Overall all good. I paid for a room that could fit 4 people when there was only 2 people staying.

The utensils! It was great to have the plates and cups and things for cup of tea!

The smell! It has a weird smell. Maybe some air freshener would help.

The room was clean, receptionist was nice...

No signal on tele, rip in quilt. Very disappointing when you look on line and think that's a good price photos look good of rooms and grounds.... and then....!!!oh my!!!...really need to update photos...photos look nothing like photos shown on website.....also needs a good reno!!!

Some of the taps weren’t working plus the hygiene, asked the receptionist but she was being neglectful about it.

Rust all over hand rails.Spa only half works. very low water pressure. very old and used looking.mold on the shower and walls no air con.dirty windows.and fan.beds are very uncomfortable and old cost a lot for very little I will not recommend this place.

We loved the location and manager was lovely😊

We didnt like that the mineral pool was too hot to even touch and the fridge wasnt working, otherwise it wasnt to bad.

Location was handy to restaurants and town.

Ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. Bed in awkward position. Hot tub we couldn't find the switched to turn the jets on even with the instructions on the wall. Rubbish bin not emptied.

Needs maintenance, especially electrical as very dangerous having to boil jug on floor.

It was quiet and clean.

The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the loo. Most disappointing was both power points in kitchen didn’t work so we had to plug the electric jug into to power point on floor where fan was which was very dangerous.

Disappointing for the price we paid and the condition of the motel

Overall this property desperately in need of major maintenance. 1st night - The room no 7 was very shocking - clogged up sink. Noisy next to lift, no wardrobe , very soft bed n dirty pillows..the list go on and on. Next day we were given better rooms but neighbouring motels guest was noisy. However, the owner did try her best to put us in a better room for the next 2 nights .

This motel does need a major maintenance.

Not too bad overall.

Spa Pool is hot, Location is great, Bed is reasonable comfort, Elevator is useful to the old people.

Facilities are old. Windows Sill and the Fan is dirty. Shower pressure is very low.

We enjoyed a nights rest and a relaxing spa to end our day of travel before embarking to Wellington. So easy to checkin

Beds were large, comfortable and linen fresh and clean. Best part was the after hours check-in and key drop off was so convenient.

Room and bathroom could do with an update but overall a comfortable place and great location close to town.

Loved that we were on ground level, room was clean and tidy, room had everything you needed, spa was awesome as, great communication with owners

There was no hot chocolate lol bed was uncomfortable after traveling all day just wanted a comfy bed

I guess we got what we paid for as this motel is very dated

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was polite.

Motel is very run down, burn holes and tear in the duvets, sky tv on the website photos but they didn’t have it, spa water was dirty once jets were run, mineral pool was completely derelict and unappealing.

Good location to town.

The motel is very run down and not close to any value for money. Evidence of water leak in ceiling, on window sills in room. Toilet cistern coming way from the wall, bathroom not very clean with mould. Outside there are downpipes coming away from the gutters (would hate to be there if it rained).

general condition of the room is well below average, needs a major upgrade. Won't stay here again.

location was ideal, lift for access to room was helpful after a hard event. Car parking was handy.

milk not given at arrival. hot water issues power outlets didn't work. mirrors filthy. Window broken and stuck open.

The police arrived at 2am in the morning to remove an occupant! Heard swearing and crying, my children and I felt very unsafe 🙁 The next morning we asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else and it was REFUSED! Disgusting service!

Everything place was a dump. He needs to be blown up and re built. Was not worth $150 a night. Shower pressure 😖.

Wasn’t cleaned properly. Toilet was running loud all night. Walls are paper thin so could hear upstairs walking round all night. Gap in front door so breeze would come in. Also tv had a line thru it
