Can do with upgrades.

The ocean view.

The balcony was slippery and I fell and hurt my knee and my ankles. The apartment self looked better on the photos. But we've made it work for the 3 nights. The apartment can do with some upgrades.

Paid for what was advertised as executive suite but was the same as other apartments. No working heat pump in winter.

Definitely would not recommend and will not be back.

I didn't really like anything about this place.

Upon arrival we discovered the handrail on our balcony of the third floor completely broken. Had we not moved it a small gust of wind or one of the children could have easily knocked it off causing serious damage or injury to anyone or anything below. Beds were very hard and thin, only had one blanket per bed and no spares at all, we had to request some at 10.30pm as much children were very cold. Requesting them was also difficult, had to go down to an unmanned reception and find a number to ring. The Glass coffee tables top was not attached to the table at all which was also a hazard for children. Floor in bathroom was rotting in places. There was obvious signs that the bedroom roof leaks. Bedroom furniture very dated an old looking, only one plug socket available in bedroom. Ran out of hot water after just 2 10 minutes showers.

Great comfortable stay!

This is our 3rd stay here as it is close for us to meet with family. The appartments are a bit older but always very clean and good value for money. The owners are quick to accommodate us if we need extra blankets or towels. We will stay there again.

Passable for a quick nights sleep but wouldn't book again.

Heaters were good.

Rooms were musty and hadn't been used. Had to open all doors and windows. Very basic - needs upgrading

Spacious

Heating wasnt working fridge was off when we got there, window latches were broken, more towels and toilet paper

Good proximity to were we needed to be. Easy parking. Good price for location

Shower was broken, cupboards broken in kitchen bedroom window latch was broken and curtain was missing some of it. Overall needs alot of maintenance done to improve

Staff very friendly, right number of beds

Carparks very small to navigate into also main driving areas also very small to navigate.one of single beds had a massive 'dip' in it.oven had food still left in it. Not enough utensils, toilet paper or bedding,or kitchen liners

Damp and mouldy but in a great location

Location was great. Unit was spacious and quiet

Mould! Lots of it. Building is a leaky building so has green mould on the outside and black mould on the inside. Smells damp all the time so can't be good for your health.

Pathetic

Worst place I've ever been to in my life. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially if you have kids. It's not safe for kids. It is a very dirty and unkept place, dusty and unpleasant. Anywhere you lay your eyes on is very dirty with disgusting marks on walls and doors. The staff are unprofessional and very unfriendly. We spent three nights there and were supposed to return for another night there, we had to cancel because we just couldn't stand the place. What you see on the photos is far from reality. Very disappointing.

Close 2 Beach but shabby

Close to beach & new brighton centre.

Lots of things broken. Heat pump. Cupboard doors in kitchen & vanity unit in bathroom. Shower mixer handle broken too.

Very good

The staff were lovely. Very accommodating. The apartment was pretty clean and well set up.

The outside areas and stairwell are very dirty and the balcony and windows could definitely use a very good clean. The whole building would look so much more inviting. The urine stains on the the balcony glass and wall and the the smell wasn't very pleasant unfortunately.

Great location, welcoming hosts, just needs a few tweaks to make it brilliant

So close to the beach, coffee cart across the road, friendliest receptionist ever, quiet area. Be careful if touching heated towel rail the one in our room gave me a shock (yes I told the staff)

Have sent owners feedback for the improvements that should/could be made to make this accomodation amazing, I'd come back again especially with the beach so close and the great communication before and during the stay

Nice location for beach

Fire alarm went was out unit, no checking what set it off. Board showed fault for 3 days for complex. No towels changed in entire stay couldn't find staff when needed. Basic clean room when arrived

It was close to the beach and village cantre

Bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. The curtains were broken so couldn’t close them and I couldn’t open the doors to the balcony. The ‘sea view8 was very much off in the distance (needed binoculars to seen it). The shower was old and the door didn’t close properly.

It was adequate and in a location that was suitable but we wouldn’t recommend it for a family group.

The location was very good. Parking was good. It was warm.Bathroom was spacious.

We asked for and received a portacot for a baby/toddler but it had no bedding or even a mattress. The kitchen facilities were very basic with minimal equipment and some not functional eg the one “ sharp” knife couldn’t cut bread or vegetables. No bench cloth, one teatowel only. There was no milk. Chairs were worn. The appartment felt very tired. Stairs and landing in need of sweeping.
