Spacious room and very good location for business trips.

The hotel is very well located, if you have things to do in both European and Asian sides of Istanbul, this is a very good choice. The room is very spacious compared to other Park Inns. They also have a parking lot under the building, which is very important if you have a car as it is hard to find a parking space in the neighborhood.

Value for Money if you're around 2nd Bridge.

Spacious Room with good bed is recipe for good sleep. Starbucks at downstairs. Helpful staff

Poor noise isolation between the rooms.

Good over all

Very positive staff attitude in welcoming and accommodating guests. Free upgrade was offered as part of the generosity culture.

Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned. We left early morning and returned in the evening with the room in the same condition despite leaving the sign of room cleaning.

Superb

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. It’s at the perfect location if you are in Istanbul for some medical work. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is great.

The Staff, was very kind and helpfull, they helped me to assist ( i lost my passport and had to made a application for a Laissez Passer) I am really gratefull Also with the public transport its very easy to go from here to the city center (Taksim) with the Bus to Levent and than metro to Taksim. Wonderfull staff, i know the ones that assisted me (Aygül, Mahmut & Yusuf) When i come back to Istanbul i will book again at Radisson Asia Kavacik. Also the room was clean and big and very modern. Thanks a lot and see you. Greetz Mr Remco Reinders .

terrible hotel and staff

Loud music played in the next room all night. very loud. and when I asked the staff to sort it out, they said that I had to change the room at 4 a.m. in the morning. instead of making the music turn off, I had to change the room early in the morning

I like the receptionist lady she was very helpful and fast . Mr. Yusuf as well was supportive . I loved the lighting buttons they used in the room, its most practical and easy lighting i had ever seen. Marble color in the bathroom was amazing , really loved it!

Excellent stay, but rooms can be a bit noisy depending on the side of the hotel.

Very large room, excellent staff that were very helpful with taxis, advice etc. I was there for work, so the hotel is very well positioned. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and good quality.

Be careful which side of the hotel your room is on since one side is very close to a 6 lane highway and can be noisy.

Overall it was a correct experience.

The size of the room, the comfort, the attitude of the staff were very good. The breakfast was correct I would have expected some sea food/fish and more option on the meet side. Vegetables, cheese and olives outstanding.

The knob in the shower was partially missing, there was a constant noise because of the proximity of a buzzy street and the spa was a bit deceiving. The steam bath wasn't usable both times when I have tried to, the sauna was good in the first day, but not functioning second day at 10.00 o'clock. I was told to come back at 12.00 o'clock when my stay was supposed to end. The guy that was working in the spa was drying his cloth, wet by the rain, in the sauna 🙄, shoes, jacket and shirt.

This is my second stay here and definitely will come back here when I’m in Istanbul

The location,cleanliness and facilities are 5 out 5 very nice and cooperative staff special thanks to Ali , Yousef and Aygul at the reception!
