Super. Besser geht es nicht

Grosse saubere gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr zentrale Lage. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und ein gut gefüllter Korb fürs Frühstück. Bett war auch sehr bequem. Schnelles W-LAN

Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation in La Spezia ist schwierig, da kann aber der Vermieter nichts für.

Amazing place, clean rooms and great building, the kitchen was packed with drinks, I totally recommend.

great option

This is a great choice, the apartment is in an excellent location near the seashore and the center, it is very confortable and it has everything to make your stay great. The host was friendly and always willing to solve our queries

we could not leave the luggage after the check out because the apartment was rented that day. Although the host recommended lockers near the train station it was quite uncomfortable to walk with the luggages and also pricey (check out was at 11am and our train departure at 22.40)

Huge, CLEAN apt in a great location for Cinque Terre

Mattia is a warm and welcoming host! He was flexible about our check-in time when we changed it, greeted us in person to show us the apt and had left a huge basket of items for breakfast. The apt was CLEAN and fully equipped with everything we needed - plenty of items to cook with in the kitchen, towels, linens, and toiletries. Our family of 7 had more than enough space to spread out. The rooms were so large, it could easily accommodate more people. The apt is in a fantastic location downtown - 5 minutes by car/an easy 20 minute walk to the train station. There was a grocery store just downstairs, a pharmacy, bakery, and restaurants. Parking was on the street, paid from 8:00-20:00, but we had no issue finding a spot and it felt safe.

Some of the beds were less comfy than others, and the bed linens/decor could be updated, but that's really being picky. The apt was one of the cleanest and best we've stayed in; we would return and will recommend it to friends traveling to Cinque Terre.

Very good choice în La Spezia

The contact person was helpfull, the apartament was well equipped, clean and close to the city center. It's a quiet zone, Basco supermarket îs downstairs with very good prices.

The doors creaked a lot.
