INCOMODA

Que las encargadas intentaran solucionar la dificultad con las que me fue encontrando, pese a que no solucionaron la más grave que tampoco dependía de ellas.

La llegada poco efectiva, dificil acceso a la oficina, tener que dejar estacionado el auto en la avenida sin poder ingresar al edificio para hacer los tramites administrativos, que den una sola llave, la comunicación no es tan rapida, que no estuviera bien equipada, faltaban accesorios en la cocina, ampolleta en lampara de habitación, pilas en los controles, pero sobre todo que no tenian acceso a TV por falta de internet en la habitación principal. Nunca tuve internet para poder teletrabajar, tuve que retirarme del departamento para poder hacerlo, tampoco llegaba la señal a la tv de la habitación principal por lo que se pegaba y dejaba de funcionar. La Tv del living funcionaba pero bastante mal. La red que nos dieron era de otro departamento. Y finalmente nos ocuparon el estacionamiento que teniamos designado y tuvimos que dejarlo en el de al lado. Si bien nos hicieron un obsequio por las dificultades que tuvimos y se agradece, la incomodidad para mi famlia considerando el alto costo del lugar no se resolvió. Pedí cambio de depto o devolución para irme a un hotel y tampoco me dieron esa opción. Nunca mas volveré a este lugar.

Estancia agradable, tranquila y cómoda.

Departamento amplio, buenos espacios en los dormitorios, contaba con aire acondicionado, toallas higienizadas, camas cómodas.

No contaba con cucharas chicas para el café o té, no había sartén o paila para hacer huevos, ni cuchillo de corte carne. Por otro lado no funcionaba el control de la tv del living (la tv del dormitorio no la encendimos) y los basureros del baño olían muy mal. También faltó una bajada de la ducha para no mojar el piso. Lo demás todo bien.

Ubicación y un poco el precio, bastante cómodo

El aseo no muy prolijo, el horno estaba sucio y al usarse sale humo de restos de alimento. Los controles estaban sin pilas y se demoraron en cambiarlas

A acomodação não tem ar condicionado em todos os ambientes, como descrito. Os móveis são superdimensionados e as portas dos armários não abrem direito Poucos utensílios para cozinhar.

El edificio muy moderno, muy bien ubicado, a pesar de estar en la ciudad el lugar es muy tranquilo. Rodeado de supermercados, shoping y paseos de compra.

The cleaning is regular, we found garbage, sweets and clothes from previous tenants. some accessories are missing and the hot water in the second bathroom does not work

Dirty looking and poorly maintained Apartment

Despite advertising with AC, the AC never worked and it was known by the maid and maintenance hence why a Fan was in the apartment 1112. Despite having complained on the first and third day with no assistance, I could no longer stay as it was so hot. Apartment was very dirty looking and very dusty all around and poorly maintained. Windows very dirty an a broken glass upon arrival in the kitchen floor.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Well equiped kitchen

Windows were dirty and greasy. Living room carpet has never been washed and is filthy. Couch and chair have holes. Bedroom curtains are very dirty as well. Common areas (outdoor pool) is closed due to Covid but it was listed as avilable.
