressing table.

Location. Excellent staff. Yummy breakfast. Good evening menu. Awareness of allergies. Room great. Very clean pub toilet facilities.
