The accommodation was perfect for our needs in an ideal location.
Nothing.

The room was big, clean and warm. Kitchen facilities were great, food in the restaurant was amazing but the staff made the trip for me.
Screwfix, cycling chef and smiler the TA made me feel really welcome. Easy to talk to, funny, great service and poured a mean pint of Guinness.

The room was very clean, tidy, and spacious. We had the breakfast meal and that was worth the money we paid. The setting of the stay was pleasant with it being situated on a farm with lovely views.
The room was very hot, with not alot of air in the day, no air con.

It was in a good location for us and very pretty setting. The 2 bedroom apartment was of a good size.
The rooms were quite basic with no extras - no shampoo/body wash. Towels were clean but were tired. The double room was quite tired looking and smelled slightly of damp.

Very quiet spot to relax

it’s our second stay and live the concept, layout of the place, location and very friendly staff. I was also towing a trailer and there’s ample parking.
sorry but the food is dire! There’s enthusiasm in the cooking but the end results are really not good.
There was also quite a bad smell in our room which was clearly not the fault of the cleaning - I’m guessing it was from the drain. WITH THESE ISSUES SORTED THIS WOULD BE A BRILLIANT PLACE TO STAY AND WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN!!

We booked on the day and the staff at Hills Farm could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Was even better as we could take our 3 dogs with us. We had lovely food and a lovely night's sleep
Unfortunately the barn we were in had a bit of a smell from the ensuite

The peace and tranquility. Made very welcome and having our dog with us was absolutely no problem. Ideally suited for a get away from the hustle and bustle lifestyle. Staff very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Will definitely be back!!
Everything was truly fantastic the bed was really comfortable and it was lovely and cosy. I'm finding it hard to say anything I didn't like. Would have been nice to perhaps have some milk in the room for a cuppa upon arrival and maybe some complimentary shower gel. Perhaps some locally made sample dog biscuits. And if popular can be purchased in reception. Just an idea.

We stayed in a room, which was a converted farm building and were kept awake by the sound of rodents chewing and scurrying around the walls all night. They appeared to be in the false wall behind the bed and in the adjoining wall around the kitchen area. We left early the next morning and couldn't find the owners to let them know about the issue, so I emailed them. We didn't hear anything back for 3 days, until I prompted them. We received an incredibly rude reply from the owners, effectively saying it was impossible for rats to be in the building. It seemed to be accusing us of hearing things. I asked for a full refund and haven't heard anything further from the owners, that was a week ago. I can honestly say, I have never experienced such bad customer service. The owners have handled this issue appallingly and not taken responsibility for a really serious issue. It ruined what should have been a weekend away for my partner and I. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT CRANBERRIES.

Beautiful accommodation, take toilet roll as there was only one small amount available. The view was lovely and the property was clean, warm and comfortable.
We were offered the use of a spa, when we arrived we were shown the spa, it was outside at the back of a barn, no hooks, no cover, little light. We got over that aspect and asked for ropes and slippers, they came in drips and drabs, the robes looked like something out of the 70’s, all dry and scratchy! when we went to the hot tub, it was cold and there was algae. we complained and were then shown another area with a hot tub, had a cover, a sauna and a table, much less exposed, it was also cold, it would have taken all night to warm it up so we gave up, really disappointing as communication was poor. we were the only guests, it’s almost as though they didn’t care rather than making it something special having few guests to impress!

Stunning views, even in winter. Near our friends. Billy, the dog was made most welcome.

venue, bar , room , restaurant, hot tub, sauna, views , location, not far from the beaches , New Year’s Eve party , hosts lovely , meet some amazing guests , etc.
The shower didn’t get very hot but it wasn’t a big problem as we had a bath as well.

clean, cheap and cheerful. if your looking for a cheap and cheerful break this is the place for you. not luxurious and very quiet in terms or bar/restaurant etc.
property overall was a little underwhelming. Not as luxurious as the pictures/website makes it out to be. unfortunately our hot water wasn’t working but kindly we were moved rooms which we were thankful for. Just not really the place we were expecting when we turnt up. Restaurant and bar disappointing, no atmosphere.
